This was my first time trying out 'Pressed.' I placed an online order on April 01 so that I could read the ingredients as well as the different benefits of each juice. I ordered [4] Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothies, [1] Orange Turmeric Juice, [2] Strawberry Orange Mango, [1] Turmeric Lemonade w/ Mango, [2] Citrus 2, [1] Greens 2, [1] Strawberry Basil Lemonade. I double-checked my order in my car and saw that two of my juices (Strawberry Basil & Orange Turmeric) were doubled on accident. I brought the juice back to 'Pressed' right away and explained that they doubled the juices on accident. I was able to swap out my Strawberry Basil for a different juice. Then, for the second juice they said that they ran out of the Turmeric Lemonade with Mango so they gave me another Orange turmeric juice as a replacement. Would've been nice for the workers to verbally tell me that while they were packing up my juices that they ran out of the juice I originally had ordered. None of the workers were wearing name tags. The male worker had a lame attitude and I felt that it made my experience at 'Pressed' unsatisfactory + the fact that they didn't give me a heads up on my order. Okay so I don't head into town very often, especially Ala Moana. Getting there is just not my cup of tea unless I'm going right when the mall opens. I was pleased to find out Pressed opened before mall hours and there is decent parking in front of their spot. Close to Foodland but not too close where you are driving circles to find parking, I love that I don't actually have to go deep in the mall to get some juice. I like to do a juice cleanse once a year, sometimes twice a year, and pressed is my go to choice. Whenever I feel like I'm coming down with a cold I also go hard with the juices. Greens 2 is my absolute fav! Best part is you can join VIP to save ($10 a mo) and you can apply it a purchase. On top of that, you can have it delivered if you live close enough (apparently I'm just outside the delivery area so I can take advantage of this if I have it sent to my moms house). I never thought I would find myself doing a juice cleanse, only because of the high prices but I had a bunch, and I mean a BUNCH, of coupons that I could not ignore. Each coupon had a free bottle, a free shot, and 6 bottles for $20 -- WHAT A STEAL! So for the whole month of November, I've been redeeming my coupons at least twice a week? They restock every Tuesday and Friday so those were my designated days to stop by. The staff have been SUPER helpful with any questions I had and let me sample each juice. I have really grown to enjoy this process and it's such an easy to get my fruits and veggies in! Because of this, I decided to subscribe to them so I could get emails about any upcoming deals. Some tips on their juices is to try to drink them within 3-6 days from your date of purchase and once you open a bottle, it's best to drink it within 20-30 minutes because of the oxidation or the quality of the juice will change. I feel like there's a type of juice for everybody: you got your sour, you got your sweet, you got your spicy. I've been looking for a good way to incorporate more veggies in my diet, but as a student, it's hard to do that sometimes. That's why when I saw their delivery orders on sale through Uber Eats, I decided to try Pressed for the first time! I chose the Daily Nutrient Duo, which came with five bottles of Greens 1 + Vitality shots each. I almost chose Greens 4 but since I'm new to this I decided to not go too crazy and avoid the one with cayenne pepper for now. It's been two days and I feel good! I noticed that just one green juice keeps me going in the morning. Even though I usually cannot go without coffee every morning, I haven't had any yet. The green juice is no joke, I also don't feel hungry for a good while after having the juice. It's a great breakfast and a great fiber supplement in your diet. I do think you have to get used to the taste, but I didn't have much trouble with that. I'm not the best veggie lover but these juices taste very fresh! Their quality matches the prices. Wanted to get healthier so decided to try out Pressed Juicery for the very first time this year. It's located on the ground floor of Ala Moana at the corner near Bloomingdales. The juices tastes fresh and let's just say I finally got used to the taste of green juice:). #600 "Drink beet juice!!" That's what my friend, Joyce W, texted me so that I'll live a healthier lifestyle. It'll also help out my body recover from the liver CrossFit I put it through. First place I could think of that could offer beet juice was Pressed Juicery since I always see Randy S check in here. I immediately texted him to ask if they have beet juice and for any recommendations/tips. He was very informative and sold me on stopping by. I have been on a juice kick recently and I think this is my new favorite place. They open early, they have super friendly and helpful staff, the location is great (downstairs in Ala Moana next to Shirokiya), they have freezes (which is basically liked soft serve but way healthier), and my son loves it. It doesn't take much to get him to come here with me. I enjoy the Greens 1 the best which is prob the "cleanest" juice there. My son loves the Strawberry Almond milk. The lemon cayenne water is another one of my favorites, refreshing with a spicy bite to it! They usually have a deal going on, buy 4 for $25 for example, so I usually wait for those and load up on getting healthy :) Tip: freeze that strawberry milk a little and it gets a little slushy....just like a dessert!!! I've been to pressed juicery several times. Those visits usually occur when I'm on some diet craze and need a detox after stuffing my face with fries, chips and pizza lol. I knew for Black Friday the one place that I needed to be at was at pressed juicery. They were offering 3 juices, 4 shots, 2 snacks, and a cooler bag for $10. That price is non-existent anywhere, and especially here in Hawaii. This was an absolute steal, and so I must take advantage. The catch was that the promotion was only offered to the first 50 people waiting in line. I planned accordingly and made sure the alarm clock was on. I rushed out to be there at their 6am opening. Ok....it didn't necessarily happen at that time, as I was moving like a turtle asking myself is it worth it?? Should I risk being pushed by aggressive shoppers and pray I'm one of the 50? Luckily, close to 7am there was only a few people in line, and when I walked up the employee explained to me my choices that was included in the Black Friday special. I excitedly jumped as I made it. I perused the menu and chose greens 1, 1.5, a charcoal drink, 4 wellness shots, chipotle almonds, chocolate peanut butter bar, and it all came with their cooler! Everything was delicious and they do offer a membership program online in addition to signing up for pressed points. Love their Juices. Definitely recommend this place for a weeks program to cleanse your body if you are planning to juice on a liquid diet. I never intended to become a fan of juicing. I don't care for beet juice or turmeric in drinks, and I cannot stand grassy tastes in beverages. So why do I end up at Pressed Juicery so often? It starts with the friendliness of the staff. They have let me sample every juice they sell, some of them multiple times. They are patient and informative, and I must be predictable because several of them can say my order almost before I say it. It helps that Pressed Juicery has a rewarding loyalty program that has given me free juices or freezes, big discounts in cleanse packages, free black foldable zip-shut cold carry bag, and a few free reusable Deerdana totes. I love being appreciated with freebies, discounts, and swag. I come in to buy the 5 juice bundle and often try to convince myself that I'll finally like that green juice sample - but it's not going to happen. I have, however, come to tolerate beet and turmeric juice blends - cut with a little water at home. And, if it has matcha and is frozen and comes w three toppings, I can pretend I'm not getting any juiced greens. This recently changed when I saw they were running a $2 juice promotion (limited to one per customer) on Facebook. It was such a steal that I based my dinner plans around it xD. While in store, the girl who helped me was super awesome. She was welcoming and knowledgeable about the different juices, and let me try many samples. I felt well taken care of and loved getting to know the selection better. A pamphlet advertising their Membership program caught my eye so I took one home to browse. If you love pressed juices, the Membership program is awesome! You join by creating an account online or in store on their iPad. Members get any juice or freeze for $5! The only catch is that you have to auto-reload at least $10 into your account every month. This is not a fee, as the money you reload can be spent online or in store. You can also reload as often as you like. Funds carry over month to month so you don't have to worry about them expiring. You must pay with your account's QR code in order to get the Member price. Pressed Juicery runs great promotions for Members so be sure to check the site or your email! They recently launched their Pumpkin Oat Milk and Matcha Oat Milk, and Members got to get one for free! It's still beyond me why people purchase these ridiculously expensive juices. Yes I know it is healthy and good for your body, but you can't put these ingredients together and blend them yourself? Go to a Farmer's Market or Chinatown. You can find everything there, and open your own store. Anyway... Pressed Juicery is located in the new section of Ala Moana near Foodland Farms and Shirokiya Village Walk. The staff here are very helpful, friendly, and patient. I sampled several of the juices, and all of them had strong taste, both good and bad. My friend opted for the juice, but I decided to get the turmeric latte. It was very good with a nice warm and earthy taste and a spicy and peppery flavor. There are other lattes as well, plus soft serve ice cream that's gluten and dairy free, vegan, and no added sugar. Their juices aren't bad, but I come here for the Freezes yo. It all started with a $2 Freeze IG ad. I screenshotted it, headed to the Ala Moana location, ordered a s'mores freeze, and have never looked at frozen yogurt the same since. It just makes you feel SO HEALTHY y'know? Even though there's marshmallows and chocolate and stuff, it's organic so it's definitely the better choice. However, I've also tried their juices. To the extreme, I've done Juice cleanse 1. It is truly an experience you just got to try even once. Me and some friends were in a detox mood so we got our juices and I definitely felt great the next day, but the detox itself was very challenging. You're given 6 different juices, (I liked the beginning and ending juice because they tasted like chocolate and protein powder), and every 2 hours you have to drink a whole bottle. Water is fine, but nothing else but juice. It was kind of challenging having to down juice for a straight 24 hours, but very rewarding at the end of the day. I was inspired to visit the store because of a coworker who did a juice cleanse and shared that the juices were good. I wanted a jump start on the healthy train so I decided to do a juice cleanse for 3 days. I picked up my 3 days worth of juice on a Saturday and started the cleanse on a Monday. The staff was very informative and let me try almost all the drinks that is in the cleanse. I decided to choose the first cleanse since it is for first timers of a cleanse. Juices in the Cleanse -Almond Milk: creamy and delicious -Greens 2: a green drink but it was tasty -Roots: a darker red drink that was tasty -Citrus: tropical drink that I could drink daily -Greens 3: The one drink I did not like because it was very ginger tasting -Chocolate Almond: creamy and delicious -Chlorophyll and Water: was this necessary? -Aloe Vera and Water: was this necessary? Overall, I lost 3lbs and the bloat is gone. I've been eating healthy and I have not gained the weight back. I don't think I would do a cleanse again because I do enjoy eating but I wouldn't be surprised if I bought drinks individually like the almond milk for my coffee. While I was there that day picking up the juices, I decided to try the freeze since I always here other talk about it. The freeze is delicious. It tasted like ice cream and it satisfied my sweet tooth. I picked the chocolate almond freeze with dark chocolate drizzle, chocolate chips and strawberry. If you are looking for a healthy sweet treat at the mall, I recommend getting a freeze from here. read more

This tiny Pressed Juicery is located on the bottom floor of Ala Moana a little bit past Shirokiya. The store is really small, so only a handful of people can fit in it at a time. Now, I know everything is more expensive in Hawaii, but this is seriously the truth here. On the mainland, member prices can get you a juice for $5 but they are $7.50 here! They don't do the same member deals on the mainland. They still honor points though and will add those to your account. The juices are all fresh as well as the freeze options. If only it were a little bit cheaper, I'd come here as often as I do on the mainland! read more
