These guys are straight forward and there is no shady business. They are great at answering all your questions with out making you feel like an idiot. Our sales guy Sean was great, friendly, did not make me feel talked down to and did not piss me off (Every car purchase I have ever made me so angry to the point that I have had to cut the salespeople down to size.) Best car buying experience we have had - by a landslide. We had been on the hunt for a new Jeep Wrangler and I came across a listing from Tiki Motors on Autotrader. The listing was at the top of my recommendations after I applied filters and it was honestly love at first sight. I had my fiancé send in an inquiry and they gave us a call right when they opened. We set up an appt to test drive. We got a chance to meet a large portion of the crew and see the warehouse that houses all sorts of decked out vehicles. Ryler, our sales rep, did a fantastic job walking us through many different options within our price range and explaining how each rig drives differently. After trying out three cars, we ended up with our dream Jeep. Bobby, one of the owners, was incredibly cool and helpful in making our buying process quick, easy and enjoyable. There isn't any negotiating which was one less stressed to worry about - we knew it was priced reasonably based off all the analysis. I love this dealership, my dad was a car salesman and my family have owned dealerships in the past. I love the concept of this dealership they have awesome crossover, 4x4, and overland type cars and trucks in stock that they specialize in. Their market demographic is people who love adventure and these types of cars. It's laid back, data driven, and not overpriced place to buy a car. Shawn was awesome to work with, it's a small operation the sales guys are managers so there is no wizards of oz - "let me speak with my manager" when negotiations of price happen. I think it's a warehouse with really cool vehicles and really awesome people that decide "hey maybe we can sell this one", after staring at all its coolness for awhile. I drove 9 hours from Boise for a kick ass truck I found- i know, crazy chance to take. But Megan became a new besty immediately during the Facetime walk around and convinced me I was making the right decision. Then! Upon arriving early, Taylor was all like "hey yeah you're early, here's the keys go watch some salmon get tossed"- and so I did. Got back, watched some sexy Keanu Reeves on tv with Marissa while discussing backpacks, staring at cool cars, and learning about the cool Rigs and Coffee meet up (can't wait to find one near me). Oh and I also learned about a lot of numbers with Trey haha literally the most awesome team ever. My wrist didn't hurt from signing papers even though Taylor said it would, but that's probably because these people have their ish together and made my car buying experience a mini vacay. My experience at Tiki Motors was fantastic! I submitted a request through KBB for an instant cash offer on a car I was selling, and Monica reached out the next day; she was helpful and not pushy. After a few days, I took my car in for them to make an offer on, and within 10 minutes, Bobby and I landed on a price that was fair to both of us. I wasn't ready to let the car go for sentimental reasons, but Bobby put no pressure on me to commit that day - I went home and slept on it for weekend and returned the following week. He held to the offer, didn't pull any "fast ones" or make last minute adjustments or surprises to the deal. Honest, reputable and respectful of my time... and... they proved their integrity. Full version: I started off by having a horrible experience with a local dealer in Yakima, which is where we are from. We decided to look out of our market and found 'Tiki Motors'... for us, over 2 hours away but... we really liked the vehicle we found on their very professional Web Page. We called Tiki Motors and Trey quickly got back to us. Trey provided me with expertise in communication and knowledge of the vehicle I was calling about. He also worked hard at helping us find a solution with our schedule so we could see and test drive the vehicle which was 2 hours away. Trey was not pushy and respected my time knowing that we'd need to get all of the details regarding a 'possible' purchase done over the phone. Trey set an appointment for us to drive the vehicle and spent as much time as my wife and I wanted as we extensively inspected the Jeep. When we decided to purchase the Jeep, Trey worked with us directly... NO FINANCE manager trying to upsell us. We bought the vehicle. Being in a downtown Seattle location I anticipated a completely different experience. I was humbled. All the vehicles are super clean and stored inside, the staff are great and we were well catered to. But the real value is the integrity and knowledge. The clear and elegant communication that the prices are firm unless like for like posted for a better price in the same vicinity. got sold a Jeep without being told it had an accident , I found out the hard way as every dealership I want to trade it in offers 15.000$ less than what I payed for and it's because airbag got deployed wich they explain is a big deal, when I confronted Bobby the owner of tiny motors about it, as he persanally sold me the Jeep , he sayed was a 2500$ front bumper small accident, also I was disappointed as I mentioned I trade in my camper van for something I wanted to tow a trailer with as I travel Canada to Mexico and HE SOLD ME A WRANGLER! wich has the worst mpg of all times and only 3500 tow capacity that get me 5/6 mpg at the moment with trailer, why I been tryn to trade it in. The only recommendation is more clarity on timelines on the initial chat/paperwork, however inquiring - the owner called back as promised to review the details and answered all questions. Only go here if you want to lose money. Went on Kelley Blue Book and got an offer that said we could get that price if we brought it in. When we got there they put a mechanic under the car and "found" an issue that didn't exist to try to undercut the KBB price. He then said that they had to report it back to Kelley Blue Book, effectively trying to sabotage my offer with other buyers. This place is why used car salesmen have the reputation they have. Stay away! Don't buy from this used car dealer. My wife, my son and I got screamed at by the owner (he said his name was Bobby) who called us names, accused us to be manipulators, and awared us the "worst customers in the last two years" award! He invited us to his office to "work out" the numbers and spent an hour lecturing us about how we got brainwashed by other car dealers to negotiate arguing that his numbers (car sales price) were the right ones and asking us to show the data otherwise instead of working out a win-win deal between happy dealer and customer. He gaslighted us to believe we were manipulate him to sell us at a lower price as most buying customers try to do. How daring from customers to even ask for a better deal! When we decided to leave, he started screaming at us and told us he was not going to run after us and that we will be the only one regretting not buying the car (gaslighting again). The only true reward we got from this very unpleasant meeting is that my teenage son witnessed first hand what a sales person should never, ever, do: scream at a customer! read more

When looking for a car I try and avoid car dealerships if possible. What a surprise Tiki Motors is, I can't wait to buy my next car from them. The process was unique informative and enjoyable. First you make an appointment they set aside that time for you and you alone. Bobby Harriman one of the co-founders spends the entire appointment with you describing the vehicle and answering any questions and describing the process which is unique as opposed to other dealerships. That's after they make sure the car is clean and detailed and in their showroom area (we visited on a rainy day). One thing that impressed me was how knowledgeable Bobby was about the vehicle we were interested in because it was a trade-in and one they would not ordinarily carry. Highly recommend Tiki Motors. They're a small dealership that looks for single owner, low mileage used cars that have been well maintained and are in great condition to sell. The cars I saw were right in the sweet spot where the price has depreciated a good amount but they still have a lot of good mileage ahead before the car starts having problems. They don't do the whole "car dealership" thing. They listed my car (2015 Nissan Rogue) below KBB price. Low pressure (but there was some -- they wanted me to buy before leaving), no negotiating, no waiting, and the only add-on I was offered was an extension of the original manufacturer's warranty (with no pressure to buy). So if you want to avoid the dealership experience, give Tiki Motors a shot. Special shout out to Asif, who went above and beyond to make sure I knew the car inside and out before I left. I actually didn't like the car I went there to see, but Asif knew what I was looking for and had some alternatives ready to drive when I got there. He was very prepared, knowledgeable, informative, attentive, and great all around. He even answered questions about he car after the sale. Also appreciate Kevin, the sales lead. They price match any legit offer you can find for the exact same car, and in my case they price matched my trade-in offer for my old car. And they were very accommodating with their time and with my payment. After 3 weeks, my car is driving great. It looks brand new, inside and out. I have a minor electrical issue with the stereo, but I don't think they knew about that when they sold it. One last note, they have good covid protocols, wearing masks and cleaning and sanitizing cars between each test drive. Really happy overall. I had to have the car shipped to me bc I live in Indiana and they are located in WA, it was a little scary not knowing the dealership or anything about them. Bobby assured me everything was legit.
