While friendly, they are terrible at communication. Had an appointment to purchase, you know give them money, a car and was over an hour and a half late and had nothing prepared, barely an apology. Also, they took so long to pay off my trade in it cost more $, as they went beyond the 10 day payoff. A thing to know is that they do some work on their cars (not out of the ordinary) but it includes paint. Top line should change their name. I traded in a vehicle a 5 weeks ago and still not paid off. I call them they say make a payment, yet they own it now. no tracking number for the check they said they send in 5 days ago. Horrible business practices. Notice they have already sold my trade. 1 / 2 We bought a 2017 land Rover sport from Topline Auto on July 22, 2024. My wife went to the Land Rover dealership to get the vin reassigned to us as the new owners in order for the app to work on our devices to have automatic start and all the features that you can access from the phone. Come to find out that the vehicle had recently been into the dealership for an overall inspection in May 2024 and had some major issues with the vehicle that was documented and never disclosed to us by topline prior to piurchasing the vehivle. We brought it back to Topline automotive and told them about it, come to find out they do not service or do any work to their cars that they sell all they do is buy the vehicle and put it on the showroom floor and don't put any repairs or maintenace prior to reselling. After several phone calls to Ivan, with him seamingly dodging our calls and not responding, we confronted them in person again. During the conversation, the owner, Ivan, indicated "we get these from aution and do not have any history on them. As long as they start and drive, we sell them." They claimed that the dealerships "overprice" the repairs and "try to upsell you into a new vehicle." "They will tell you whatever they want.."   We took the vehicle to another mechanic for an overall inspection which came back confirming all the same repairs but at a better price than the Land Rover dealership, including the water pump which has been identified as the most expensive, non regular mantenance item. We have called numerous times to speak to Ivan or Julia about coming to an agreement on getting the water pump repaired. Once again we've been met with avoidance and lack of follow through. We have also discovered in the carfax report provided to us at the time of purchase, that Topline has in fact had this vehicle in their possesion once in the past. It was sold and returned/traded back a few months later. Their claim that they "had no prior history of the vehicle before June of this year" when they aledgedly bought it from auction is completely false. They like to source rare finds and it just so happens my car has an Infinity IPL exterior lip, skirts and bumper that the original customer ordered custom direct from infinity and had painted to match. (This is an extra mod a lot of G37 enthusiasts pay and go an extra mile for.... I got lucky with this find). Thier show room is a car enthusiasts dream and I had a good time with Yulia discussing cars. Buy a Honda civic Si 2017 recently, the car was "perfectly fine" and bone stock with no issues they said, noticed that ac it's not working telling them and they say it's fine 2 days after start making weird noises from the engine, take the car for a diagnostic and result that the car was, altered, (tuned) telling me that was bone stock, a mechanic friend, check it and say that they probably put a thicker engine oil to stop the noises, reason why in the test drive I didn't hear anything until I change it to the correct engine oil so the noise was louder, a mechanic recommended me to replace the full engine, went to the dealer to talk with them because I text them and no answer and when I get there start talk to me with attitudes and disrespectful and no help at all knowing that they scammed me, going home after that, the engine just break in the middle of the highway. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ACTIVE DUTY NAVY EXPERIENCE. THESE GUYS WILL LIE AND SWINDLE YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM IVAN AND YUSSUF!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND TROUBLE, THESE GUYS DO NOT NEED TO BE IN BUISNESS. THEY WILL SHAKE YOUR HAND AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE AND LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH. Well these guys surely got me good with this 2015 KIA K900, I have had it 2 weeks the transmission is on its way out and I have to put it in the shop to get front end parts replaced, they claimed the car may have needed a front end alignment and were not willing to cover the charge, but when I go to get it checked out it needs new bushings in the lower control arms. I have sent them quotes and even offered to cover 50% of the shop bill to fix the vehicle and they don't seem to care about, I have already paid for the parts and they won't even reply, They think discounting the vehicle $200 is satisfaction enough for a $1200 repair as soon as you buy the vehicle. Their excuse? "It's a used vehicle". Ivan kept mentioning the warranty did not cover bushings which I found quite odd and it turned out that's what needed to be replaced! They know exactly what is wrong with these cars and will hide it from you and put it off on something else to cover it up. Once the car was out in the shop I also found the exhaust hangar was broken so that will of course be another repair cost. I have texted Yussuf many times and all he has to say is that "we discounted the car already so we wont be helping". I asked if they would fill the vehicle with gas and Yussuf gave me $50 and said he would apple pay me the last bit for whatever did not fill up. These people are no good and do not care about their customers. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE. WHETHER YOU ARE CIVILIAN OR MILITARY, STAY AWAY. read more
