Customer service was good. Everybody was helpful but they just missed the point on getting it all tuned up. Got my wife's draw length and peep adjusted. Cost for adjustment was reasonable. The whole experience so positive that I also ended up buying a release. I spent an hour trying on shoes and had great service which is so important when it comes to selecting shoes. I ended up with a pair of Men's Oboz Firebrand II Low B-Dry Waterproof shoes.
