Sadly, I don't know what it was with the supervisors/managers that worked here but they were the ones that seemed to lack customer service skills and pleasantries while the employees under them were diligently working. I always enjoyed the juices and the freezes were hit or miss on how much of a serving you received. Some would fill the bowl up so you'd get an actual bowl worth and some just did the rim fill so that the center was hollow. Like I said it was a hit or miss. I really like pressed juicery. If I had more money to spend on juice, I would get it more often. I recently got the açaí protein bowl to try and it was good. The only thing was that there was so little of the base, the açaí part. Usually you don't get enough toppings but this one had so little of the actual açaí part. The bowl itself is very shallow so not very much can fit in anyway. The taste is good though. It always makes me feel so healthy to come here. The people are nice and there are so many options! Review for the 1-day Reset Cleanse. This appears to be new and different from the previous 6-juice only 1-day cleanses they offered before. This one adds little shots and tonics and probiotics and all the things, AND it includes 2 protein smoothies which give you 55gm of protein/day so you really get everything and feel full. The first time they put stickers on all my bottles so I knew which one to do first/second/etc, but yesterday I didn't get instructions and they weren't labeled, which sucked. I don't remember which one goes with what. Make sure you take a picture so you know what order to drink them because it absolutely makes a difference. I never really loved any of their "cleanses" before, to me it was more of a gimmick and I was always hungry. BUT this new one they are marketing as a 1-day reset provides comprehensive explosive results fairly quickly so make sure you stay home. I love it. Looking for a great Detox or Cleanse, this is it! Look no further. It's located in Ala Mona Mall. First floor on side next to Old Navy. It's plenty of parking. I went to check it out after seeing it online. I couldn't decide which drink package I wanted online. Upon arrival I told the gentleman on shift what I was looking for and how I couldn't decide online. He explained all the different options to be a suggested the Cleanse with the Shot. I was looking to decrease the bloating in my stomach. I got the 7day Cleanse and Shot. He said to drink it early in the morning before you eat. I would highly suggest drink it in the morning once you get to work unless you work from home: It takes about 20-30 minutes to kick in. I eat breakfast at 6-7am and then drink it at 11am. There is no place to sit. It is a pick up/order on the go shop. You can ask for samples and sometimes they have samples available. They do have membership options online. I was hungry and opted for the Power Bowl $11.95. It had acai, banana, blueberries, granola, roasted almonds and almond butter drizzle. They were generous with the fruit toppings. He was courteous enough but was borderline snobby and condescending; he made me feel like I was wasting his time by asking questions... is it because I'm not a VIP? As he rang up my purchases he asked if I wanted a bag, but I had brought my own, so he said he'd help me (or at least I heard him say he would). But he didn't...Is it because I didn't tip him? There's also acai freeze which looked yummy and tempting; however, soft serve base contains banana which my body shuns. I've definitely enjoyed this dessert and will return for more at my leisure. I put in an order last night for pickup Saturday afternoon. I used a code to get a discount. I see friends pick up their order no issue on Friday that used the same code. I even had a friend who used the same code pick it up Saturday morning at a different location. Saturday morning I get an email at 11:45am stating that my order is confirmed. At 12:00pm I get another email stating my order was ready for pick up. I go to the store around 12:30 and they tell me they can't honor my order. Apparently corporate messed up- the code was for 20% not $20 off. I get it shit happens and it's a big booboo but you should honor it since it's your mistake. There are people like myself who took our time to drive over there to pick up. I feel bad for your employees who had to work yesterday and today. They were the ones having to tell people that the order wasn't being honored and had to deal with very upset customers. It makes no sense why I would get emails at 11:45 am and 12pm saying my order was in the works and then ready for pick up. If corporate noticed this error earlier today or even yesterday wouldn't it have made sense to send emails letting us know it got cancelled ? Not misleading emails wasting our time. I even asked if they were gonna honor the 20% off since I was already there but the employee said not at this time. So very disappointed in this company. read more

Located on the bottom floor on the ewa corner of Alamoana mall. This place is dairy free and is definetely on the healthy side. The place looks very sparse almost as if they are closed but they are not. (Their management needs to correct this IMO) There are not really any place to sit this is more of a pick up or takeout and enjoy somewhere else kind of deal. The staff is always cool and professional. We never did go during the day until today. We was helped by a very friendly and genuine employee named Jurnee. she was very warm and welcoming and even after we got our cold treat we stayed just to talk with her. She is definetely an asset to this company and makes visits to pressed so much more enjoyable. If you are looking for a healthy treat, this place is it! The freeze is basically a vegan non dairy soft serve and they have lots of toppings to choose from. The freeze has no cane or processed sugar added! Sweetened with dates so you will not get a sugar rush. Their service is usually pretty decent. Would love if they ever decided to have seating because people want to sit and enjoy their treats. So you basically have to walk to a different place in the mall or go back to your car to eat it. They did increase their prices a lot for the freeze so I only come here sparingly. Would be back more if the price was more reasonable. read more

My husband and I tried the full day cleanse for 3 days. I tried cleanse 1 and He tried cleanse 3. We were told the difference between the options were the caloric intake. I went with the highest and he choose the middle. Full day cleanse consist of 6 juices that you are suppose to drink every 2 hours. Cleanse 1 started with vanilla almond which taste just like almond milk to me. Second was greens 2 and taste like sweet Kale Juice. Third was roots 2 which taste like dirt to me. I am not a fan of this one. When I reviewed what was inside the ingredients that stood out was beet and ginger which had a very strong taste. Fourth citrus 2 was very refreshing. Consist of Apple, pineapple, lemon and mint. All flavors come through. On the sweeter side. Fifth was greens 3. Strong Celery, Kale and Ginger taste. Not bad. And to end the night the chocolate almond which almost felt like a reward. Tasted like chocolate almond milk. There was a special so we got 6 drinks for $35 We wanted a jump start to reset and cleanse from the holidays. I did a cleanse for my birthday and their juices came through big time! They were pretty tasty and I felt amazing. My faves were the citrus and the roots. I'm not really into milk, even though these were almond milk, but I think they really filled me up. I highly recommend, getting these to help you through your cleanse. I usually have really great service here at the pressed location since I am a VIP pressed member. The VIP membership has the price of $5 for any juice, any size freeze or superfood latte. I had given them my phone number and they hassled me with saying my account was not valid. I have had a valid membership here for at least 2 years and use it every time i come! (which is at least three times a month) On a second note, I was here with my friend who came with me because she had the happy hour deal on her email. It said on the email that there was half off freezes and smoothie bowls Monday to Thursday, 1-4pm. In the email, it said the expiration is October 31, 2022. Am I reading it wrong?? There's news overload about coronavirus and I am not one of the paranoid. I will however enjoy a healthy dose of Vitamin C! My review is about their bottled orange, blood orange, and kumquat juice. As you imagined, the citrus power automatically makes you feel a boost of immunity! It's labeled as 100% juice and the ingredient list does not have sugar so I'm pleasantly surprised with how good this tastes without much tartness. There's no tangy after taste. My tongue isn't numb from citrus. I am happy with our purchase of this and other flavors. Their juices are a 4-5 star product. It's good quality and flavor stuff! Their cleanse option gets only 3 stars because It was not enough to sustain me for more than a few hours and I had to eat something along the way. As an avid eater, I don't do well on liquid diets. I get really hungry and dizzy and can't think straight when I go too long between eating. I wanted to try a little diet reset, and decided to check out the 5 for $24 deal at the Ala Moana location. An actual cleanse has 6 juices, and different ones than what I chose but I do things my way. Which apparently does not work because I failed miserably to only drink liquids for just one day!! Juice #1- vanilla almond milk. Chalky taste. Not very rich or creamy. Watery and not filling. Meh... but I'm not dying of starvation... yet! Juice #2- greens 3- see pic for ingredient list. This was actually delicious and I'd order it ala carte without hesitation! You can taste all of the distinct flavors and the ginger gives it a bit of a kick. By noon I can barely hold a conversation at work. I'm hungry and I can't focus. At this point I'm STARVING. So I eat a hard boiled egg and a few leaves of arugula and a slice of sweet potato. Juice #3- citrus 2- apple, pineapple, lemon, mint. This was tart! But with a bright and fresh taste on the palate. The apple and lemon shined the brightest. I'd drink this again but would but it retail- I'd buy it as a bundle deal. At this point (3pm) I felt like the ground wasn't under my feet and I almost fell down a few times. I had to take a nap. Which was a blend of passing out from starvation and comatose sleep. After I woke up, I ate a small handful of blueberries and trail mix to stabilize. I begin to question if I'm just a fat kid or if there's something seriously medically wrong with me... Juice #4- turmeric almond milk. This one was the most satisfying "meal" and quite tasty! I'd get it again over the vanilla almond. I went to an easy yoga class and I may have become unconscious for a bit during shivasana from the lack of nutrients. Kidding. Kind of. Juice #5- charcoal lemon water! I braved myself for it to be terrible and it was actually tasty. I couldn't taste the charcoal it was just like lemon water with a hint of lavender. I'd get more of this to have to sip on. I had to eat some more solid foods at the end of my day. Eggplant, kale, seaweed and cantaloupe. At least they were all natural and healthy. I guess the cleanse made me more aware of not eating junk food for a day so even though I didn't not eat solids foods, I consider it a win. And I didn't die... so....
