I called for a diagnostic and received service the same day! The vehicle was ran through diagnostics and maintenance was done within 2.5 hours. On the drive home the engine misfired and replicated the same issue. I called and they offered to have the vehicle re-towed. They resolved the problem efficiently, replaced the fuel injector connector with no charge and had me on my way promplty. It's been three weeks, no issues.

And I had put things off so long that I like HAD to go and face the music. US Auto Center's advertisement fell out of the heavens and landed before my eyes! It was either a sign from the car gods or nosey Google putting the ad on my Facebook timeline because I had been looking for a new auto shop (I don't like going to places where I feel ripped off, so every time I need my car serviced...I search for a new joint). Anyway, I took my car to US Auto Center and by my surprise..wait...first...they had some jams on the stereo....but they gave me a comforting vibe that they weren't tryna hit me over the head with a list of things that "needed to be done in order for my car to ever work again." Everything that I went in for was all that "needed" to be done....and was ALL I paid for. I was happy, my ride was happy....no more backing that thing up with the extremely loud and embarrassing noises...AND no more nightmares about my engine locking up....the prices were fair and I'm absolutely grateful to have found an auto shop that I will frequent for all and every bit of car stuff that me and my car needs!

If you're like me, I dread going to an automotive service center as they typically are very pushy and make you feel bad for not taking a service. I have to say this experience was great. They got the inspections done in lightning time, were very informative about the condition of my car and gave me some tips on what to look out for. They truly preach the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" saying allowing me to buy a little more time out of my car before my next major repair. Had taken the car to get work done that the dealership I bought the car from was going to pay for. He left for lunch while I was there and told the technician to not put the car down until I had to contact the dealership and have them give him a call while he was aware of the whole situation. I will not recommend anyone to visit this place and especially if David is around. The guys is extremely rude and unprofessional and uses foul language.

I can always depend on them to do the job I need, trouble shoot promptly and accurately, make the repair the first time...and at a fair price. Their prices surprise me, being so competitive. I trust them, as they do not sell service not needed. When I took my car for spark plug replacement due to the mileage they said the plugs looked fine and didn't need replacement. Once, when I replaced a plug myself and it eventually "blew out" I thought the engine was ruined. Nicholl's fixed the bad plug with an insert for $60.00! Oh, I have 4 cars, all over 120,000 miles. They care for them all, including my 1990 clunker with 242,000 miles and my Lexus. Recently my brother had an estimate from the dealer for $3,500 of needed repairs so he was going to get rid of the car. I took it to Nicholl's and for $800.00 they got it running perfectly. Their location is not the easiest to get to, but there is a bus stop on Columbia Pike near the shop. I frequently drop my car off in the morning, ride the bus to DC, and pick up the car on the way home. Convenient

She called Nicholls and they told her that it would be $150.00 as they would most likely have to take the bumper off, would be an hour and a half service, and to also order the bulb. I took her to advance auto parts on arlington BLVD, she paid $15.83 after tax for the bulb and we were back to the office with the bulb replaced in 15min. SHAME ON YOU Nicholls Imported & Domestic Car Service INC for trying to take advantage of someone.
