Excellent service from Rafael. He did an outstanding job. He was able to come at 6pm, 15 minutes after I called. It took him 15 minutes to fix my door, where the guy from another locksmith couldn't even figure it out. We had all our locks re-keyed when we bought our house. We had 3 separate locks, only 2 we had keys to, and only one set of keys. After 30 minutes we had 5 copies made and all our locks worked. We also learned we had a really nice and expensive lock and door combo (and I had almost replaced it just to change the color). The guy was super nice. We love our new keys (they are much nicer then what we had before). And the price was way reasonable - I called around on 2 separate occasions and these guys were the middle runners, but when all the work was done it turned out to cost less then they estimated. Ok first off let me start off by saying shy is the absolute man. I bought a car from retarded carmax, long story short I was lucky enough to have shy come out to program a new key to my car. My appointment t was scheduled for Friday, he had an opening Wednesday and showed up right away. He ran into issues programming the key. But he went home researched it, came back Friday, told me right off the bat he had to disconnect my battery and I would need a code to unlock it. He offered to call but I told him I would do it. I couldn't get the serial number or the code for my radio. Carmax basically told me I was SOL until Monday. Shy stayed on the phone/text and made sure we got the problem fixed. By far the best locksmith. He goes well far beyond where he needs to for customers. He is a stand up guy, you don't find ones like shy anymore! Last night I had a major emergency -- there was a locked security door between me and what I thought was my injured grandfather. I called Prestige Locksmith to come to my rescue, and they were really so incredible: they quoted me an eminently reasonable price for opening the door and promised to be there within half an hour. In the midst of my crisis, they were incredibly comforting and accommodating -- I really can't emphasize enough how impressed I was by their professionalism and efficiency. Happily, in the short time I was awaiting their arrival, my (not injured!) grandfather woke up from his very heavy nap and was able to unlock the door. HONEST AND KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING! My key broke off in the passenger side of my (older) Ford. I got nowhere with the Ford dealer, went to a hardware store (no luck), called a few other numbers (most of whom didnt answer) and then found this guy. He arrived when he said he would and went at my car like an artist! Got the broken off key out of the door, made me TWO more, and, when the alarm wouldnt let the computer key start the car, re-programmed it. All this in 45 minutes!
