His expertise is obvious the way he speaks about various options with such detail and enthusiasm; explaining very clearly both the situation and his proscribed course of action. Dr. B is one of the best dentists I've ever had. He really puts patient care first, always making sure that I know exactly what is involved in any given procedure. When he replaced my fillings, he was very careful and meticulous and made sure my new fillings were smooth and in top shape before I left the dental office. When he extracted my wisdom teeth, I didn't feel any pain or severe discomfort during the process; Dr. B even gave me some special syringes to make sure food particles didn't get stuck in the empty sockets of the extracted teeth. I went for a cleaning for my first appointment. The staff was very friendly! The receptionist greeted me nicely and got me right back without waiting. The cleaning technician was very informed and patient. He took his time and explained everything so I understood what was going on.The doctor was very helpful. I don't write a lot of reviews, but Dr. B is so legit that I feel like I have to. Here's a few things that are awesome about him: 1) he knows his stuff, in and out. When you go in for an appointment, he's not just fixing your teeth -- he'll do a full head and neck assessment on you to make sure everything is on the up and up. Also, he went to THE BEST DENTAL SCHOOL IN THE COUNTRY and even did a post-grad residency in oral surgery (if I remember right) which is NOT mandatory, but gives him an extra level of expertise. Rest assured, you're in the best hands. 2) he's super friendly, personable, and respectful of your time. His team (dental hygenists, assistants, front desk staff) are also very nice as well, and you can tell that Dr. B is very respectful of his teammates as well. 3) HE'S NOT A CROOK! Really -- some medical professionals are really out for your money, but you can tell Dr. B always has your best interest in mind. For example, I was looking for a retainer and I wasn't sure if I needed it or what options there were. Dr. B explained all of the different options, their costs, and their risks and benefits. Most importantly, he didn't just try to push the most expensive one on me! He was very conscious of how insurance reimbursements works (or doesn't in some cases) and was very respectful of the financial impact. A++++ to Dr. B -- couldn't recommend him enough! read more

You do not want to use this dentist, I went in one day to just meet dentist, see the office , office was empty, had to make appointment to come back to meet the dentist. Few days later I returned, again the office was empty, met the doctor was impressed all new equipment, but every room was empty. I interviewed 2 other dentist all provided cost for procedures I needed, I went back to this dentist for the cost, receptionist couldn't provide any information, insisted I make appointment to get the cost from the doctor, I said you going to charge me to get prices, she stated that is normal practice. I made appointment on line with these same comments, yes they called me, guess what, they said they couldn't give prices over the phone, I said I was in there in person and you couldn't give them to me either. Dr. B is not only one of the BEST dentists I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with in my entire life... He is an amazing, compassionate and caring human being. And that says a lot, since I have had extensive dental work done over the years. Let me tell you the story of how he saved my life. After having a horrible experience at UCLA dental, and crappy attempt at a replacement retainer at a less qualified dentist down the street, I was told to check out Dr. B's work through UCLA's alumni program for his wonderful prices and high quality work. I am a PR strategist. Talking to people is a large part of my job, and it becomes hard to do when you lose your partial/retainer that keeps you from lisping and missing teef in your mouth (embarrassing, but I own it). After telling him the story of my lost retainer/partial, my previous horrible experiences at another dentist down the street, and my pressing deadline since I was set to travel on business in less than a week (and having a UCLA Bruin alum bonding moment), Dr. B offered me a wonderful price on a new retainer ($225 dollars vs. $600 at a previous dentist and $775 at another, AMAZING), AND offered to have it done in two days if I could get down there that day. I threw everything I was doing out the window and headed to his offices immediately. I was greeted by a warm and welcoming office staff who knew who I was before I got there, a clean, beautiful environment and a warm and welcoming Dr. B was ready to get down to business. We knocked out the mold in record time, discussed fit, size and what I was looking for and how quickly he could get it done (2 DAYS. A WORLD RECORD). After soothing my fears of getting another cheaply made, overpriced retainer, he assured me that he would have it ready before my flight. Not only did he deliver on all of his promises.... this is literally, by far, he has created fitting, highest quality retainer/partial I have ever had in my life... And I have had 4 up to this point. It already fit great on the first try, but Dr. B then took a good 15 to 30 minutes of his off time (he saw me after he was off out of the kindness of his heart) to adjust the bite of the retainer, making it fit ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. I literally almost cried putting it in... I had never had such efficient, caring and flawless dental work done in all my life. It was so nice to be able to smile after being without my retainer for so long. After a long hug, he made it very clear that I was welcomed back at anytime, and if anything ever happened to the new retainer while traveling, to simply call him and he would have another one made and sent to me instantly. My. Mind. Is. Blown. Customer for LIFE. I am still on the east coast for business, but please believe it. If and when I get back to Los Angeles, Dr. B will be the ONLY dentist I see from this point on. Ever. I am a 70 year old guy and I've gone to quite a few dentists in my lifetime and I can tell you that I had a good dentist in Chicago who was second generation dentist. After moving to Southern California 51 years ago, i've gone from dentist to dentist many of them were referrals from acquaintances but I just had bad experiences one after another over the years until I found Dr. Bouzoghianian. I cannot pronounce his last name right so I'll just call him "Dr. B," and I have never ever been so thrilled with a dentist that I want to broadcast to everybody if you want an incredible dentist this is the guy! Recently I broke another old crown which actually wasn't really old at all, but it apparently was not of the material that a crown should be made of in the position that this tooth was in because it requires a lot of strength. Anyways I don't wanna ramble but I have a new crown made of the right material that has such a perfect fit when I run my dental floss around it I've never had a tooth replaced with such precision before to pay attention to the gaps and how important it is to avoid food impaction and other problems if the crown is too loose like apparently many of mine are. I would refer to Dr. B as a "dentist's dentist," and I will leave it at that! read more

Dr. B. and the staff at Prestige Dental have the best patient care and I got the best filling I've ever gotten (and I have been to at least five dentists). I live in Santa Clarita and I had a dental emergency while my regular dentist was on vacation (an old filling broke off and there was a huge hole in my tooth) and my dentist recommended Dr. B. Thankfully Dr. B. was able to fit me in same day and it was the best filling I've ever gotten. Where there was a huge hole is now a perfect tooth with no roughness and a perfect bite. Even though I've had some trouble at other dentists getting numb I felt no pain at Dr. B's. I highly recommend Dr. B., especially to those who have anxiety around going to the dentist. read more
