Stay far away from this scam practice. They are extremely greedy with the way they set up appointments and billings, refusing to spend adequate time with you and answer questions you have on visits promising to discuss on the next visit stringing you along with no results. Even worse, they also made me pay out of pocket up front to be seen claiming insurance would not cover the visits, only to receive an EOB from my insurance years later showing they billed the visits. They owe me a few hundred dollars in overpayments and refuse to send itemized billings showing what I actually paid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Went in to get a routine thing sorted the other week. They had minimal knowledge about the issue and before things got going, they asked for additional insurance elements that no doctor had asked before. That should have been the red flag. Then, when it was time to see the physician, they asked for additional tests and labs that had NOTHING to do with the issue at hand. They were asking for data that would not arrive for days after the procedure, but said they wanted it any way. That of course makes no sense and just adds on extra money to the bill. After reading the rest of the comments on Google and here I realize that my experience was not unique. If you care about your health and the health of your wallet, avoid. read more

I first visited the urgent care side and was properly diagnosed with a pneumonia. The clinic's x-ray confirmed. Since I had no primary care provider I asked the attending physician Dr. 'Molly' if she would be my doctor. This was a good decision. On ensuing visits she has proven to be attentive and highly competent. I haven't felt rushed from an examination even when it's apparent other patients are waiting. This alone makes the wait, sometimes considerable, worth it. Some things are worth a wait! *On that note, the doctors must attend to the urgent care side in addition to serving scheduled patients so a wait is generally a given. The waiting area is on the small side. It's modern, clean and warmly decorated. The staff is highly efficient. No sad sacks or frowns, only polite young people giving their best. read more

I took my daughter to this urgent care as she was complaining of nausea while running. All I needed was for the doctor to see her and write a note for school saying that she came to see her complaining of nausea and the doctor agreed. After three days of multiple phone calls and another visit all I got was that she was seen there (no reason) and that the patient should not be excused from anything and no follow up required. Pretty callous way of treating a kid complaining of nausea. These kind of doctors should not be allowed to practice care. read more

I previously brought my son in for an eye infection a few months ago. My previous experience with the staff at this office was actually a really good experience. They saw my son promptly, diagnosed him, and sent in a prescription for him. Everything went smoothly. Yesterday, I brought my son in because he was developing a rash along most of his body. A couple of days prior, he was running a fever. We saw the same provider yesterday that we saw a few months ago. So I assumed that we would have another good experience here again. I was wrong. My experience with the doctor went downhill when it came time for me to pick up my sons prescriptions. First of all, the physician sent the prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. And because they were sent to the wrong pharmacy, all four prescriptions were on hold. I called The doctors office at about 5:30 PM to confirm whether or not the prescriptions have been sent to the pharmacy. They stated that the prescriptions were in fact sent to the pharmacy. I go to the pharmacy and ask for my sons prescriptions. They show that they have nothing pending for him. And no prescriptions were ready for pick up. By this time of day, the doctors office was closed for the day and they do not have an answering service. So, I called the pharmacy located at Gettysburg in Cedar. The pharmacy at Gettysburg in Cedar confirmed that they had these prescriptions for my son but the prescriptions were on hold. The reason why they were on hold was because the pharmacy believed that these were sent to the wrong pharmacy based on the fact that I normally have my prescriptions filled at Cedar and nees. (It would've been nice for the Rite Aid pharmacy at Cedar and Gettysburg to call me and find out where I wanted these prescriptions filled.) So, the pharmacy tech at Cedar and Gettysburg was able to get the prescriptions released and sent to Cedar and Nees to be filled. When I go to pick up the prescriptions, one of the prescriptions is for an eye infection that my son does not have. It came out of the doctor's own mouth That she believed my son had strep throat, and based on his physical exam, he had a right ear infection. I explained this to the pharmacist. The pharmacist stated that the pharmacist received a prescription for an eye infection - not an ear infection. This morning, I call the doctors office and speak to one of the employees at the front desk to explain what's going on. The employee asked me to email my inquiry/request for assistance. I explained that I would rather she take this information directly to the doctor because this matter is urgent. My kid has strep and an ear infection and still no antibiotics for his ear. Even though this is taking even more of my time because of the doctors mistake, I go ahead and send an email. Someone*from the doctors office replies That the office sent in the correct prescriptions. I follow up and ask why the office is not taking responsibility for sending the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. And I also ask whether or not the eyedrops that were prescribed to my son can be used for his ear infection. I get no response back. So I go to the office on my lunch hour and explain to the employees at the front desk what's going on, and that I need an answer on these antibiotic drops ASAP because my kid is still sick. The Doctor whom my son saw yesterday comes to the lobby and asked me to go into the back to talk with her. I told her that I don't want to go to the back to talk with her and then I'd rather stay here at the front desk. It is then that the doctor gets all huffy and says that I can leave. And I asked her why she sent the prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. The doctor deny sending them to the wrong pharmacy. And the doctor will not address the central question of whether or not these eyedrops can be used for my son's ear infection. By this point, I am exceedingly frustrated. I tried hard to keep my cool. One of the employees at the front desk agreed to contact the correct pharmacy where I normally have my prescriptions filled and confirm that they will be filling the prescription for the eardrops that my son needs. I thanked the employee for helping me, and pointed out the fact that the employee was doing the doctor's job that the doctor should've been doing herself. Needless to say, I will not be back. I will not bring any of my family members back. And based upon how unjustifiably defensive and indifferent the doctor conducted herself with me today, I'm pretty sure I'm not welcome back either. And that's perfectly fine. I don't want to deal with medical professionals who refuse to correct their mistakes and acknowledge their mistakes. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! They are running an insurance scam or something here. I've gone twice now (shame on me) when I was sick and needed urgent care. EVERY TIME they ran a Covid, flu, and strep test on me (even though I took a Covid test at home and had a negative result). They charge you $100 FOR EACH TEST!!!! And Dr Molly just looked in my ears and charged me $100 claiming it was some ear wax removal when she never did a damn thing but look in my ears. It cost me over $500 just to see the Dr and be told all the tests were negative. I could have told them that! They will do unnecessary tests on you and bill you hundreds of dollars. They are predatory doctors and definitely not out to help anyone. All they want is $$$ from you. Go somewhere else! Never ever going to this office again. Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Care I had a very negative experience with Prestige Primary and Urgent Care Clinic and Dr. Molly Bachir. I was a patient there for about a year, and unfortunately, my experience was marked by repeated issues with both the doctor and the clinic's staff. Dr. Bachir prescribed me cholesterol medication despite my levels not being particularly high (as confirmed by multiple other doctors later). She also ordered several unnecessary blood tests throughout the year. My skin became extremely dry and irritated, which I later realized was a side effect of the medication. When I raised this issue with her, she didn't offer any real solutions. After doing my own research, I stopped taking the medication, but she simply prescribed another one, which didn't work either. Eventually, I sought care elsewhere, where I was advised to stop the medication altogether. Another issue was related to my back injury, which involved a small herniation. I was put on short-term disability and charged $125 (or more) for each visit related to it. The pricing was inconsistent--at times they quoted $125, other times $225--and I was often caught in confusing and frustrating communication with the office manager. For example, I was told I needed to make payments at certain times, but when I went in to pay early, the manager became upset with me. Moreover, the paperwork for my short-term disability was consistently delayed, and when I followed up, the staff would become defensive and rude. At one point, they even tried to charge me for a form they had previously filled out for free. The care I received from Dr. Bachir was also problematic. She initially told me to rest completely for my back injury and only do physical therapy. Yet, six months later, she expected me to be ready to return to work, despite the fact that my therapy was limited to stretches and my strength had significantly declined. She didn't listen to my concerns about pain and weakness, and I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported. After canceling my last blood test and follow-up appointment, I tried to schedule a follow-up for my back injury and short-term disability, only to be told that they could no longer assist me. This was after they had initially been willing to schedule the appointment the same day. They failed to follow up as promised, and when I contacted them again, I was told they couldn't help me anymore. I was forced to start the entire process over with a new doctor, and for the first time, I was not charged for paperwork. The overall experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and, in my opinion, unsafe. The clinic seemed more focused on billing and profit than on providing quality care. Dr. Bachir and the staff were unresponsive, and their treatment lacked any real consideration for my well-being. I am relieved to no longer be a patient here, and I highly recommend that others avoid this clinic to avoid a similar experience. read more

This is the most unprofessional and rude Dr I have ever encountered. The doctor was arrogant and confrontational. I emailed a copy of my MRI prior to my visit only to be confronted by the doctor about his not being the one that requested the MRI. Throughout our unpleasant conversation where I was looking for medical assistance the Dr was rude and constantly stating his displeasure about him Not ordering my MRI which was ordered by a chiropractor and shows serious issues in my lumbar spine requiring surgery. Come to find out the DR never reviewed my MRI and just wanted to scold me about what he felt was the process is should have used in seeking medical attention. The appointment ended without him reviewing my MRI or providing any medical attention whatsoever. I informed him that myself or my family of 4 will never return to his clinic. Next step is a report to the medical board. This place is a joke and should not be allowed to practice medicine. read more
