I was referred to Alliance Appliance through Home Depot for warranty work on our Frigidaire dishwasher. I want to thank Sean DeWitt for his excellent service. We've had the dishwasher for over 2 years and it's been difficult to program and start from the beginning. Sean replaced the defective console and started it several times before he left to be sure everything was working properly. However, I was unable to start it a couple of days later. I called him back and he came out to check the new console to see if it was okay and it was. The console was a little stiff for me so he told me to use the eraser on a pencil to press the start button "dead center" since the start and cancel commands are so close together - and it started. No calls. No updates. I call them. They're full of excuses "tech on the other side of town, can't get to you until late afternoon", this after I make appointment 8 days earlier for 8 - 12. "Why?" Our 11 month old LG electric range had a cook top issue. I called LG who put us in touch with an appliance repair business that didn't even call/show up for the appointment they scheduled and told LG they didn't believe they could repair the range. At that point LG put us in touch with Alliance Appliance repair. Sean came and mentioned that he read up a bit about our problem, it was apparently a known issue. He went to work replacing the defective parts with a kit supplied by LG. After 1-1/2 hours the cook top worked as it should. I cannot speak for everyone, but Sean restored my faith in this range and LG for that matter. He was extremely focussed during the entire operation. Thank you Sean. read more

We had Alliance Appliance service our LG Refrigerator thru our Home Depot Extended Warranty Contract. We were extremely impressed with the efficient and responsive service initiated by Millie and Sean! It was determined that our frig "bladder" had a leak thus causing the water drips! Sean advised the part would be ordered and installed asap! It was a very professional experience and would highly recommend this company for any appliance issues you may incur! read more

Their technical department is useless, you will have to contact them several times before they respond, and when they do, they are not helpful at all. Scott in particular is king of the lazy ones there. I will never buy speed queen products ever again, they are over priced garbage. read more

Called Whirlpool/KitchenAid regarding our range that is warranted (2-5 years). Whirlpool set me up with Alliance Appliance with a service request number in mid-August. I called Alliance and left a message, no response. I emailed on August 23 and get an answer from Millie: "I don't have a job with that service request #. They likely dispatched a different company." I emailed her back asking what she suggested. No response. I emailed again on August 28: Are you able to help us or should I call Whirlpool/KitchenAid again? No response. On August 30, I called Whirlpool back with my service request number. They lined me up with another company, and got an appointment for me. read more

I just had the displeasure of dealing with Millie (owner) of Alliance Appliance... Short story; We have two Maytag Washers and Dryers. One of the washers needs repair. Whirlpool / Maytag is contracted with D&G for all extended service repairs. We ordered and paid D&G for a 1-year service contract for our washer on Tuesday, Feb 18. They scheduled us for service on Wednesday, Feb 19th, the very next day. I scheduled myself to be home taking a 1/2 day from work to be there to meet the Tech... Wednesday came and went without anyone showing up nor did they call... At the time I didn't know who we had our service scheduled with so I didn't contact anyone... Today I contacted D&G (the company we have our service contract with) to find out what went wrong. They said they sent me an email with the Service provider, as I checked my email, yes there it was... D&G asked me to call Alliance Appliance directly to see what went wrong and to set another appointment... Millie answered the call... I asked her a few questions. about our scheduled service. She was so nonchalant and as of matter of fact, one was going to show up... She said, "Yeah, I saw the email late yesterday, too late to do anything about it"... I said, "D&G made the appointment on Tuesday the 18th", and today is Thursday the 20th at 12:30 pm" She said, "yeah so let's reschedule for tomorrow"... I said, "do you expect me to trust that you are going to show up tomorrow"? She said, "Okay, "I'm rejecting this order anyway"... "Why don't you use, Lake". I'm assuming Lake is their competitor? We called D&G to reschedule us with another Service Provider... They did... Now we know not to use Alliance Appliance for anything... read more

Our very expensive Kitchen Aid refrigerator/freezer recently quit working. It was only 3 years old and just out of warranty. We contacted Kitchen Aid and they said the local authorized repair facility (Alliance Appliance) could get out in about 3 weeks to take a look. I reminded them this was a fridge, not a microwave and 3 weeks was totally unacceptable. We contacted Alliance Appliance and they rushed out the next day to trouble shoot the issue. Determined the main control board needed to be replaced. Although not covered by warranty, the great staff at Alliance helped me negotiate warranty coverage and got my fridge fixed in a hurry. Cant say enough good things about Sean and Millie and Alliance Appliance!!! read more

After having to deal with "Appliance Service Never" in Flagstaff this was amazing! The technician came out before COVID-19 hit to see what panel was damaged from the factory. Then when the part came in he came and replaced it and now it looks perfect for a new Maytag - Microwave Convection. He even helped with telling us how the exhaust fan is switchable, to find out that there are three ways you can set it up and now that works perfect! I just hope if I ever need service on any appliances in the future, they are still around because Sears was the best one before and with them being gone I'm glad to have Alliance Appliance LLC as they are just as good if not better. read more

they setup delivery of a microwave replacement and didn't tell me. it was a replacement by GE under warranty that they determined problem and notified GE on 11/4/2021. I did not know they even had the unit to install. I received a voicemail from their contracted Marlow Driver at 10:51 stating they would be here in half and hour or so; and 10:26 stating they were at my gate and i had to contact them within 10 min, see photos. i got the voice mails at 10:30 and immediately call Alliance. note this was inside the 10 min timeframe the driver gave me. the driver left and they wouldn't do anything but offer an appointment in a week. The driver couldn't have been more than 5 - 10 min away. I have heat intolerance resulting from MS. I don't use my oven as it heats the kitchen and the weather is getting warmer by the day. The man I spoke to at AA was not helpful. no offer to bring it the next day, nothing. they knew the delay by GE and yet did nothing. poorest customer service ever. you can read voicemails and see the times plus my call to Alliance in photos read more

Worst Company and worst service! Do not go here! Marshall is a liar! He's the one that came out to "Fix" my oven and dishwasher. He told me he needed a valve for my dishwasher, but replaced the circuit board? He told me my oven needed an igniter and it needed a thermostat, not an igniter! This all began in JULY and it ended with him finally coming with a thermostat in OCTOBER! with 3 other trips and service in between! AND Marshall nicked up my stove top when he opened it to put the thermostat in! Three nicks from trying to pry my stove top open! And MILLIE, the owner, took Marshall's side. What a bunch of crap! I have photos but they said this damage was already there. NOPE! I filed with the BBB too! My friend who referred me to them, spoke to Sean, the owner, said he didn't even look into my compiants. We just purchased a new custom Capstone home in Jasper located in Prescott Valley Arizona. As part of the home purchase we upgraded to a high end Kitchen aid Dishwasher model KDTM404KPS0. The dishwasher did not start or work since the first day we moved into our home on 8/6/21. We complained to the builder who simply referred our problem to Alliance Appliance. After 3 weeks of constant complaints a service tech came to our home and spent 15-20 min disassembling and working on it. He ran a diagnostic cycle only after reassembling, claimed it worked and left. We loaded and tried to start and it still would not start and the start light would not even come on. A very rude rep called on 9/3/21 and asked who made the service call. I advised him the repairman left no paperwork and to please refer to their records. He stated that he could not help if I did not have documentation with the repairman's name, etc. and that it would be another month before someone could come out to try and repair again. He abruptly said goodbye and hung up. I contacted Kitchen Aid directly (30-40 minute wait) and explained the situation to the customer service rep who advised that once we accepted the new appliance into our home that we would simply have to keep arranging service calls with Alliance Appliance until, and if, it could be repaired and that our warranty had been activated even though it never ever worked. The customer service rep from Alliance Appliance is abysmal and I would recommend that anyone purchasing a product not to use Alliance Appliance or purchase a kitchen Aid product unless they are desperate. I do not write reviews, but in this case it is a last resort and warning for others to protect them. I will also write a letter to the Kitchen Aid/ Whirlpool CEO Marc Bitzer and other board members as I think they should also know who is representing their company and the experiences customers have. Please note: I have purchased Kitchen aid appliances in the past, but not ever had to use service so this is a learning experience. VOTE WITH YOUR DOLLARS! read more
