I have a built in Miele coffee machine, they have been out 4 times, each time adding a different part and costing more $$. My machine still doesn't work. I said enough, I want my money back for the parts. they said no but I could pay an additional $4,200 for a new machine or they could come again and it will cost more. They said parts are not refundable, they never told me that nor did they give me anything to sign. They do not stand by their work. I'm wondering if the parts they installed even had anything to do with my problem! Terrible way to treat a customer! read more

They have the worst Customer service. I purchased an expensive ZLine Microwave PLUS extended warranty from them in 2024and they sent a faulty one that only worked for 1 week. I requested a replacement from them and they kept sending me the wrong model and color which was an older model from 2021. This happened 3 times and took 3 months. They finally said" oops" we don't have the model you need and we'll give you your money back. BUT they are selling the color and model I had originally purchased on their website for more money! Jimmy, technician, great communication before and during appointment. Fixed issue (broken oven knob) and even helped tweak a few minor things (starters/light on the stove) with the Viking range that were being troublesome. Been using this company nearly 20 years to look after our Viking appliances. Recently had a problem pop up on our refrigerator, so contacted them. A new crew is working there now and using their website to set up an appointment. Got a quick call back and even sooner appointment. Cyrus and the team were excellent. We were experiencing a lingering problem with our broiler and we had several other appliance firms who tried to fix it with no success. Cyrus is a Viking Trained Professional and tackled the problem like a pro. The fix was complicated and it involved removing the stove from the wall and accessing it from the back. He had this very cool "air handler" system that lifted up the stove and moved it without damaging my wood floors or the stove. Cyrus has a great personality and is very courteous and keeps the work space very clean. As a additional benefit he has most the Viking parts on his truck thereby limiting down time. If you have a Viking appliance, Jeff is the guy to call (actually his wife Elizabeth, who makes the appointments). The pros: on-time, extremely professional, very knowledgeable, goes "above and beyond" the required repair, and just an overall nice guy. The cons: none, except that Viking parts can be a bit pricey, but that's the appliance we chose! Jeff fixed our Viking oven (needed to replace both ignitors after 9+ years) and then proceeded to inspect the unit. He noticed the oven door hinges needed to be lubricated and the bottom pan was separating. Yeah, he could have said "you need to replace these components", but rather he fixed them as part of the service call. Not sure if any other service persons would have done the same (nor would have known to look for this things). All in all an outstanding experience and will definitely call upon Premium Home if needed in the future (which I'm hoping won't be anytime soon). As an aside, I did A LOT of due diligence and called at least 5 other service companies in the area. They all say they can work on Viking appliances, but have a 2 minute conversation with them and you'll realize most are generically trained. Even though their service call fee was a bit less, I have zero regrets paying a few dollars more for Jeff's expertise. Well, hopefully this helped. Bottom line - Jeff rocks! We needed help with the Viking refrigerator in our new place because no water was flowing from the dispenser inside the frig. (Previously, the only refrigerators we'd ever had were old ones without dispensers so we had no idea what to do.) Jimmy was super helpful. The person who answered the phone at PHA told us that Jimmy would call back promptly, and he called us within minutes. He requested some photos to help him learn about the frig and we spoke further as follow-ups. He was always friendly, prompt and eager to try to help. He suggested some servicing options, but said that perhaps all we needed to do was replace the old water filter. We ordered a new one and sure enough, that fixed the problem. Cyrus came out and found the problem with our Viking Dishwasher in a matter of minutes. It turns out a wing nut had got stuck in the drain and once removed, all error codes went away. No need for expensive parts replacement or any of that, which would have been a waste if the wingnut had never been discovered. What could have been a several hundred $$ repair ended up costing the small trip charge / diagnosis fee they charge. Cyrus did a very professional job installing our new SubZero refrigerator and removing the old one. The key points I appreciated were: 1) he squeezed the job in, which was a huge deal for us as both the local dealer and the national SubZero people were booked into January, i.e. next month at the earliest- and the freezer on our old one (30 years old) was completely dead. Elizabeth does an excellent job with scheduling the job and keeps you informed via email. Jeff called to inform me when he would arrive; still within the estimated time. Jeff quickly discussed the symptoms and repaired the stove in about an hour. I was trying to get her to give me some idea of their rates, or how much the repair would cost, given I was pretty sure what the problem was. She refused to answer my question.
