Go here for your next car, you won't regret it. My experience at Prestige Auto Market was not what I expected when I first got to the dealership (In a very good way). We (my wife and I) were greeted by a salesperson named Denis. He was friendly, laid back and asked me which vehicle I was there to see and I told him the Blue Range Rover Sport Supercharged over there. We have been thinking about one but never actually seen one in person or test drive one. He got the key quickly and handed it over so we could check out the rig. We are coming from a 400whp STI and I needed to let go of my toy for a better more comfortable family car, we still have the Jeeps though. They had a sweet fully built newer STI there while I was there too. Anyhoo, the Rover was very clean inside and out, it wasnt just a detail job, the quality was actually very well kept for its age and mechanically you could tell that it was in great working order. I fired it up and it sounded just like it should, looked over the vehicle as I was letting it warm up, under the hood checked all the belts, fluids, checked for leaks or weird noises and played with the air suspension. Denis was able to answer all the questions I had about it and then I handed over license and insurance card and went for a drive. We weren't sure what to expect as this was our first time in one but I've been a car guy my whole life and a mechanic so I listened for all the little noises, bumps, vibrations to signal if there was anything wrong. We got back very satisfied with the Rover and knew this was the type of vehicle we wanted to get. Denis came back out to meet us once we got back and see what we thought. We told him we liked it but were just starting to look at them. We looked at a lot and honestly weren't really planning on going back because we had some others in mind, but the service we got from Denis and the way the condition of all the other cars on their lot you can tell they care about the condition both mechanical and cosmetic on their cars and we went back later on and looked again while talking with Denis. 3rd time when we showed up Denis was with a customer and I spoke with Vadim. I had a question about a strange looking plug that I had never seen before and he not only knew what it was but it impressed me he knew and it ended up being a weird charging port for an old Nokia lol. He was able to answer any other questions I had too and had same atmosphere as Denis, no pressure and very friendly. The manager Tony is a solid guy, also very friendly and laid back, he worked with me on the deal and at first we were looking to trade my other vehicle but he was upfront and honest and said they just couldn't swing the deal and was really kind and honest about it. Didn't talk bad about my trade or anything or scoff at me like has been done to me at other dealerships. That told me we were in the right place, absolutely solid character and good people. We ended up selling our car private party and came in, worked out a deal and they went above and beyond making sure that all of my concerns were addressed and taken care of before we moved forward. It didn't feel like a dealership but more like a chill hangout spot with good friends. I've been to a lot of dealers all over and I have never been in an environment like that with a dealership, or anywhere that I've ever purchased anything honestly. It wasnt fake friendly, they were genuine, and sincere in how they treated me. When we were filling out paperwork I had my 1 year old son with me and they didn't get upset by him being silly and running around, the guys were helpful in keeping an eye on him while I was filling out paperwork. There is a very sweet lady who works there as well named Lana who helped keep an eye on him too and she gave us a bag of cookies they have there I think it was double fudge Grannies cookies I wanna say, and I was able to give him a little snack and helped keep him occupied. We talked a little about our kids and it was just the icing on the cake that made it a purely enjoyable experience. Never in a million years would I have imagined those words would ever come out of my mouth. I've always left dealerships pissed off and a sour taste in my mouth because they dont care about you, once they have the salt they just disregard you and you get put on the back burner. Not at Prestige, I also appreciated that we went through the paperwork fast. It didn't take hours like most places. We had all paperwork done within 20 minutes and I was down at my rig installing carseat and loading up the boyo. We are now the proud new owners of the Range Rover, we got it for a price that I can't argue with and we want to thank the guys and gal at Prestige Auto Market for exceeding our expectations and then some. The process was seamless plus the details given to you to help you understand makes you feel this is the best place to buy a car ! I hate going to car dealerships so I was surprised when I left Prestige Automarket and felt like I had had an enjoyable time. Phil - the salesman - is friendly and patient. As we looked over a car Phil held a neighborly conversation while also answering every question we had about the car without unleashing a torrent of facts or peppering us with hyperboles of how great the car is and why it is such a deal. I could enjoy a beer in a bar with Phil. Tony - the owner - seems to place genuine value on quality. He and Phil both described in detail the care that had gone into restoring the 10-year-old car we were focused on. They spoke like people who had actually thought through the balance of cost and quality, but still chose quality in the end. I expect we will return to Prestige Automarket. read more

Don't go here they sell lemons YOU WILL LOSE MONEY check engine light came on literally 2 hours after I left the lot lucky I was able to get some of my money back they said they couldn't refund the state tax and licensing ended up losing 2 thousand doesn't look like some people were lucky enough to get any sort of refund. I bought an 08 Jetta here in March. Had numerous problems with it the day after I bought it. Check engine light always coming on. They offered to fix it themselves. I have them the chance to do so, twice. They them took my car to their mechanic and had him "fix it". Next day, same engine code and light on. So after three diff times of me having no use of the car I just bought I gave the owner two options. He could give me my 8k back or pay Volkswagen dealership to fix it properly. He chose have the dealership. Well he only approved and paid for half so I was still out $300. I am now having a second big repair dome to engine. This car is a lemon. Through and through. They lied to me about several things including whether the car had been in an accident requiring major body work. If you like to live life on the edge them def buy a car here. If you need something reliable, safe, and sturdy do not I repeat DO NOT buy a car here. Save yourself the headache. read more

Went in to check out a car and ended up negotiating on it. After a couple days of sitting on a decision and doing some further research into the car, I found that the car was not actually the trim level that we had bargained on. There were many features included in both the price out-sheet that they handed me, as well as the KBB price out and the Craigslist post that weren't actually included in the car. I'm willing to give the dealership the benefit of the doubt that they just didn't know the car well enough (after all, they get all different kinds in there) rather than just trying to pull the wool over my eyes, but either way the end result is the same. Additionally, the car had a noticeable vibration that could have pointed to some engine issues, but the salesmen were trying to tell me "oh, all cars do that" (I have checked out several of the same exact car, none of which had the same issue). They were willing to let me take it to a mechanic of my choosing, but were pretty insistent that their mechanic had scoped it out and it was all just perfect. Otherwise, the negotiating process was par for the course for stereotypical used car dealership, including phrases like "Wouldn't you like to have this car in your garage when you return from your work trip?" and "Oh, you must have caught my manager on a good day. Normally he wouldn't go for a deal like that, but he okay-ed it." Not a great experience, so I won't be going back. read more
