Another 5 start review. I would give more if yelp allowed it, because this guy is so awesome. He treats you like a human being. I was in a bind. My car was locked. My key didn't work on the car door. My battery was dead. My key fob didn't work because of the battery. I had to get to work. I got his number from a local pep boys, not even from yelp. Called and told him I needed to get into my car. He said $65, 10 minutes. He arrived in less. When he got here, the first thing he did was shake my hand. Then he popped the lock for me. I told him about the battery when I was looking for my registration papers. He busted out a generator and started my car. I didn't ask, he just did it! NO CHARGE! Finally I gave him the cash. He only took $60. He even offered me a great deal on getting the keys I need made. I was having such a bad day and he helped me make it better. That's worth way more than what he charged. I called around 8 pm for a mailbox lock replacement (I lost my mailbox key) and by 9:30 pm, Shy (the owner I assume) was at my door with all his tools and was done in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service that was well worth the wait till dinner hours. Got the ignition cylinder switched out with a replacement part I ordered and re-keyed the driver side door lock to use the new key. I needed to program the 2nd smart key for my 2015 Ford Mustang. The dealership quoted me approximately $150 for the key and $150 for programming. I bought the key on Ebay for $40 and these guys programmed it in 10 minutes for $85 (including $15 Yelp discount). I chose Prestige Locksmith due to their quick email responses. The technician was professional, punctual, friendly and helpful. I'm very happy with the service. I'd give more stars if i could. Our '06 Saturn got it's key stuck in with engine running. Shy came fast, stopped the engine electrically, rebuilt the broken ignition. But wait! The GM security system wouldn't start the engine. After several hours, calling in his buddy with dealer computers on day 2, on day three he fixed another faulty electronic ignition part.
