We just had the eaves of our home painted by Prestige Painting and are thrilled with the results. We had several painting companies look at our project- painting the eaves of our house at a height of up to 27 feet. Our house has the color built into the stucco, so we just needed the eaves painted. Our house is very close to other houses so some parts of the job are tight working conditions. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Prestige responded very quickly, and came out to look at the job.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We first met with Daniel Cuculista who makes a fantastic first impression for the company. He is polite, humble, well mannered, and knows what he is talking about. We told him that we are being extra cautious because of difficulties with previous contractors. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He apologized for our past difficulties with other contractors, and promised that Prestige would do a good job for us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He explained what was going on with our existing paint, and how Prestige would fix the problems. He said he would provided a written contract with estimate and several different levels of paint / warranty. He followed through as promised within hours after our first meeting with him. Daniel said Prestige could start within 3 weeks, (weather permitting) and also promised once they started, the job should be completed in 4 days. We held our breath and trusted Daniel. We were nervous because of our past experiences with other companies. We decided to go for the highest level package to maximize the lifespan of the paint- Sherwin Williams Emerald. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We signed the contract knowing the next step would be a color consultation with Victor, who we found out is the owner of the company. Victor had great suggestions, and guided us towards a result that was exactly what we wanted[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. He told us some of the history of Prestige Painting and how he and Daniel were friends since grade school. Daniel also introduced us to Jesus, who would be managing the workers that do the painting. Jesus is the quieter of the three, but had a great sense of humor. He looked over the job and commented on what needed to be done. He understood what was involved and did not seem concerned about the challenges presented. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Daniel got back to us a few days later stating they could start the job a week earlier if that were OK with us. This was even more convenient for us, so we jumped at the chance[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Daniel then went above and beyond- without us asking, he offers to meet with our neighbor to let them know about the upcoming work. He got their buy in and input to make the process as smooth as possible[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. We can't express our gratitude enough. We were so happy with Prestige before they began, we asked for an additional estimate to paint our front door, and added that to the contract. Jesus and two other workers showed up as expected, and began preparing the site for work. They covered the ground with cloths. They put up paper to protect the stucco from dripping paint. Jesus and his team are the highest quality workers we have run into. They do their absolute best to minimize their presence and get the job done as professionally as possible. They showed up on time, and worked late. There was not a drop of paint spilled anywhere and the job was done to perfection. The workers at Prestige sanded, filled, primered, and painted everything as promised. They didn't stop to ask questions, they just proceeded to make our house look as good as possible- better than when it was new. They worked high above the ground, all day, as if it were nothing. At the end of each day, they cleaned the site better than it was when they got there. They did our door on the final day. I am clumsy and had dented the frame of the door while moving furniture. Each day, I would look at the dent and be reminded of my ineptitude. Not any more- Prestige fixed the dents, and I can wipe them from my mind. The front door now looks better than new as well. We would like to thank Daniel, Victor, Jose, and the painters of Prestige Painting again for all of their hard work. Our house has never looked better. I moved back into my house after some parts of my divorce were rolling, only to find that the roof was leaking into the interior walls, and that the ex. Had basically not maintained the house at all. Daniel and the crew were great! They fixed up the damaged stucco underlaying a wall in the living room, repainted that wall and fixed up the paint on the ceiling where it was cracked from all the damage. I also asked them to paint a bunch of shutters and trim on the exterior and it looks fantastic. Paint matching looks great, and should hopefully hold up a lot better than the builder grade paint which has faded a lot. Would totally hire them again for both interior and exterior work. read more
