Very Rude . After a disappointed customer left their store. The lady that was waiting on me yelled "She hates the people in this township" she continued to rant how everyone was so damn rude. My 29 year old wedding ring needed sized, the prongs holding the diamond was in really bad shape, the set basically needed rebuilt. In less than a week the set was returned to me looking like a brand new, sparkling beautiful ring. I had an antique ring that needed repair. They took it no problems mentioned. When I picked it up I thought I had a brick in the pit of my stomach!!!! I was speechless. I was so hopeful that the small amount of repair that it needed would be back to original. Nope! When she saw my face I guess she thought she had to say something and I was told that was "all that could be done or it would fall apart". I took it somewhere else and they said if they made that mistake they would have apologized and told me no charge. I called back Prestige and explained what I was told and was told that I had the ring in not for repair? but to fix? Whatever that means. If you do go here beware. Ask what they mean by fix versus repair? Still not aware that there would be a big difference???? He had a bad attitude also when I questioned what was done to the Antique very valuable ring I entrusted to them. Sad. The ring is not replaceable and antique. Don't go here!!!!!!!!! read more

I went in with a friend who was buying a diamond for and engagement and I know a little about diamonds. We were dealing directly with the owner Mark Saric. I was asking questions about one specific 3 carat stone and he just lost it. He started yelling at me, telling me that I know nothing about diamonds and that he was the professional. He couldn't even give me an approximate color or clarity. He told me that he can't possible know every stone in the store. I was literally trying to sell the stone for him and he was a complete jerk. I told him that he was a jerk and told my friend that he should shop elsewhere. I directed him to another jeweler that really was a professional and answered all his questions and sold him a larger, higher quality stone for less. read more

This was the first place my husband and I went when we were shopping for our wedding bands. I saw really good google reviews and they had information on custom designed jewelry on their website, which we thought we might need for me since my engagement ring was pretty unique and we were concerned about finding something to match.. They had the best selection and the sales staff were very helpful. We ended up getting my husbands wedding band here and he absolutely loves it. We really wanted to get my wedding band here but the one that worked perfectly was 10K white gold instead of 14K, and we happened to find a band that looked exactly the same but in 14K somewhere else. Their prices are reasonable and the jewelry is quality. They also have great customer service. When my husbands band came in, he wasn't sure if the fit was comfortable (he got the tungsten ring that can't be resized), they let him take it with him and told him to wear it around for a week and if he wasn't happy with the fit to bring it back and we could order the right size at no cost. They have unique yet stylish pieces so you don't have to worry about getting your significant other the same piece of jewelry that tons of other people have. I also HIGHLY recommend them for jewelry repairs. I had my late grandmothers pearls restrung for my wedding, and they did a phenomenal job. I also recently had my wedding and engagement bands fused together. It only cost $35, and they included a special polish to remove scratches and correct the yellowing of the white gold on my engagement complimentary.
