I was excited to try out Jamba Juice For the first time in my life. I looked online and saw they had a and awesome oatmeal with peanut butter and banana. Went in, and they told me they had no bananas. There's literally a Fred Meyer across the parking lot so it seems like it would have been an easy fix and how do you run out of bananas at a place that touts fruit juice? One of our frequent pitstops! Friendly staff, love the fresh juices and smoothies. My favorite is Mango-go-go and Watermelon juice which came in as a summer special. Plenty of parking options! The only time, I was disappointed was when I came in after a long summer drive and they were not taking any orders as they had plenty of online orders. Two sweet young ladies, Peyson and Keira working a night shift a week ago were too kind staying open late in order to fufill my drink for my husband who had just gotten out of surgery. I know nothing is going to happen but still here goes nothing. I rushed to this Jamba juice because google shows it closes at 8 pm. I was there at 7:20 to get my orange juice. The person at the counter said we cannot serve any juices now because we shut down our juicers one hour in advance for cleaning. Went back extremely disappointed. Waste of time despite reaching way before time. Jamba juice should update its customers that no juice will be served one hour prior to closing, just have smoothies or go home!!!!! read more

Spent A LOT of time here back in the day. I love how they have continued to adjust their menus to keep up with the trends. They offer Açaí bowls, lots of green juices, but they still keep their classics. I've always been a Caribbean Passion kind of gal. But lately the Greens and Ginger has been my go to. The flavor mix so well together and the ginger is present but not overpowering. I love it! The staff is young and sometimes we have some hit or miss experiences but overall everyone is really friendly and eager to help out. This location is usually pretty good in fact I would say almost excellence as they recognize me and start making my order at the moment they see me. However not being open during posted hours for a franchise is not cool. They need to hire enough people to cover the shifts or the owner of the franchise needs to get their act together and start working in the store. read more

I always love Jamba Juice and this one was no exception. Kind workers. Delicious drink. However one worker had her mask down and it wasn't covering her nose. This is probably the worst Jamba Juice I have ever been too . I am writing this review standing right outside the Jamba Juice . The guy who served me was so angry . It was pretty clear he did not want to do his job. He shouldn't be working there if he is so unhappy . I like Jamba Juice, but customer service really varies, depending upon which location you frequent. This particular location has never had particularly helpful customer service. Because of that, they would normally get a 3 from me. But the reason I am giving them 2 stars is that the last time I visited, they couldn't make juice! First time ordering from this location. Very long line and wait time but I counted atleast 6 workers. Not sure what they were doing. I order an energy bowl. The one with only strawberries and bananas on top. After waiting in line and waiting for our order 20 mins later I get told oh yeah we are out of bananas. What??? This place is horrendous. Never go if you have allergies. Yesterday night, i came in for a birthday smoothie. I'm allergic to bananas and pineapples. On the menu my smoothie ingredients said NO bananas, they replaced the pineapples. Upon drinking on my birthday, i got very sick. Broke it hives and threw up at home. Turns out they added banana to my smoothie even though the ingredients didnt say so on the board. They constantly add extra ingredients without even asking you. Such a dangerous thing to go about, many people have allergies. This isnt the first time this has happened. Their employees constantly make mistakes. I have to reconfirm multiple times whether the ingredients i am allergic too were skipped out on. And sometimes they say "oops, let me make it again." Last time i spoke to management for an allergic rxn. And now this time i'm done coming to this location. Highly recommend you don't either. The customer service is poor. The kids that work there are very nice, but that's always the issue as well-no supervision . Three different times now I have ordered and when I receive my order it doesn't have fruit on it. One time I had to wait for the manager to run over to the grocery store to get bananas. This time when I got my incomplete order they said, "yes, we are out of bananas...and strawberries, but I gave you extra blueberries." Really?? This Jamba Juice is pretty good. The parking situation is great (lot's of parking!) which I really appreciate since most of the Jamba Juice's I've been to have had very few parking spots.
