There were no winter restrictions in place yet they took the word of an overzealous HOA board member over the law. There is no excuse for blatantly ignoring the law. Law enforcement luckily provided us with the statues and a link to report this egregious act to the DMV. We called the police to report the car stolen and they were the ones who found out it was towed. A big shout out to law enforcement for protecting a citizens rights.
