I entered the shop timid and afraid not knowing what the outcome of my first experience here would be. I sit down and immediately get asked if I had an appointment, I said no, and Jesus quickly took me in. He's very friendly and we connected very well. I feel as a barber, you need to have the connection with your client for them to continue coming back and that's exactly what Jesus Q. did, so thank you Jesus. As for the haircut I give it a 9/10 only because my personal barber is the only one to get a 10/10 . After my barber retired I spent literally years looking for a replacement. Went to dozens of different barbers. Some were bad and some were ok. There were couple of good ones, but they wanted to schedule me at 12pm on Wednesday. Finally walked into prestige and got super lucky to get my barber Aj. Have been coming to him for about a year now and I can tell you, as I've told him, he has given me the best haircut I've ever had. I do have to schedule an appointment, but the times are way more reasonable. The place has a good vibe, where everyone seems to get along. I had driven past it because I figured the place looked a little too cool for someone who had just turned 40. I could not be more wrong. While it is cool, and everyone is younger than me, everyone there seems really skilled and serious about their craft. Everyone is polite and friendly. Don't get your haircut here. Just don't. Please heed this warning. At the very least do not get your cut done by Rodrigo. This is my first time writing a review for a business and the fact that I'm taking the time to write this should tell you a lot already. Not only was the hair cut bad (twice) so was the customer service and professionalism of the barber. I came in and provided a picture to the barber of how I wanted to cut my hair which he failed to perform accurately. It was nothing like the picture and wasn't even executed well at all. I like to think of myself as a patient person so I gave him another chance to fix it and in my opinion gave him a way easier haircut to do, a simple buzz cut with a mid fade. (Already totally different than what I wanted but I had an interview later and needed to look well groomed) I also want to stress that I was composed and respectful that the first haircut didn't come out well. I gave the guy another shot which he failed to execute well a SECOND time. Dude, a simple buzz cut with a fade? Couldn't even step up for that? The fade was sloppy, the back was uneven, you could get a better cut and fade in prison. I once again was calm and respectful about the execution of the cut. I was honest and maintained my frustration well. The barber proceeded with an attitude and told me I don't have to pay and to never come back. The only thing he should be frustrated about is his less than mediocre performance in a profession he chose. It's out of character for me to leave a review like this but it's necessary after the customer service and cut I received from this place. LUCKILY, I was able to get my hair cut fixed at another barber shop. They really took care of me and were able to fix what should've been done right in the first place. Just don't get your haircut here. Here's your warning to try somewhere else. read more

Called at around 11:40AM on a Sunday asking if they had walk ins available. I was told the latest they take walkins was 1:30PM. I drove 30 minutes and got there at about 12:30ish just to be told by someone else that they stopped taking walkins. Why tell someone latest is 1:30 then when they arrive change the time? People dont like having their time wasted driving somewhere just like you guys dont like having your time wasted by having people not call or show. Lazy people. Barbers who want money will not stop taking walkins 3 hours before closing. Go elsewhere, save your time and tip someone else who wants the money. read more

I must say that prestige barber shop is the best in town. The barbers are super friendly, professional and sanitary. I have a 2 year old son and I was having a hard time finding a good barber that was able to make my son feel comfortable with getting a haircut. I always come as a walk in and show a picture and describe my haircut and it usually comes out really good! This time i showed him( hector) the picture and told him everything i wanted and did the opposite , gave me a haircut that i could do myself he just gave a 3 all around when i said i wanna keep the length on the sides and the back just shaped up with a taper! There is no taper! He instead just puts a 3 ! I took my 3 year old son for a haircut today and this was the only place that didn't have a ridiculous wait time. Everyone was so nice and the barber that cut my sons hair was seriously great. My son hates getting his hair cut (which is why we hadn't taken him in over a year and a half-but it was time). He was so patient with him and tried his best to get every area perfect even with my son moving and unhappy. I was looking for a barbershop. I had no clue all barber shops were basically working on appointment base only. After 4 barber shops I came across Prestige, the guy was very professional and accepted walk ins, however notifying that they are also going by appointments first but will try their best to get us done. After 2 hours, 3 boys were done! Although you might think 2 hours is too long to wait, all the barbers were constantly checking on you and rotating on taking none appointments making sure everyone was being seen promptly. It was the considerate check ins, respect and professionalism from the barbers that made it soo easy to stick around. Communication is key ppl! Not to mention their music was on point! My boy has had 2-3 different barbers cut his hair and they all have been really good. Today he got his hair cut done by Sal!
