We did a walk through and he added many things to the list of what I had put together as necessary fixups. I was impressed by his eye for what would add value, as well as the pricing for his contractor and subs. I had many repair people I could use, but I would have had to get bids, supervise, and pay up front.. By using Gregg, he was able to put everything under one office, the pricing was very competitive, and we were able to pay for the last part out of escrow.

After completing paperwork, renovation , staging, photography and reviewing the listing, the property was listed from Thursday to Tuesday. We received 13 offers, countered the top three, and sold to someone who felt they got a good deal, as we did.
