Love this location as it's closest to my house and it's slower than most boba places being that it's in downtown Anaheim. The Presotea in Westminster is one of my favorite pearl milk tea shops in Orange County including the more eclectic ones in Irvine, but this Presotea needs to work through its new store kinks. We came here on a low-volume Friday afternoon on 4/30/2021. Immediately after paying, we were told that they needed to make new boba and that it would take about 10 minutes (from 5:16) for our drinks to be ready. We did not get our drinks until 25 minutes later (at 5:41). I would have given three stars if the amount of delay communicated were close to reality. I'm soooo happy they opened a location in Anaheim! We used to always drive down to the Westminster location to get our fix. They're located inside the food court on the Promenade! My favorites are: Wintermelon & Hojicha milk tea (comes with wintermelon bits) Genmaicha milk tea Their menu is huge but I love that they have such unique flavors that you can't find at most places. I've tried other things on their menu but I still always go back to those two drinks. I like their teas because they don't taste as watered down as some other places. Pro tip: If you like your milk tea with a strong tea flavor, you can ask them to leave the tea bag in your drink! read more

I like Presotea and thought I should support their new location in Anaheim. Well, I was disappointed. They don't validate parking. If you are there for 0.5 hr, it's $2 and $4 for 1 hr. No bathroom for guests - employee only. Adjacent restaurant, K&A Cafe, does validate if you buy from them though don't know about bathroom code situation. Training was also lacking. Cashiers don't know company promos. I ordered Vietnamese coffee and they attempted to charge me $3. I said there is a promo for $2. They said nope, it's next week. Then, I showed them Presotea $2 menu on my phone. They said, oh, it must have started today. In fact, I have been using it at other locations for over a week. So much for a Presotea regular patron like me. I guess I will stick with my other locations. One good thing was the avocado smoothie, taro smoothie, and coffee were good. I love my boba and this spot did not disappoint with their flavors. They have a pretty simple menu which is nice because they definitely put out quality drinks. I always go for the milk teas and the lychee milk tea & jasmine milk tea did not disappoint. I do want to try crème brulee milk tea and Thai tea next time. Location just opened today. Staff is super nice and welcoming. Ordered the white peach fruit tea with 50% sugar, regular ice. It was delicious they even put jelly and boba in it. Super good and refreshing. The grand opening was cool there was a DJ, free boba for the first 100 customers, then after buy one get one free, and you received a free taco from the business next door which was Cervantes Mexican kitchen. customer service at this location is excellent. my mom is a little hard to understand but they were very patient and were able to get our drinks out in a timely manner considering the lines. They were also very helpful in getting us set up on their points applications - although the biggest downside is that all the points we've gained over the last 2 years at their Westminster location have disappeared :( drinks are of great quality like their other locations. I got the avocado Jasmin MT and my mom got a helping of their $2 drinks. Quality drinks, quick service, cute area, and friendly service! what more can you ask! I really enjoyed the Brown Sugar Creme Brulee! Most other creme brulee boba places basically do a custard jello instead of a creme brulee (which I hate because it basically feels like you're eating gelatin) so I was delighted to find that the creme brulee here is actually pretty creamy and isn't hard like some other places. Props to them for making it! I definitely recommend 50% sweet because I imagine 100% might be too sweet although that's your preference. I also liked the White Peach Oolong tea. It was very refreshing and a lot more light than the Brown Sugar Creme Brulee. I once again, got 50% sweet since I don't really like sweet teas that much. The boba here is a lot softer than other places I noticed. I don't even feel like I really have to chew on the boba. The boba's a little less sweet which I appreciate. You can always ask for more sweetness if you want that. Parking's nice just go into one of the structures and walk here. It's in the Anaheim packing district (not the packing house!!!) inside a cute little food court. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. They close at 6pm and I arrived at 5:40. After hurrying my best from picking up my daughter, I arrived and was Informed by the employee that they aren't serving anymore blended drinks or anymore boba. I asked why and they responded that it's not available anymore, while simultaneously already picking up the kitchen and cleaning. I worked food when I was younger myself and I understand that it's Friday night and you're trying to pack up the kitchen early to leave right at 6pm or as soon as possible. But that doesn't mean that the main thing you serve and everybody comes for, Boba, shouldn't be on the menu anymore. If you close at 6, then it should be available till 6. We of course left and I'll be sure to not come back as I'm not trying to disappoint my daughter again. read more

Very disappointed in their customer service. I went there on Friday at break to get a milk tea with pearls. You have to use a self service station, and I accidentally picked the one without pearls. I asked if they could fix it and I could pay the difference (which is like 50 cents) and was told no as she walked away. Very rude. It would have cost them nothing to add some pearls. Customers aren't trained to use the kiosks, so we might make mistakes. They should be more helpful read more

Their drinks are alright, but management is really bad at this location. They were doing a batch order of around 100 drinks and still taking orders from both online and in-person customers. The expected wait they were telling everyone was 20- 30 minutes, which ended up being closer to 40- an hour for drinks. I overheard a discussion between 2 employees while waiting for my boba about them starting at 2PM for the 100 drink batch order because they were told to. It wouldn't have been so bad if they had prepared batches the night before like other boba places do. And what's worse was that they were taking orders still despite the setback and then just ignoring them while working on the batch order. Like, that's not an excuse to just ignore orders AND get the orders wrong in the process (saw several ppl come back to say their drinks were missing boba.) If you can't handle that much, shut something down at least, like online orders. And things still got worse, because what I'm assuming is the supervisor was going in and out of the workspace to help the person who ordered the 100 batch to carry drinks to their workplace or whatever. Why in the world would you spend time doing that knowing you're not only not finished with their 100 batch order, but also not finished with people who ordered an hour before??? That person could have called someone from their fundraiser (if I heard correctly) to come help out themselves. The only job you have is to make drinks, not be a bus boy. I feel bad for the employees in the back honestly. I know it's not their fault. It just sucks for everyone in this case. Higher ups need to improve management and learn from other boba places that offer bulk orders. read more

This is my first time tasting Presotea, and I'm quite impressed! This establishment offers a wide range of drinks at a reasonable price with quality ingredients. My brother and I stopped here on a whim because we were in the vicinity, and I'm glad we did. There aren't many boba businesses that can perfect coffee, but the Vietnamese coffee here was incredible!! I kid you not when I heard Presotea is 3 mins away from me, I squealed and jumped for joy. I always go to Garden Grove and it's quite a drive when we only drive for Boba, but this is so much closer. I just found out a week ago and we've been there twice. My favorite is the Signature Fruit Tea! They're the best!!! They're on the sweeter side IMO, but I just asked for less sugar and it's perfect!
