Discovered B Z Auto Service when I mentioned to my co-workers that my car's AC was not blowing cold anymore. One of my co-workers took her car over to Jeff at B Z for repairs all the time and recommended him. He was honest, helpful and even changed my tail lights that were out and wipers that desperately needed changing in addition to flushing out the AC system and putting in new Freon. All in all, the work only took a short time and I got my car back a few hours later. The prices are competitive and a lot lower than what my dealership quoted me. Dropped car off to get 1 major thing done and other minor maintenance. Got the car back and everything was done EXCEPT the one main thing I asked to have done :( Then when asking about potential solutions to 1 of the issue there was more concern to release themselves of blame and making sure it's know that the problems aren't their fault instead of looking into solutions. Harris the owner and technician is amazing! He is not only reliable and honest, but tries to find the least expensive fix for your vehicle. We take our bmw and Range Rover to him and can't be more satisfied with his work. He always explains everything in a manner that's easy to understand as well as shows us the part(s) that we're replaced. I can't say enough about his work! The only downside to this review is he might get too busy and not be able to fit me in as quickly. A small price to pay for such an honest and reliable repair person. read more

Needed brakes for my wife's Ford Escape. Tired of the dealer runaround. Jeff was highly recommended by a very trusted friend. He was right. Jeff replaced only the back breaks, front not needed yet. This place doesn't look like much, however they can handle any repair you bring. These guys aren't going to practice on your auto, rather they're going to fix it. I've NEVER been sold anything that I didn't need. This is an independent repair shop. It's so hard to find a good mechanic. I know a lot of my girlfriends agree that sometimes we never know if someone is trying to sell us something we don't need or if our car really needs that. Last year my co-worker brought me to Jeff at B Z Auto when I was having some car trouble. Now I'm going there for all my car service needs. It's not hard to get an appointment. Jeff has always been fairly priced and never pushed unnecessary work on my 12-year-old car. It's always easy to get an appointment there and I'm always pleasantly surprised at how low my bill is and how quickly my repairs are done. If I had to give one negative, it's that the waiting room is uncomfortable and unwelcoming. If you're having service done here, it's best drop your car off and come back to pick it up (which I realize can be a hassle). read more

I've been a client of Jeff's for 10 years... YOU WON'T FIND A MORE HONEST PERSON. He does not over work your car and do unnecessary work. His prices are extremely fair and he tries really hard to accommodate everyone's request. Referring to the comment made by Lori B., I'd rather sit in his meager and unassuming waiting room that offers water, puzzles and a soda machine, than BMW's, Lexus's, or Toyota's overpriced service department. We needed a mechanic for a used car we purchased. Took it to Jeff to look over for us. He found a few things that we addressed and had fixed and have taken it to him a few times now to make repairs that were needed. Jeff is the most reasonable and honest mechanic I've ever dealt with. He doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need and goes above and beyond. He is knowledgeable, gets the job in a timely manner and does a great job. After being hit with a flying truck tread on the turnpike, we found ourselves searching for an honest mechanic in a strange city. Yelp directed us to BZ Auto Service and Jeff who worked us in and checked our tires, fluid levels, the muffler and the underside of our car on busy Mother's Day weekend. He reattached the bumper and stopped the awful grinding and scraping sound. We cried tears of joy when we saw our bill.
