I was really excited by all the reviews but didn't love the finished result. I asked for a move in cleaning and two girls arrived and stayed for about 3.5 hours in my small 615 sq ft apt. They did a lot of the basics. Some things were dusted, Mirrors were wiped, floors were mopped. But there was a lot I realized was left undone. For example, the shelves in my kitchen were wiped but the last three inches of the end of the shelf were coated in dust. The inside of the oven had been cleaned but the handle was covered in a disgustingly sticky residue that had not been cleaned. I went to open my window yesterday and realized that it hadn't been cleaned at all, and I hadn't noticed since it was just above eye level (picture attached). I knew it wasn't going to be as clean as a brand new house, and I wouldn't have minded paying for them to stay longer. I'm just really disappointed because I wouldn't have made an appointment for this cleaning if I'd known they'd only do the bare minimum and I'd have so much work that I still would need to do to finish their job. read more

I am not only in love with this company...I think I am now addicted! There is NOTHING like coming home to a super clean house! It has been 2 days since PQ was here, and I am still just walking or sitting around with a stupid grin on my face. I have shown everyone at work before and after photos because I just have to share the magic this cleaning team is known for. My ugly, greasy stove looks like a new appliance. My old microwave sparkles inside and out...even the butcher block surface it sits on is several shades brighter and shines like new.
