Shaved ice is so nostalgic for me, and when I recently discovered it nearby I had to try it. It's refreshing on a hot day and helps cool you down. This was my 2nd time having it this month and a first try for my hubby and my mama. The hubby opted for the Sunday special, Lychee Slush and he enjoyed it and sucked it right down. I had a taste and it was quite strong and floral. Mama said her Mangonada had good flavor; however, she was expecting mango chunks and not a slush style. My bad. My shaved ice was light on the syrup but when I asked about it they offered to add more syrup. The service is friendly and ordering is fast on their touch pads. Contactless pay keeps things running smoothly and fast. This location is situated inside the Good Food corner of the downtown Anaheim promenade, offering spacious seating inside and outside.

The store is inside nice building. They also have patio seating. You can order at the kiosks or with the staff. They are very nice and fast with orders. My favorite are lychee fruit tea and brown sugar fresh milk. They are freshly made and flavorful at all times :)

This was a cute little place located inside Good Food/ Food Hall. They definitely have a lot of options. I took my time to look around and view the different menus and specials they had going on. Once I was ready, I placed my order on the kiosk. They had even more promos on the kiosk. Which was a special treat. There were so many options I wanted to try. I ended up going to strawberry fruit tea for the nice hot day.

I happened to be at a tournament at the rinks and wanted something to drink. Presotea is tucked in the storefront shared with a few other restaurants next to Smoke. I love their daily specials, BOGOs, etc. - Passion fruit green tea - Blueberry midnight - Summer fruit tea ($1 off special) I ordered digitally and selected my tea, extra toppings, ice level, & sweetness. You pay digitally and they'll call your name once it's made. 70% sweetness was no pun intended...my sweet spot. Not too sweet! Light ice is the perfect amount to keep it cold while you're drinking & getting your max amount of liquid. The reg ice vs light ice is a crazy difference! My youngest wanted to try the crystal boba and although he described it as "partially digested fruit" it's a chewy delight. He liked it so much we went back again the following day. Not a topping I've seen commonly at the tea shops I've been to. All in all I'm a fan. Definitely will be back.

They have so much variety of tea to choose from! I also appreciate that they mix milk in, to make the milk teas and are not already premade. You get to choose milk base, I always opt to choose oatmilk for an additional cost. I chose the hojicha milk tea. It was delish! And tasted of real fresh tea. I don't typically see this flavor at other boba spots so I was pretty excited! The boba is soft, I wish it had some more honey flavor to it. Inside a little food court with other eateries. Ordered at one of the 2 kiosks. Gives a great description of each drink. I got the champagne milk tea, which had a nice grape flavor without being too sweet. My boyfriend got the champagne black tea which had a slightly stronger grape flavor but a but less sweet. Presotea is one of my favorite place to grab boba tea and/or coffee . It's hidden from view Euclid (main street) and wedged between several businesses. The minimalist stall, without signage, is located inside a food court on Anaheim Promenade and shared among other venues. The downside of this location is the street is often used or closed off for events like - Farmer's Market or other activities which can make parking very frustrating. The businesses here are supported weekdays by patrons that around the area so weekend traffic is light. The staff are nice and diligent following any adjustments to the drinks. I usually order House Coffee w/cold foam and oatmilk or the Matcha Latte.

Nice little boba shop in Anaheim! Presotea was situated in this plaza with other food restaurants. There were kiosks to order, which made ordering much easier. I went on a Sunday afternoon, and there weren't any lines at all. The wait for my drink wasn't long either - I got an avocado slush and it tasted better than other avocado smoothies I've had before. There's limited seating inside but still a very cute set up. Bathrooms are located outside the foodcourt and in the parking garage. Staff also played Vietnamese rap music which was quite unique and refreshing to hear (apart from the pop/kpop that other boba places play). I would love to come here and try more drinks!

1. Ambiance and Environment This Presotea is located within a food hall on Center St in Downtown Anaheim. They are straight across from the entrance, so they're hard to miss. The ambiance and environment is very much dependent on the food hall maintenance since Presotea isn't really responsible for the dining area in this food hall, so I don't think evaluation of the ambiance and environment would be fair to include in this review. 2. Food and Drinks The drinks here are typically not too sweet even with 100%, which I really appreciate as someone that doesn't have the biggest sweet tooth. It makes the drinks really refreshing for me, personally, during the hot summer months. 3. Service They have staff members ready and willing to assist, but orders are primarily taken either through a mobile app called "Snackpass" or throug the self-serve kiosks at the front. The staff members handing your drink to you after they've been made are typically very polite, and they've been consistently polite for the past 30+ times that I've been here this year. Service was quick when I last visited, but usually you would have to wait around ~8 minutes for your drink. 4. Pricing The pricing is very reasonable for the size and flavor that you get. It's made this spot my go-to boba spot (especially because of its convenience relative to the walkability of Downtown Anaheim by the city hall). 5. Restroom The restrooms are not maintained by Presotea staff. The restrooms are located outside of the food hall, within the parking structure integrated with the food hall building. You can ask the Presotea staff for the bathroom code to get into the restrooms. 6. Parking There's street parking available on Center St, but you can also park in the parking structure directly integrated with the food hall building. I recommend finding street parking on Center St if you have to drive, or even in the neighborhood streets a block or two away. 7. Study-Friendly Features Wifi isn't really available at the food hall and I believe Presotea also doesn't provide it. The food hall would be a decent spot to do some offline studying/work, however. They have some outlets, and plenty of seating. Just make sure that the table you're going to sit at is clean before setting your things down, since the tables are primarily used for dining at the food hall.

Fake incidents. I was able to taste powder everything. Power milk and powder thai tea. Boba was good. My sister and I were not able to drink them. Total waste of $17. Never again. If you like authentic taste, this is not your spot. But if you aren't picky, then I guess this place is for those with the good to semi good reviews.

Pretty good! Located in the food hall in Anaheim City Center - prices are pretty reasonable. Drinks start at under $5 and go up $6+. In these post-COVID inflation days, that's getting more difficult to find for boba! Order at the kiosks and your drink will be ready in a few minutes. I got the mango cloud, which was really delicious and refreshing, and 100% sweetness wasn't too sweet at all! Friendly service, and boba (black pearls) are a free topping! Would get again :)

Presotea became a recent favorite of mine. I've tried multiple locations in Garden Grove, Santa Ana and so happy to know that this location opened closer to me. The other two locations are hit and miss. I think it depends who's making your drink. Sometimes I feel like the drinks are too watered down. But this location so far makes the best drinks! I hope they're providing proper training for the staff to keep up the consistency! Unfortunately parking is kind of inconvenient as you have to park outside and it's located inside the building. Luckily, I found a parking for curbside pick up for 20 minutes or so so I quickly went inside to grab drinks. They do have some daily special menu for $2 beverages which I've tried. One time it was Vietnamese coffee and it was good but I think it was a smaller cup, which is fine given the price. Overall the prices of Milk tea, selection and quality is most competitive for the value. They are always fully staffed too and I never had to wait too long. read more

My boyfriend and I went to their grand opening around 6pm. I thought by the time we got there the line would have subsided, but it was still a long line. That's when you know a boba place is popping with a long line near closing time. Since it was grand opening, I cannot complain about the wait time to order and receive drinks because it is to be expected for a long wait. I really like their drinks because it tastes so fresh and light! I don't like heavy boba drinks, because I get sick of it easily. So I recommend for those who like light boba drinks, TRY OUT PRESOTEA! read more

I love this place so much!! I always try to get something new when I visit and everytime I do, the staff are always so nice to me and always make it a pleasant experience! I've been trying to find a good boba place around here and I'm so happy I found you guys!! And don't forget to download the app to score some points! So excited for this boba spot in downtown Anaheim! I went to their soft opening & their grand opening & both experiences were great! This is such a cute spot with a huge variety of drinks (and toppings!). I've tried 2 drinks nows & I really liked both, plus the boba was fresh and delicious :) the staff is super friendly and did a great job. I really like this place and I'm looking forward to trying out their other stuff! read more

First time visiting and ordered a Brown Sugar milk tea as a baseline, since it's my preferred drink at boba cafes. Wish I would've tried the drink right away before I left, because it tasted diluted. I asked for 100% sweetness cause I don't mind adding more dairy/ice myself if ended up too sweet on the first try, but this one just tasted more like lightly-flavored milk even after all the sugar syrup dissolved. read more

The tea is pretty good here. I feel bad for the employees. They have to randomly close or always seems to have an issue. Either not staffed enough or the employees look overwhelmed. The owner really should be helping them out. read more

I don't like to leave bad reviews but have to. The tea is good, really good. However, this location has instituted self order only, credit card only. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting. They guy never came over until I said something and then rather than taking my order and cash, told me that they only do self order and you have to do credit card payments. Luckily I had one on me. I don't put little thing on cards. Super annoyed, I might not ever buy their tea again, because I find this automation and push to credit cards to be unpleasant, impersonal and unwelcoming. Zero hospitality! It was also taking them much much longer to make anyones teas. I would give the tea 5 stars and the management negative stars. I am still waiting for my tea. None has been made for any customer in the last 5-10 minutes while we sit here. read more

I came here for the grand opening and everyone was so nice. I was a little confused on what I wanted since it was the first time I was there. The person who took my order helped me pick a selection and I loved it. Her name was Yen and she was very nice and friendly. Very unorganized place, there drinks are ok but even when they have 4 people work behind the counter it takes way to long. I placed online order over an hr ahead for pickup and when I got to place they had not even started my order and gave me excuses. Unprofessional and incompetent . I saw a lot of others leave because they got tiered of waiting. Will pass that place in future read more

writing this while they're making me wait half an hour for my drinks.... unacceptable. there was only one customer ahead of me who ordered like 10 drinks. they were also doing a photoshoot with their drinks, but customers should come first. and they took phone calls and mobile orders before taking our order even though we were in front of the line waiting. bad customer service. never coming to this location again. don't even have the drinks yet but i doubt they'll be worth this wait. update: the drinks were not worth it. the girl that gave us our drinks checked them before she gave them to us. and then she yelled to her coworker if the drinks are right. and the coworker said "i don't know?!" and the girl cussed right in front of us and proceeded to give us the drinks. and while we were standing there waiting, we heard the workers cuss multiple times. cussing is fine but very unprofessional in front of customers. read more

I got the delicious taro creme slush and avocado smoothie. Strongly recommend those two, I also lowered the sugar to 50% and they tasted perfect. The store is nice and clean, perfect place to grab drinks and hangout with friends. The workers are super friendly as well. read more

I ordered a lychee fruit tea but when it came out it had black tea in it. I asked them why they would have an option called "lychee black tea" when the lychee fruit tea is literally the same thing? It said nothing about it having black tea in it. Honestly that was all fine because I just asked for a refund, however, they refunded my in cash and did not refund the tax or tip I paid. That is why i'm leaving such a poor review. read more

Went to get 5 drinks and was surprised that they still have the 50% off promotion. Not sure how long it will be going for, but definitely a good deal. I'm not a picky boba drinker, so Im happy with what I got which was an Okinawa Brown Sugar Milk Tea with regular boba. Ngan was the cashier and provided excellent customer service to us, even tho we were taking a while to order. Will definitely recomment this place to other peopl. read more

This is their new location. We came day after their grand opening. They are inside the food court. They have a BOGO going on until May1st I believe. As usual their drinks are on point. Every drink we ordered was good. They also have their $2.00 drink selection. We got the Honeydew for $2.00 . We paid $17.00 for 8 drinks because of their specials going on. I came the other day after hearing about a Presotea opening so close to my house. When I came, I was greeted very warmly by the cashier named Bach. Even if that was the case, their drinks are amazing. My recommendations are their Double Matcha, Matcha Einspanner, and their Pandan Coffee. All are excellent choices and the sweetness level is a good ratio for me. I kept my matcha at a regular sweetness and it was perfect. Should you want to dine outside, there's an outdoor themed patio. And if you want to game, there's a cyber cafe. If the refreshments matched the level of quality of the interior, this would for sure be a perfect cafe. While waiting for your order, it's fun to peruse the item shop, which had a lot of various trinkets and local artist merchandise. For the overly decorated areas, it seems you need to make a reservation to actually utilize the space, as there are strict usage requirements to aid in the upkeep and preservation of the effects. While inconvenient, I can see this is in place to keep the cafe continuously clean and beautiful. Even though I'd go elsewhere to eat or drink something good, it's worth supporting this business for the photos and vibes. I've never seen anything quite like Requiem Cafe, and I respect the effort and vision that went into this place.

It's one of my first stops on my way to the parks. The prices and variety are much better here than inside the park. They also offer seasonal and monthly items to keep you coming back for more. The two restaurants I have yet to try are Seoul Sister, which offers modern Korean cuisine and bowls, and GG Chicken Shop, made famous by award-winning chefs for chicken sandwiches, salads, and more. I've heard some good and bad things about the food here, as well as about the elevated prices, which have been a turnoff for me since they opened. I may try the food one day and share my thoughts. There's ample seating inside on the first and second floors, as well as nearby areas around DTD. The staff has been kind for the most part and has had no issues with the service or orders I've received. Magic Key holder discounts apply here, with the exception of alcoholic beverages. Overall, Parkside is a good food and drink option for locals and visitors alike looking to try something new.

Their truck spot in Anaheim is such a vibe, only 8 mins from our hotel near Disneyland so there was no excuse not to go. We got there with just a couple people in line and by the time we were done ordering it was wrapped to the parking lot around 8pm on a Saturday night. We tried: the Rosca Delgado (traditional thread churro), Churro Delgado with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream + Caramel Drizzle and Butter Pecan Ice Cream + Lechera Drizzle, and the Chocolate Mi Abuelita hot AND iced. If you must pick one - traditional churro + hot chocolate. No lies there. Already planning to pull up to their Santa Ana spot next time we're back in SoCal. **A Hidden Gem in Downtown Anaheim!** As someone who works in the food industry and travels constantly with my business partners, it's rare to find a spot that hits the mark like *Presotea* does! We stumbled upon this place in downtown Anaheim on the Promenade, and let me just say--WOW. Their *Vietnamese coffee* is absolutely amazing and completely customizable. I personally add hazelnut to mine, and it's perfect every time. One of my partners loves his coffee strong, and the other keeps it simple--and all 5 of us walked out satisfied. What really stood out was the *exceptional customer service*. Catherine and Tiffany--two of the workers there--were not only polite and sweet, but also incredibly knowledgeable. They went above and beyond by offering us samples and explaining the drink options thoroughly. That kind of hospitality is rare these days. Today I went in to order a drink, and even though I usually love this place, my experience was very disappointing. A very young employee was working, and he was extremely rude, making unpleasant facial expressions while preparing other customers' drinks. The music on their radio was blasting--very loud and very graphic--so much that I could barely hear him when he spoke to me about my order. My drink had to be remade twice, and both times it tasted terrible. His customer service was awful. This is very bad for business and definitely not a good look for this location. read more

Presotea Presotea is such a great spot for refreshing treats! They have a huge variety of teas, smoothies, and daily specials -- but the shaved ice is definitely a must-try. It's light, delicious, and perfect for cooling down on a hot day. Everything tastes super fresh, and the menu has so many flavors it's hard to choose just one. It can be quite strong but I hate it when I get milk tea and it taste more like milk-water-syrup than milk tea. There is a bit of a wait time but I went when it was BOGO.
