The peppermint sundae poster drew us in to the store and we were not disappointed! Always thought that Pressed had juices and bowls but never thought that they would have soft serve and sundae The Peppermint sundae was creamy, soft and had very less sugar. Yay issaquah has a Pressed! I've been waiting and I finally joined. This specific location I will say has wonderful customer service the ladies working we're very friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up joining the VIP. I'm always a fan of their ginger pressed juices. And now they have protein smoothie bowls ! I got the tropical protein smoothie bowl and it was exactly what I wanted. I was worried it was going to be too sweet, but it was actually perfect. They also have acai bowls too The location is bright and quaint. I don't think there was very many tables, but they are Pressed Juicery® so think Juices to go! read more

I ordered 2 protein acai bowls from Uber for pick up last week. The bowl was very delicious and the staff was very nice. The shop was clean and I just love how good you feel after eating/snacking on something so refreshing. The only reason I took a star out is that Uber told me the order was completed but when I get there, the staff hasn't even started my order, so I had to wait a bit for the bowl. read more

Terrible service. I waited in line for a long time while both employees spent their time helping another patron on her discount. Neither employees acknowledged me, not even a quick eye contact. One of the employees was able to assist someone else ahead of me, but when it was my turn she simply ignored me to join her colleague. A simple statement of acknowledgment would've been nice. Have been coming here a bit since it's opened, and have to say at this point unfortunately the experience ordering acai bowls is 90% negative. First, the acai portion is often broken/frozen and not available. Second, the customer service is more often than not rude and an uncomfortable experience: not friendly, very slow, sloppy in their work and in their appearance (serioulsy -- we're at the point now where it's acceptable to serve food with unkept, uncombed hair that's falling all over the place and the employee constantly fidgeting with their hair and hat without gloves in an establishment that handles food?!). Won't be ordering the overly expensive bowls anymore -- will stick to juices if even that. read more

I love coming here to get their chocolate freeze. It tastes so good and I love knowing that it's made with all natural ingredients. I don't feel so bad when I give it to my toddler as a treat. Been here twice now to order their freezes via DoorDash. They always have my order ready on time or even before which I love. Will come back. read more

Have to agree. Service is very rude. I get it you are going to have high school kids working for min wage, but I'm sure there's some you can hire that can provide some basic customer service. The product is very expensive and not sure it's worth it. Was so excited when they opened up a Pressed in Issaquah. We enjoy taking walks during the summer and then treating ourselves to a freeze. Our favorite is the chocolate flavored freeze but surprisingly it is not a regular flavor, which I think is odd. Tried the dragonfruit this time since it wasn't a first choice but was craving a freeze. It was ok but hoping they bring back the chocolate soon. read more

I no longer live in the area but I came in around 4:30 PM on Monday, May 20th, only to be told that they were out of strawberries and bananas for my original açaí bowl. I was about to walk out the door when the very sweet staff member suggested that she could add other items instead.... And asked if I wanted to add almond butter. I trust her judgment and agreed.. and it's probably better than what I was going to originally order. She was very apologetic about being out of items. I love their drinks and especially açaí bowls but unfortunately the staff's unsanitary ways makes me think twice about returning. They handle all the fruits especially the banana with dirty gloves they never change after handling the cash register, screens, door knobs etc. also they don't wash the fruits here. Kinda ick with their sanitation. It's supposed to be healthy and clean at overpriced costs so I expect better. read more

Pressed makes good juice, but the people working at this location needs major changes! The staff here is super UNfriendly. They don't greet you or make you feel welcomed. The times that I have came to this specific location was actually very unpleasant and unwelcoming. The staff here argues and does not honor any Pressed offers that are on-going, despite that they have a sign in the front of that exact promotion! Staff here needs training, A LOT of training. My wife discovered this little gem about 2 years ago...ish. I have been an avid juicer for nearly 30 years so I was a bit of a juice snob. So...I did my homework and checked into the company. There are so many amazing things about this company that I could go on for hours (my poor wife will confirm this as the official recipient of my daily "info dumping," but I will simply encourage you to dig deeper (Forbes.com and Entrepreneur.com) to make the history lesson short so that I can get on with the real reason I decided to write this review which is....amazing customer service. So...yesterday, we did our weekly order so that we could swing by the Issaquah location to pick it up. When we got there I was met at the door by Jordy who explained that due to a staffing issue, they were having to close early but brought me inside to give me our order. Super nice and very apologetic. Honestly, if he had told me I would have to comeback the following day that would've been fine because stuff happens (remember this the next time something doesn't go according to plan because our lack of patience and understanding seems to be reaching an all time high and tbh, it's kind of gross- if you are one of those complainers do better) Ok, where was I ? So we got our juice and headed home and when we got home I received a call from a number I didn't recognize. I let it go to voicemail because I hate talking on the phone and figured it was a scammer. It was not. When I listened to the voicemail there was a nice message from Stephanie a District Manager with Pressed. She said she would be following up with a text very soon (I much prefer texting so I waited). A couple of minutes later I received a text apologizing for the issue. I explained that I had received my order but it wouldn't have been an issue either way because why? Patience, understanding and kindness. I was actually taken aback that she would take the time to follow-up and felt bad that she felt like she needed to do that but she did and it was nice. She explained that they were working on some issues with staffing and the like and I told her that I had no issues with their customer service and was still blown away by the follow-up. It made me feel very happy and important so I started bragging to my wife about how important I am (she's a Senior VP and I am retired and on the autism spectrum and sometimes old retired autistic guys need a win like this). I guess my point is that Stephanie took that extra step that really made a difference to me and now I am a customer for life (I was anyway because I love the Roots 3 and am so tired of cleaning my juicer plus the cold pressing is much better anyway). When I first read up on Pressed, I attempted to convince my wife that we needed our own cold pressing equipment and since she said no....here we are and I couldn't be happier. ESPECIALLY now. Blonde lady very unpleasant and left door open in back that looks very bad and she was just on her phone. Inexperienced, incompetent people. Today I saw a gal who was very knowledgeable about the products but lacked customer service and awareness of keeping things moving. Pressed is one of my wife's favorite places, so we were excited when we saw a new location opening up in Issaquah. Unfortunately, this location is probably not going to last very long without substantial changes. Out of the five times we've tried to order food from the Issaquah location, we were only successful twice. This location will either be locked during business hours, or employees will be in the back room with the door closed. I have yet to visit this location and see someone behind the counter. Tonight, we had put in a mobile order at 8PM and headed over to pick it up. When we arrived at 8:20PM, there was no one in the store front and the door to the back room was closed. Checking the pickup freezer, we didn't see our order ready. After waiting several minutes without anyone showing up, we decided to go to Target to pick up some items and try later. We then came back at 8:45PM and this time there was an employee visible behind the counter, but they had already locked up the store and wouldn't acknowledge our presence, even though they had already taken our money via the mobile order and we hadn't received it. read more
