This is the only repair shop I go to in the Orlando area. I will drive over an hour to go to this shop specifically. When my car started overheating, another shop quoted me $3000 to replace both water pumps and a radiator fan. My gut told me to get a second opinion so I came here. It was a $500 repair and I never had another issue with that car. Everyone needs to find a good trustworthy mechanic and Frank should be your guy! His shop does great work for fair prices! read more

Great guys very friendly. Took care if me and my car. Went to a dealership nearby and they charged $135 to look at it. Then wanted $600 to fix battery cables. Came here to Prestige and they fixed it for less than $50. Guys are funny and friendly to every. Father and son run the business. read more

I was having an issue with my head lights and I could barely see when driving at night. Brought in my car and spoke with Frank. He was able to fix my head lights issue and save me some money. When he looked under my hood my battery was leaking fluid and on the verge of exploding. Frank was able to replace my battery onsite and I really appreciate that. I used to take my truck for its shocks and lifts only because the dealership had everything done there originally. The past year I kept noticing a noise coming from the front drivers side. I kept taking it back to the original place and they kept saying everything looks good. Then they said I needed new shocks so I got new ones with them. A month later the noise came back and they said same thing everything looks good. I've always brought my truck to Frank and Prestige Auto since I've had the truck. I never told frank about the noise I kept hearing and while he was changing out my tires he called me over to take a look... sure enough it was the front driver side he wanted me to look at, the control arm on that side was dang near completely broke. He said if that completely came apart on a highway or anywhere I was going a decent speed, it could be serious damage and injuries. Needless to say I will not be going back to the other place for my other truck needs. Prestige Auto will be my place for everything my truck needs. read more

I have always been very skeptical about mechanics, as a young woman that is not very educated in Automobile mechanics, I am such an easy target for deception. But I did my homework and I found Prestige, they are in charge of maintaining and repairing the company cars of my employer and they do such a fantastic job about it, that I decided to give them a chance. Frank and Frank senior are not only honest and hardworking individuals, they are committed to do what's best for their customers. I am very pleased with the work they did for my Volkswagen Jetta 2015, they found a problem that I had with my car since I bought it. I heard my car make a horrible grinding noise and so I work in Ocoee and a Tires Plus is a shop nearby. Was hoping it was just the brakes or something very minor. Dropped it off and went to work. Tires Plus called me to say that it was a frozen caliper and they would need to be replaced. I asked why not just the one replaced and he stated that they do not replace just one. Also after all the other "suggested" repairs on my car would equal out to over 1300.00. He stated that my back brakes are below spec and are a danger to drive and may have an accident. Luckily a co-worker had me call back after I told them to change just the calipers and he stated that it is possible to just have one caliper replaced but if you change both than shouldn't you replace the brakes for the 522.17 it was costing? The repairman stated, no, her front brakes are fine, it is the back brakes that need replacing. My co-worker stated that to hold off and that I would call them back. Needless to say I did not have the work done and drove over to Prestige Auto Repair as I had gotten work done there before. He had his tech look at the car right away with zero waiting and he stated that there is nothing wrong with any of the things Tires Plus said there was. Frank, the owner even looked at it and said there is a little metal shavings but it looks fine, no brakes needed, no caliper needed, no drum or anything needed. I am not rich by any means and am a woman and it genuinely hurts my heart that Tires Plus was going to take my money with no regrets and lie to me and Prestige Auto who has been in business 30 years did none of that shady stuff. They are an honest and reputable company and I will never take my car anywhere else. In this age it is hard not to be cynical about companies and people but I am telling you that Frank and his dad and all his techs there are not there to rob you blind at all! Do not use this place to have your repairs done . i have never heard so much bull crap from the farther and son team . All thay want to do is make excuses for delaysand charge for things thay experiment on . Son has no clue how to run a business . he would rather sell cars and not care about people walking in his shop and farther is burned out and wants to be at home or playing golf . has no time to deal with me or call me back when promised . Thay kept my truck for 3 weeks total with all sorts of excuses , i paid $1200 for fixing my engine problem and still after 3 weeks had no clue what to do and had to get another expert to fix issue and still charged me again .
