SEC, sausage, egg, and cheese on a waffle
Tim V.

Press had been on my list for a while. I'm glad I was finally able to get by there. I had the sausage egg and cheese waffle with over medium egg. I also had the loaded hash brown. Service was good and the staff was friendly. My wife tried the chicken and waffles. Everything was prepared as ordered and delivered to our table hot. Very nice space with high ceilings and clean decor. Definitely worth stopping when in east Cobb.

Boy did I want this to be good. I mean--I really wanted to do a great review because the kids working here are good and trying hard to make the Experience good. The food just doesn't quite make it .... Waffle is premade and reheated to order. No ordered chicken and waffles & the flair was there, all the way deep in the middle. It was cold by the time it got to the table and Dry everywhere but deep in the middle where the chicken and cheese were. Too many good choices around here for breakfast/brunch. This has feel of a chain restaurant experience.

Location: The location is perfect. It's a cute, boutique style cafe in the middle of the East Cobb Avenues. There are a handful of tables inside and outside. Food: tasty, but portions are small. We weren't ravenous, but if you are, it's a bit spendy for what you get. We went for brunch and chose a coffee and savory waffles. They were still plenty sweet. I'm not sure I could have handled the sugarload of the sweet ones.

Press Waffle is located in East Cobb in the Avenue East Cobb shopping center. It is located in the center of the shopping center. There is free parking in the shopping center. I firat saw this restaurant on Tik Tok. The place was completely empty at lunch today. We almost thought it was closed. We were greeted as we approached the front counter. We placed our orders and got the food within 5 to 7 minutes. I also gotna white chocolate mocha. The coffee was pretty good. It could have been a bit sweeter. I checked the counter and only found sugar substitutes on the counter. I was looking for regular or brown sugar to add to my coffee. My son enjoyed the cinnamon roll waffle. He said they were pretty good. He got his waffles 1st. I got my coffee, and then 5 minutes later, the S.E.C. I was asked how I wanted my egg on the sandwich. I asked for it to be hard cooked. There was a bit too much salt added, but overall, it was a really good sweet and savory waffle sandwich. The place was very clean and orderly. The staff seemed to be enjoying their job there. It was nice to check out the place without a crowd. I would come back to eat there again.

Myself and a friend ordered chicken and waffles. The chicken is tender and juicy with an excellent flavor. The waffle had a good syrup and bacon bits that tasted good, but the waffle I didn't care for and neither did my friend. I would come back for the chicken but not for the chicken and waffle.

"Create your own waffle" with Nutella, cookie butter, strawberries, bananas, and whipped cream. With a side of Yoo-hoo.

The waffle I ordered was just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. It was crunchy and fluffy, the toppings (Nutella, cookie butter, strawberries, bananas, whipped cream) were delicious and ripe. The only thing that gave me an issue was the fact that the waffle itself was splitting into a top and bottom, almost like it was cut in half horizontally. For aesthetic purposes, this restaurant is a wonderful find and a great place to stop for a quick bite to eat. Thank you to the nice employee that gave me free whipped cream on my meal, your kindness is very generous.

The food and service was absolutely amazing! These are the best waffles I have ever had. I ordered The Elvis, The Cristo, and a Salted Caramel Latte. The Elvis had bananas, peanut butter, and syrup. It usually comes with bacon The Cristo was a sandwich and I ordered it without ham. I was very satisfied. The coffee was just ok, but the food made up for it. The staff is absolutely amazing! I will definitely be back.

Amazing! Press Waffle just opened in the Avenue and they have amazing custom brioche waffles. They have a menu of great choices, as well as the option to make your own from the many toppings they have. I tried the Cinnamon Roll, which was my absolute favorite, as well as the All American which was topped with bacon, eggs, and cheese--also very good. The best part about this place is the service. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming, especially the managers. I would definitely recommend this place for a sweet treat or breakfast.

Waffle love! We showed up here on a nice Sunday afternoon and the place was hopping! The service was quick despite the crowd and the tables were clean and comfy. We ordered 2 waffles, the churro and the southern belle and they were outstanding! We really enjoyed the Liege waffle and will be back for sure! They also had a good selection of local sodas which were delicious!

Guys listen when I tell you this place Is worth it.....( you know for me service is everything!!) From the airport to the location was about 30min. Keith and Niki took really good care of us, serving a little bit of that southern hospitality. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was esthetically pleasing.

Press Waffle Co. has been on my list of places to try since seeing it on Instagram a few weeks ago. We finally made it over there today (Sunday) around 11:00am. Inside there were quite a few people with maybe 2 tables open. It is a cozy place and does have tables outside as well which I can see will be really popular once the weather heats up. Now on to the experience... The wait was not long to order (maybe 5 mins and took about 10mins to get it once ordered). The ordering process is very straightforward, just walk up to the counter and order. I will say this though, it did pick up shortly after we sat to eat our waffles and by the time we were finished it did become a little crowded inside with people/ families looking for places to sit. We ordered "The House" waffle and "The American" waffle. They were out of cookie butter for the house waffle so I opted for candied pecans in its place and it was a great substitute choice. It was a sweet and filling waffle. The American waffle on the other hand was the best of sweet, salty, and savory. The bacon, cheese, and maple syrup really paired well in this waffle and my husband enjoyed it very much. We did also get coffee. Him a caramel latte and me an ice coffee with vanilla. The coffee wasn't horrible but also the want anything to call home about. It did balance some of the sweetness of the waffles but if I had the coffee by itself I would sadly say it isn't a show stopper and I probably would do without it next time. If I could give this place 4.5 stars I would as the only thing I did not care for was the coffee and it did become just a little uncomfortable, tight once more people came in to order.

East Cobb and Roswell peeps: Press Waffle Co. in the Avenue (which just opened this weekend) is simply amazing. My wife and I first encountered "Liege waffles" on a visit to Seattle some years ago. If you haven't had this authentic style of Belgian waffle, you haven't had a waffle. We were immediately hooked on that day in Seattle, but we couldn't find any restaurant in the ATL that offered Liege waffles. When we saw the Marietta Daily article this weekend about Press opening in the East Cobb Avenue, we hastened to their door. We were greeted by the aroma of an imported Belgian waffle iron doing what it does best. We were also greeted by owner Niki Ginel's warm hospitality. We traded "waffle stories" -- she and her husband (and co-owner) Keith had their first Liege encounter when traveling in Belgium. Long review short, the waffles at Press Waffle Co. are the real thing, and your life won't be fully complete until you try one. I recommend one of the sweet/savory combo toppings. Pictured here is the Hot Chicken & Waffles version they whipped up for me.

This hidden gem is located on the east side of the shopping center. --Ambience-- Feel of a small coffee shop/diner feel where you can quickly grab food and still has the small mom and pop type of vibe. I went on a Sunday morning and there were plenty of tables to choose from. --Service/Staff-- The owner, I forgot her name was super kind and friendly. She even recommends a lunch wrap that I took to go. The staff were quiet and attentive. --Food/Products-- Egg benedict with smoked salmon was on point. Not soggy because of the hollandaise sauce and not overcooked. The eggs were poached perfectly. The side of Potato Rosti were perfectly seasoned, not overly salty where most diners would tend to do. I also tried the Lebanese Chicken Tawook wrap to go with a side of mixed greens to go. --Capacity-- Plenty of space, a good group of family of 5 or 6 can be seated at the same time. You can probably fit at least 30 plus people in the diner area. There was no wait when I went on a Sunday morning. --Overall-- I plan to be back to go back and try some of their other pastries. I was eyeing the avocado on toast and some of their egg with bagels. The owner and service were friendly, my only recommendation is some outside seating for customers with pets.

After being seated just before 3pm, it took almost an hour to even get beignets. I had to ask for water for our table because our waitress was all over the place and forgot. Our silverware had only knives (2 in one) no forks. Our orders were the simplest thing (avocado toast, eggs, bacon, coffee) and we didn't get the beignets until almost 3:45pm. It wasn't even busy the way I've seen it be on other weekends so the delay for a such a small party seemed odd. Multiple tables around us had theirs before our waitress even remembered to bring fried bread? Wild. I asked if the egg that was part of my meal was boiled, they said it was poached and surprise -- it was boiled. So they didn't know the menu. My food was obviously put together quickly (after complaining about the wait to the manager) and was so bland, I don't see the point in coming back. I know they have better dishes, but the simple ones shouldn't be that complicated. The whole situation made no sense from the beginning to end. It's ironic that the manager said we would be in great hands as we got seated, because my experience was anything but great. Two stars because they were at least polite about it, but that was ridiculous.

Couldn't have been happier with our choice. Reviews I'd seen online mentioned parking is a bit limited and that the restaurant is frequently busy. So we were prepared for that even though we were going on a Thursday mid morning. I think there was an influx of people celebrating graduations because it was in fact very busy. However we got very lucky with parking and happened to come in right as someone was leaving. I was sure we would have a wait for a table, which of course would have been fine, but actually we were seated immediately! Which was super nice and unexpected. The atmosphere is bustling but not in a bad way. The restaurant itself is adorable and has a lot of character. It feels like you're having breakfast at an old friend's house. The service was great and our food came out in a very reasonable amount of time. I ordered a specialty coffee, I believe it was the almond joy cold brew, and it was delicious. Strong, which is how I like it and not overly sweet. I ordered the chicken biscuit on the waiter's recommendation and it was absolutely the best fried chicken I've ever had. Juicy and crispy. My husband ordered the pimento cheese omelette and was very happy with it, the bacon was thick cut and smoky and flavorful. The pimento cheese grits that came on the side for me were also a stand out, such great flavor. The biscuits are fantastic and the blueberry basil jam that came with my husband's meal was such a nice touch. We will absolutely make a point to come back to Buttermilk Kitchen next time we visit the Atlanta area.

First things first: the Chicken Biscuit. Buttermilk Kitchen's biscuit is on the crunchy, honey-flavored side. I personally prefer fluffier, more buttery biscuits, so this one wasn't my favorite. That aside, the chicken was crispy and well-seasoned and paired well with the cheese grits. If you ever wanted a dry, crunchy version of Homegrown's Comfy Chicken Biscuit, come give this a shot. I also tried the Hash Bowl, which was a bit underwhelming. It was a *lot* of potatoes compared to the eggs and bacon bits, and there wasn't a lot of seasoning other than the bacon. Would rather recommend one of the other options if you end up visiting. The drinks are good as well, would recommend the matcha latte (not too sweet!) and the French Press coffee.

We are very happy we gave it a shot. The fried chicken biscuit was phenomenal. We got the Hot Honey Garlic Sauce on the side so I could dip the sandwich. The wait on a rainy Saturday morning was reasonable considering there were quite a few other first timers in attendance. We could overhear other couples/families telling waitresses & hosts about the video. We also had the Smokey Scramble (with chicken) and a single buttermilk pancake - all of it delicious.
