We stopped here as a family this morning and had a great experience. The kiosk was easy to use, and we liked that we were able to customize the sweetness and amount of ice in our drinks. My 14yo said the Vietnamese coffee was the best coffee drink he'd ever had, including the coffee tour he went on in Seattle last year. My 12yo asked if we could start going to Presotea on a regular basis. She ordered the strawberry cloud tea and loved it. My husband enjoyed his matcha drink, and I liked my Thai milk tea (although I would have preferred to have a stronger tea flavor). The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was cute and comfortable. We'll definitely be back! read more

Showed up here at 9:10 on a Saturday and the store was closed. The hours on the door say 9am to 10pm so they either need to update those or show up to work on time. Wow Wow Wow!!! What a refreshing drinks, I got the Wintermelon Green Tea and Strawberry Fruit Tea both was super goood! High Qualitea drinks. Love how they brewed their they tea fresh with the espresso machine, that something different from other tea stores. This is one of the top 2 boba tea places in Utah - Tiger Sugar is really good also. I have been to Kung Fu tea, Space Tea, Tea Bar, Bambu, tea Grotto, Hanaya, 7 Buddha, etc.... I had the brown sugar pearl milk tea with 25% sweetness and it was spot on. I could taste the REAL tea flavor and it wasn't too sweet. The boba was cooked perfectly. Definitely put this place on your list. I hear they are opening a location in downtown SLC in the spring so that is great. We just need a location in Park City now!! read more

My cousin took me to this place as I was visiting in her in Utah. Definitely the best boba I have ever had. Not only were the drinks amazing, the employees were so kind and were amazing with getting us our drinks. The best thing about this place was the interior design. Stopped by to get some boba tea. After waiting over 20 minutes my husband approached the counter to ask about our teas. Five other people had ordered after us and got their drinks before we did. The staff told my husband they forgot to put boba in our tea and they would correct it. I used the bathroom which was dirty and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. After waiting five more minutes we finally got our drinks. We had errands to run and had already waited a half hour so we got our drinks and left. They gave us two drinks as ordered which was fine. The other two were not as ordered and one drink was completely missing boba and the other had very little boba. Ended up throwing the two drinks away. Complete waste of time and money.
