My hair was breaking off really bad due to stress at work and I ran across her on my way into beauty supply store she was exiting the hair salon which I did not know was there asked her for her card and the rest is history became a loyal client and she is doing wonders for my hair. She is very organized never have to wait for her to get me started and not in the salon all day she gets you in and out. Trust me you will not be disappointed with her services she has found a loyal client in me had been doing my own hair for years because I could not find a great stylist in the area but no more finally found my stylist she is a gift from God for me and my hair.

Strengths: she showed up to do my hair Areas of improvement: she needs to do longer quality washing of hair. 1).She literally washed my hair for 30 seconds and did not really wash the dandruff out. She did not condition my hair. It was rushed and that's not quality hair care. 2). She walks away from doing your hair too frequently and doesn't tell you what she's doing. She'll just leave you sitting there and won't communicate. 3). She overbooks. She had me sit to the side for 45 minutes while she cut another persons hair (not cool) then stated it would be "quick" 4). She has too many informal conversations with coworkers and their clients instead of focusing on doing your hair. She even stopped for a second to show them pictures of someone else's hair she did the night before. Please attend to my hair until and then show them pictures when I leave. 5). She uses an electric flat iron which means she cannot fully get a press at your roots. I have thick hair and need my roots laced and pressed. 6). She has you there for almost 4 hours and doesn't have respect for your time. 7). She over charges; my hair was $90 and she barely washed and pressed it 8). She's not very personable and did not ask if I liked my hair so I felt robbed. 9). She burned my forehead (please see picture) and I had to put my hair in a ponytail the next day 10). I will never cheat on my regular hairstylist again. I want this review to be used as feedback and not as a bashing session. I want Daneen to take this a constructive feedback in order for her to give her clients a better experience. Going forward I want her to focus on her clients, provide quality hair care and effective communication. Again, thank you for this experience Daneen because it taught me not to cheat on my regular hairstylist who provides great hair care.

The other co workers was yelling at my mom stylist while she was cutting my moms hair, right in front of the whole salon. Everyone hear it and it embarrass my mom bad. They feel bad.. they couldnt understand what language so they asked their stylist what the problem was. Her stylist explain that she cant have two people at the same time.. We were not having a hair appointment at the same time! My mom was first for 1 hair cut then my aunt had her hair cut. I dont understand what there is to be angry about. It make my mother who is elderly, very scared. Why are the coworkers allowed to yell and scream at each other? Very unprofessional. I dont want her to go back there.
