I wanted cash but all they would do is give me a check. I was told they are not a bank, which I thought was rather rude. When I asked how they arrived at the offer number, he was super vague...something like we take what we can get for them and then try and make a little money...lol. He said they don't do percentages. Well, when I figured it out, it turns out they offered 18% less than what the silver content was worth. That's a pretty big number. The reason for 2 stars is...it may be a good place to shop if you know what you're looking for and compare prices but it's definitely not the place to sell anything. They lowballed me on sports cards a few years ago...but that's another story.

But I talked them into letting me go through a box of gold, white and yellow, that they were just going to get rid of. I ended up buying 2 little bands, very nice, just what I was looking for. And they only charged $10 a piece for them. I felt like I got a good deal and I have always wanted to go back, just never had the chance, or extra money since then. (I still wear them, almost daily) I'm thinking about taking in a few rings I don't wear anymore, just to see how much they would give me for them. (I am worried that they will disappoint me, but what the heck, wouldn't hurt to try, right?)
