Sugarcane juice with papaya and pineapple
    Michelle C.

Stopped by Aloha Pho and Sugarcane Juices while in Ala Moana and ordered the sugarcane juice with papaya and pineapple, which was a refreshing pick-me-up. The drink was light, naturally sweet, and refreshing, with the papaya and pineapple adding a nice tropical balance. The sugarcane flavor was more lightly concentrated than I usually prefer - I tend to like a stronger, more robust sugarcane taste. It was still enjoyable, especially if you're looking for something to cool off with. Service was quick and efficient, making this a good stop for a refreshing drink on the go.

What caught my attention was the gigantic coconuts on display lol and of course the sugar cane! I ordered the papaya sugarcane juice and it definitely quenched my thirst on a hot day! They freshly squeeze the sugarcane and blend the papaya into the drink without added sugar! I highly recommend! Definitely worth the price!

I was looking for fresh sugar cane place! The line was short and quick. The workers were quick with my order. I ordered a sugarcane and calamansi drink. It was made fresh on the spot! Drink was great, it was sweet and citrusy.

I had been craving sugar cane juice ever since coming to Vietnam and wanted a refreshing drink, and this hit the spot. However, the sugar cane flavor was very faint and didn't taste fresh. The pineapple guava also lacked any noticeable flavor when mixed in.

Located in makai market. Lots of open seating. The service is always fast and the staff is kind! I recommend getting the lemon grass chicken Banh mi and their pho is good too! Sometimes I get a side of the broth with the Banh mi if I don't get the pho!

Yay, finally a place that sells sugarcane juice at Ala Moana. I love sugarcane juice. I used to get it from Pearlridge and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. Now, it's so much closer at Ala Moana. This place is at Makai Market Food Court. They also sell banh mi sandwiches, pho and spring rolls. I only purchased the sugarcane juice though. They have 12 different varieties to choose from. My friend got the pineapple one and it was pretty good. My favorites are still the original and calamansi, which is the one I got. They are all $8. It's kind of hard to mess this up. They just feed the sugarcane through the juice presser. Sugarcane juice is always so refreshing on a hot day. This place will be taking all my money.

I saw sugarcane juice here and I had to get one! Besides sugarcane, they also offer banh mi, egg rolls, pho, etc. I got sugarcane juice, BBQ pork banh mi and egg rolls. Everything was made when ordered. I waited around 7 minutes for my order which wasn't too bad. Sugarcane juice was refreshing. Egg rolls were crispy but the flavors were alright. Banh mi was really good but a tad salty for me. Prices are average in Hawaii. Service was good.

Dessert in Honolulu, Hawaii... Since we were at Ala Moana Center and had free parking already, Irene and I used our Yelp apps to find something to eat after having a less than perfect slice of pizza... How about Aloha Pho And Sugarcane Juices? Located at the Makai Market (food court on the ground level of Ala Moana Center on the Ocean side of the mall), this small business is a kiosk near Honolulu Cookie Company. A young female was at the front and a guy was in the back, making the juices. The gal was efficient and smoothly took care of all of the customers. In the display case, I saw tapioca pudding with fresh, cubed mango made with coconut milk. Ooh! Let's try that! It was quite good and filling! I'd go back and get a juice or another tapioca!

Craving for something fresh... Check out this newbie in Ala Moana Shopping Center Makai Market a kiosk named Aloha Pho and Sugarcane Juices I do question the huge menu selections from several types of Bahn Mi, and Pho but did come here after lunch at another place and was craving that freshness and remembered mentioning it to Nadine about this new place. I was very interested with their fresh juices especially since I noticed they have a machine to squeeze out the sugarcane juice it's something I don't believe we ever have here in Ala Moana Center so it's a nice new item that brings out freshness over the process and made hours ago items that we've gotten accustom to and was excited to give them a try. #8 Pineapple Orange for me and at $8 a cup they do have heavy competition with Jamba which is just steps away I was just excited as I can hear the process of it all but later realized that I didn't choose the one with sugarcane...sigh but let me tell you it was a nice a fresh sip and finished it in a second. The service is nice and friendly though the vibe with the guy in the back is questionable as she did it all and he sat there no greeting whatsoever but did enjoy my juice and now know where I can find fresh sip here in Ala Moana. Thank you!

this picture pretty much sums up their menu!

! aloha pho & sugar cane juice ! ~ i had their bánh mì đặc biệt (combination sandwich...essentially has cold cuts, pate, mayo, pickled daikon + carrots, and other yummy fillings!) being half Vietnamese im pretty picky with my bánh mì, but this was delicious and satisfying. i had it for lunch along with their freshly made sugar cane mango juice! ~ the workers are friendly and a lot of them speak Vietnamese which is awesome! it seems like they scratched out a lot of their other soup dishes, which honestly makes sense considering their stall is pretty small and i believe there just simply isn't enough space to make that possible. -- overall great place if you're on the go and want something filling but won't weigh you down :)

Just get the plain sugarcane juice. The other flavors masks the sugarcane flavor, I know, got pineapple mango

Watermelon sugar cane juice drank it so fast I didn't get a pic.

Hands down the best juice I've ever had and I've tried them all. I've tried all the juices from all the companies. I came here to get water and saw they were getting sugar cane right from the sugar cane stalk and decided to get the watermelon sugar cane juice and it was the best I've ever had. They only use the sugar cane plant and actual watermelon. It was sweet and tasty and perfect. It was super refreshing. I'll be back as much as I can because dang, that was refreshing!

This guy sneezed all over the food without covering his mouth! F*ing disgusting

Parking is super easy with the complimentary structure, and the café is located on the bottom floor alongside other vendors. One thing I immediately appreciated was how well air-conditioned the entire market is--it's nice and cool, which makes sitting and eating there really comfortable. The cashier recommended the turkey pesto croissant, but suggested swapping it onto ciabatta since it's one of her favorites--and I'm so glad I trusted her. It was phenomenal. The flavors were balanced, the bread held everything together perfectly, and it felt like a step above your typical sandwich. I also had what looked like a simple salad, but the vinaigrette and candied pistachios really elevated it and made it feel more thoughtful than expected. The staff across the board were friendly and welcoming, and there's plenty of seating--whether inside the café or out in the open market area. Honestly, the value surprised me the most. I paid under $13 for everything, which is hard to beat for the quality. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

Super late review -…read more I'm sad. I really wanted to love this place but I just couldn't. I don't want to be that person when this place has an overall rating of 4.5 but this is just my honest opinion. I got the blue dream and yes it was very ascetically pleasing, but it was just too icy. Before coming to this place i read a couple of reviews that also said the same thing and i didn't understand what that meant, but now I do. There are a lot of flavorless, just regular, small shards of ice in the bowl. On top of that, the moment I received my bowl, it was already borderline melted. So that got me thinking, how can it be melted and icy at the same time? The only explanation that I can think of is just ice additive/fillers. It's not pure cold acai or whatever is in the bowl you choose, but there's a mixture of ice in it too. Yes I understand, it's Waikiki, everything is more expensive, but the added topping prices on top of the already expensive bowl prices just don't make sense. You want a beautiful looking bowl with a lot of different toppings, yet some toppings can go up to 1 dollar PER topping. I don't know if I've just been spoiled by a couple places in SoCal, but at those places they have unlimited toppings and those bowls are the best that there is. I'm not bringing any bias from other locations, but this is just an honest review based on my experience today.

Located on the second level of Nordstrom, Ebar has been around for over nine years (according to First To Review). Wow. It's a cozy, busy place! The two cashiers were efficient and pleasant! There were a few small tables inside and a bunch outside... but it's too warm for me on an August afternoon to go outside, and inside was packed... so, I took my Avocado Toast and Coconut Lime Cooler to my car. Haha! Service was friendly and efficient! After I ordered the Avocado Toast, she asked if I wanted a drink. I should have taken her hint. I went back in line for the Coconut Lime Cooler. LOL! The avocado toast was great! I could taste a touch of garlic and a bit tartness from balsamic vinegar? The Coconut Lime Cooler was interesting. It was like a soda without sugar. It was carbonated water with coconut cream on the top and some lime syrup? It wasn't sweet like a soda pop... which is a good thing! Originally, I wanted to get the Açai Sorbetto bowl, but I caught the fragrance of toast... and got the Avocado Toast. So - I should return for the Sorbetto bowl... and a plain croissant... because the customer in front of me ordered the croissant... and it sounded and smelled good!

Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing compared to our previous experiences. The mango pancake was noticeably different from past visits. The crepe was much thicker, and the ratio of cream to mango was about 100:1--the cream completely overwhelmed the mango. I didn't try the Oreo mille crepe cake myself, but the little one said it was good. The service and cleanliness were also lacking. Our table was dirty when we were seated, and we had to specifically ask someone to come clean it. The garbage can nearby was also filled to the brim, which was not very inviting. Overall, the lack of attention to cleanliness and service made the experience less enjoyable. We've visited Mango Mango many times in the past and have generally enjoyed it, which made this visit particularly disappointing. Hopefully, the food quality, cleanliness, and service improve.
