I've been coming to this barber since 2015. Owner is friendly and professional. He has always cut my hair to exactly what I requested. I use to bring my son in for some really cool faux hawks and skin fades and I was always very impressed with his skills!! Definitely would recomend going there for any type of men's cut!!! Haircuts here are good quality and not pricey. The barber works at a very fast and efficient rate. The shop is very clean and nice and has comfortable couches to sit on while you wait. While you're getting your haircut there is always a movie or show on to keep you entertained. If you have children they can also get a free lollipop. STAY AWAY!!! I repeat stay away. Dont waste your time and money in this barbershop because you will not be happy. No customer service and I didnt feel welcome. I received the worst haircut ever in my whole life in this barbershop. The barber was rude, did not smile or talk during the haircut. Reason for visit: 2 year old haircut I highly recommend Alex for kids haircuts. My little guy dislikes anyone going by his hair let alone cut his hair. I was nervous but Alex was great with him. The buzzers they use aren't loud which helped. My little guy cried but Alex kept talking to him and distracting him with questions about his favorite tv show. Alex even gave my little one a lollipop! Went to get a haircut after having tried Manny's on hillside a few times and getting mediocre cuts. This place is great!! Awesome cut and experience overall. Love this place and my barber, he's great! I believe his name is Alex. I'm very picky when getting cuts especially with fades, most people can't do a good fade. Not the issue here. Also the spot is very clean and always got good movies playing with a stack of magazines if tv isn't your thing. Great neighborhood barbershop. My sons and I have been going for a few years. Alex is a fantastic barber. The cuts are great, service is fast and the prices are more than fair. It can get busy on the weekends, like all places, but the waiting area is comfortable and has plenty of magazines and a movie is always on the TV. read more

I am very surprise that a lot of people give very good reviews to this place. I am a yelp regular user. I went through a lot of reviews before I came to place. It was one of the worst experience I had so far. The owner gave me the haircut. He was criticizing me during the entire process, But it didn't take a long time to cut my hair. I think it took about three minutes. He didn't greet me when I first came to the store. He just pointed to a chair. He ask me what kind of haircut do I want? I try to be as detail as possible. He started to make fun of my accent. I work in the medical field, almost every patient I have understand me. I told him I want my side burn pointed. The owner start to question me what do you mean by pointed, I meant I got many haircuts in my life, he is the only and first one ask me what do you mean by pointed side burn. then I started to explain what I meant by pointed, the he started to scream at me and told me to speak louder. at last he understood me and gave me the fastest haircut in my life. I meant three minutes haircut. He showed me my hair in the mirror. I thought he finished already, So I touch my skin underneath the hairline. He didn't shave my hair underneath the hairline. Then I told him I felt the hair, he starts to criticize me and scream at me: is this your first haircut, I am not finish yet. I said ok, Then He gave 5 seconds of shave and asked me to look at again, I try to feel the hair again. He told me to hurry up and said he didn't have time for me. I was very embarrass and upset. I wanted to leave right away. I ask him how much and gave him money, then I left. Of course no tips. I have to spend the other 20 dollars to fix his mistake.
