If I could rate this place 0 I would. My daughter went to get her nails done for prom and was hoping to get a simple French tip full set No designs or anything. She tells me they charged her $73 not including tip which I found extremely skeptical.. and as soon as she showed me the nails my jaw dropped. I could not believe it as I've been here a few times and deemed it reliable but the nails looked awful. The owner had done them in a rush and was angrily talking on the phone the entire time while doing my daughters nails. The nails were crooked, the white part of the French was not even, and the nails were uneven. I hate to be the person to write cruel reviews but I feel as if they took advantage of my daughter because she's never gotten any acrylics done and was alone. Came in to get a gel manicure and pedicure for my sister-in-laws wedding. Wanted to get just a neutral color with a simple glitter on the ring finger (example picture I showed just for the glitter is the last picture posted). Manicure and pedicure were normal-nothing special. The problem is the filing and the painting. The filing doesn't look bad in the pictures because I already fixed what I could but it's still off. The paint doesn't go to the ends of my nails-I got these services last night. They already look at least a few days grown out. The glitter looks like a blob on my finger. Disappointed that my nails look like this for my family wedding. Would just go somewhere else and get them redone but shouldn't have to. I went there with my little sister to get our nails done. They were pretty booked so we were OK with waiting until they had a spot for us but the lady in charge was very rude. She was yelling at all her employees as if they were stupid and she's doing so in front of all the customers, I think her name was Kelly no reason for her to be screaming at her employees in front of customers like that.. Was a little skeptical going to this nail salon after reading all of the horrible reviews, but I decided to just go anyway because it was convenient. Upon walking in, they take your temperature and I sat down and waited no less then 3 minutes. The salon is beautiful! Very clean and neat. The man that did my pedicure was very friendly. He gave me a great 10 min leg massage without paying extra. The gel mani was ok. He did paint over my cuticles a bit, but it's not that bad. Was it the best manicure I've ever had? No. Was it the worst? No. Unless your super picky about your nails, I think this place is very sub par. The price was decent too. I got a regular pedi and gel mani for $60. read more

I had a very good experience with a manicure and pedicure with Lane. She did an excellent job and was attentive to making sure I was comfortable. The pedicure chairs are comfortable and have massage built in. They have water available if you want. Price for their Signature style was a bit high, even comparing it to overpriced DC prices which I am used to. Lane made the difference and I'll go back if I get a chance, and certainly will be asking for Lane. I didn't have any treatments from anyone else so I don't know how are other stylists. read more

The older gentleman there hurt me so bad!!! I left the salon bleeding from 7 of my 10 fingernails! He charged me $45 plus a tip and didn't even apologize. I'm scared I'm gonna get an infection. A complete rip off. $57 for a refill and a manicure. And one of their employees comes chasing after us in the parking lot saying we were $10 short. We gave him the correct amount even though they definitely didn't earn it -- uneven nails, polish all over our cuticles, see through streaky polish, and bad attitudes the entire time. After many years of avoiding this location (prices were always high) I finally took the plunge to get a last minute, must-needed full set/pedi on a Thursday night. Unfortunately the location near Staples was totally booked so this was our last option (my friend and I went together). We immediately walked right in (next to Shoprite) -- no wait whatsoever. Didn't see any prices on the wall or on the desk...already knew to be on the lookout and ask for estimates. My pedicure was short and sweet. Nothing amazing, besides the massage chair. The lady could of rubbed my feet a little longer and harder but whatever... it was a 3/5 stars. I've definitely had better. While I was getting my pedi, the manager lady, possibly owner?, came over to start my nails which was nice. Eventually when the pedi was over I sat at her table and she started the rest of the process for my full set / French with gel. Note: I paid $70 for this basic pedi and full set! A few things..... She was rushing the process & was very rough with the drill. I had to ask her to square off a few nails towards the end -- she listened and took care of my needs, but didn't really give off a friendly vibe. Seemed like she got somewhat offended by my suggestions... What surprised me the most was the way this lady spoke to her workers and customers that walked through the door. "Hi, What do you NEED?" Not like "Hello, how are you? What can we do for you this evening..." I was confused why a manager would have such crappy customer service. Everyone that worked there looked miserable and you could see it all over their faces. I felt so bad for them. She would yell across the room and show her frustrations when things weren't working her way. I like a business that respects their workers and acts like a team...it was somewhat heartbreaking to witness this negativity. I'm giving this place 2 stars because of her. Maybe take a management class, learn how to speak to your workers politely, say please and thank you, be calm....In the words of Stephanie Tanner..... "HOW RUDE!" I will never go there again. My nails were not completely covered with polish (on sides) and clearly noticeable. Polish was left on my skin next to the nails. I came here to get a a French gel manicure and a regular French pedicure. The pedi lasted a good two weeks before it started getting off. As for the mani, it lasted a week. A gel manicure usually lasts two or three. Even though the people were very nice, I wouldn't come back here again since the quality is below average. read more

The techs were very nice but somehow the quality of the gels and the manicure itself was a little disappointing. They left alit of dead skin around the nails and I noticed some of the white nail showing where there should be the red gel polish. Not just on one but a couple. I read the bad reviews and they threw me off. I stopped in at 10 am on a Sunday, for an acrylic refill, to a very busy salon. My refill took 20 minutes and looks perfect. I commented on the quick turnaround and the woman was honest. I'm a professional and you should never be in the chair for more than 20 minutes for a refill. Amen to that! read more
