I think Branson's longest running variety show....and it's a great show! A combination of music, singing and humorous skits. One of their main characters "Cecil".....gee, the way he acts and his humor....he alone is worth the price of admission! And a special note about the drummer of the show, Casey S.: I went all thru school with him (since) 1st grade!

Presleys Country Jubilee is the best show in Branson. The best entertainers and comedians in the business. A must see every time we're in town. Love this family and their show!

Very unique experience. My partner and I saw the show on a stay in Branson. We were a bit startled to be the youngest people there (32 and 40) by far. Basically the entire (not at all full) audience were 60+. And yes entirely white as others have noted. It was so obvious that all the people sitting around us noted it as we were walking in, saying things like what are you guys doing here? Or that we must get something special since we were the youngest in the crowd. The show was great. Highly talented individuals in this family and their friends. We most enjoyed the bluegrass and banjo solos, but honestly every bit of the music was impressive. We were a bit worried that the "humor" part would be cringey and embarrassing but we both found it pretty funny. Enjoyable to watch even if cheesy. Try the cinnamon roasted nuts for the show too, the best! There were some strong patriotic themes and some jokes that would NOT fly in a place like CA (where we're from) but it's a different kind of place. Makes you appreciate just how different parts of the US really are. There may be some things you'll disagree with but I recommend anyone in Branson see the show to get a true taste of the South. What my partner and I were left wondering is how the show will continue to survive over the next couple decades. It's been around for a long time, but if the audience when we went is any indication, their main revenue stream will not be around much longer. Hopefully they can find a way to adapt the show to a more diverse audience to keep a culturally important show like this alive in the future.

Waiting area. You can try on some jackets and take pics!

Good, wholesome entertainment by skilled musicians and vocalists. The comedy is cornball, but you'll laugh.

We arrived to Sight and Sound an hour and 10 minutes early which was crazy to us!! but we did all…read moreof our shopping beforehand and knew we wanted to be a minimum of 30 minutes early.... let me say, I am SO HAPPY we went inside an hour before. We got close parking to the building and near the exit. When you enter; we went to the right side of the building. Once we got there, we took a picture in front of the building. Inside, we weren't rushed to go to the bathroom & get some concessions. We sat in the upper deck in the middle. Specifically, row KK seats 53 & 54. I've been to Sight and Sound 2 other times and sat in the lower seats... I think I would prefer to sit lower.... Up top, we could see everyone's phones on, people having to stand up and leave- which I know is so picky of me but I would pay the extra money to sit lower. I will say, a perk of sitting up top is the bathrooms and exit way to the lobby that is quicker to exit & way less crowded! The only thing is concessions aren't served upstairs (I think, not for sure on this) We saw David! My theological nerd of a husband had some beef with wanting more exposition especially with Solomon and the temple but I thought it was great use of the limited time they have! They walked us through his young boy years, Samuel anointing him, his relationship with Saul & Jonathan, hiding in the cave, becoming king, Bathsheba, and ended with his confrontation with Nathan and a redemption song. The emphasis was on David wanting to know God's heart and be known by God intimately. Really spoke to me personally in this season. I do think seeing Jesus was my favorite because it's the gospels. My husband says his favorite is Esther. But honestly, anything you see will be good. The ushers are amazing! They were keeping an eye out on anyone who needed anything-even working in the pitch dark to escort parents or children out. They have quiet rooms for families in the back & good seating for those in wheelchairs or anything else. At the end of the show, they have cast members and S&S staff available to pray with anyone who needs anything & they do an altar call for salvation, which is EPIC! They give space for people to encounter God and be walked through prayer.
