I took in my truck to have a gooseneck put in. The wiring had to be fixed do to a mobile guy that really messed it up and wanted to rewire my new Dodge 3500. They did a great job found where he had cut some wires and got it all repaired. I was impressed how reliable the cost was. Rick and Travis just serviced my Airstream XC365 Diesel Pusher and did a great job. I bought this coach in Florida and drove it back from Punta Gorda. Premium RV is a Gold level distributor for Dometic. My 2-year old Dometic AC had a major defect at the end of its warranty period. Since I live in my RV I needed special accommodation, I can't leave my RV anywhere for days or weeks waiting for parts or repair. Rick and Travis told me to bring the RV in soon to have the problem diagnosed. Travis called me a few days later to say the Dometic approved a replacement AC. They scheduled the work for a few weeks later, very fast during these covid times. Since my current camping spot is two hours away Travis allowed me to "camp" in their parking lot the night before so I could have the RV there at 8AM. Check in was fast and easy and the work was done later the same morning. The new unit looks great, works great, and the work area of my RV was left just as clean as before. Our travel trailer was equipped yesterday with a set of double batteries. As we have not yet tried them out, I cannot report on their function, but do want to share that this experience and others we have had with Rick at Premium RV have been extremely positive. They complete the work on time and it is professionally finished exactly as promised. I was lucky enough to only do minor damage to the foot of my Carefree RV awning while backing up this past weekend. I went to the manufacturer's website and get the part number that I needed and contacted one of their listed Distributors, Premium RV to find out about the availability of the part. Travis answered the phone, checked the part # & confirmed it was in stock & the price, 17.99 plus tax. I told him I would be in before they closed to pick it up. I got there 10 minutes before they closed and Travis had the part at the counter waiting to ring up the sale. They have a pretty well-stocked showroom, unfortunately I didn't have too much time to look at any other items. The boss (I think, didn't get his name) answered some questions I had about replacement of the seal for the toilet in my RV, telling me it was easy just make sure and get the Brand and any model number and that they carry practically any seal for the toilet. I will be checking out the brand and model number this weekend on my RV and likely return to them next week to pick up a seal. Good help, knowledgeable people, and a fair price! read more

I've shopped for many years at Premium, and have had some repair work done on my Class C Coach, so it's about time I wrote a review. You can't take good service and support for granted, I've been to other places that didn't measure up. I now needed a new roof air, my original unit was not cooling well at all. It was suggested (at a different dealer,) when the A/C went out on my last coach (same 23' length), to upgrade to a 15K BTU A/C, from the original 13.5K BTU, so I did. I now requested that a 15K unit be installed this time as well. Rick then informed me that the correct size for my coach was the 13.5K unit, he told me I'd be throwing money away because the 13.5K would perform great and the larger more expensive unit wouldn't cool my 23' coach much better. What kind of business owner tells you that??? A business owner who is honest, fair, and has integrity, that's who. He talked me out of a more expensive unit to give me the product that was right for me, losing money in the process. I'm glad I live close to Premium for my RV needs, but if you don't, and need service or products for your RV, it is so worth the drive. read more
