This review is solely about 2 matcha drinks, lol. I asked for the pink guava matcha and then asked the barista / cashier why it wasn't listed on the menu. She didn't have an answer. I enjoyed my beverage. I would have enjoyed more guava syrup or guava compote. Not sure what they use. I returned a few hours later and got the strawberry lavender matcha. I requested extra strawberry compote (very sweet) but I was able to taste the lavender through it as well. I guess I enjoy the pink guava matcha over the strawberry lavender matcha. Presentation on both drinks were well executed. They have a new iced Chai matcha. Barista shared she is not a fan... Can't speak about any food items because I haven't ordered nor tried any food items yet. Matcha was $6 which I thought was reasonable. I'm excited to try some pastries and hot items soon! read more

We tried to come by the store to buy some waters and pastries. This was in a Saturday at about 4:40PM. My wife asked are you guys closed and the lady behind the counter said pretty much and so we didn't feel welcome. A few minutes later i walked by again and there was another lady in there purchasing something. Really bad customer service if you ask me! read more

Okay, okay! Now that I've come a handful more times since my first review, I have to update it! I FREAKING LOVE this place!!! Amazing sandwiches, delicious sweet and great coffee. But more importantly, the very best, sweet and cool staff I've ever met. Super friendly and helpful. Everyone, from their awesome manager Reilynn to their rest of their staff. Shout out to Brent, Vlada and Lia. They're all super cool. I also really appreciate them for the few times I've been at the mall and allowing me to pick up my Too Good To Go bag a little earlier. Also the fact that this place is on that app, is amazing. Highly recommend for delicious sandwiches, sweets, and coffee. You'll be glad you stopped by. read more

Fun little sandwich shop with great deals on coffee and pastries for this area. They have ready-made salads as well. The staff were super on their game at this location, so I'd recommend stopping by. I went with a latte and cookie last time and it was only $7 for the combo with a good sized drink. The latte was handmade and delicious. read more

I have fond memories of Pret when I was traveling in Europe and it's great to see them finally expanding more in LA! This location is located on the first floor in the corner by 85 degrees and just opened last week. The food selection is fresh and there is a great variety of sandwiches soups and salads at decent prices. There even was a $10 meal deal for a half sandwich and a side salad or soup. Their Greek salad with yogurt dressing is super tasty, loved every bite! I was most looking forward to my chicken salad sandwich (the ones in Europe had cranberry and nuts). This one has cranberry but also avocado. Not sure if the one I got was a little oversalted but the chicken was good. Could have added a bit more mayo. All in all a really Satisfying meal. Quick service format you can pick what you want from their refrigerator. Cashier was pleasant and fast. Some tables also inside for you to enjoy your food casually or take it to go! read more

Finally opening its door in Westfield Century City after I lost count on how long I've seen the Opening Soon sign! Seems like Pret is on its expansion on LA recently with few outlets opening within short time span. Living in London for 2.5 years, Pret is technically like St*rbucks here in US which you can find every few miles. Offering pretty similar menu, it's not like your top coffee shop offering best coffee, but more like quick to-go options. I would say some of the hot meals were decent enough and the pastries weren't bad. Their choc chip cookie was more like hit and miss. Wasn't a fan of their coffee unfortunately, but may worth the value if you go for their monthly coffee subscription. The outlet in Century City looked pretty nice though, and totally don't look like your regular Pret as it appears to me like nice cozy spot to sit and chill. read more

When I saw they were going to open at the Century City mall my excitement from my study abroad days in Europe came rushing back! I know they opened in the east coast but I'm excited Pret A Manger is in LA! They make a great iced latte and the grab and go section is so convenient - especially the half size baguettes. My go to items are the ham and cheese baguette, any quiche and their almond croissant. They use to have a $5 combo if you order a drink and croissant. They should bring it back! Great service, super friendly staff. Indoor seating as well. read more

The drinks and snacks here are tasty, I really enjoyed the Matcha lemonade! Prices are fair, and the drinks are made to order quickly. The food is prepackaged, but still very fresh. I enjoy their salads as well. The staff is very friendly and the store is clean and well maintained. Ideal stop if you are looking for a quick bite or drink on the go. read more

We had lunch here last week. It was difficult for me to find a sandwich that I loved as many sandwiches and salads contained nuts. I finally settled on an egg salad sandwich that was okay, nothing special. We did love the Community chips! Service was friendly and quick. We also got a cookie that we did not really like. I don't think we will return. read more

I once wrote a poor review for the location in Westwood. It's only right that I write about the amazing experiences I've had at the Pret a Manger in the Century City Mall. Amazing staff. Professional. Friendly. They understand all coffee shop terminology and don't make you feel bad for using it. The organic coffee, tea and food are delicious and mostly healthy. And it's very calm and relaxing inside this location. 5 stars to the staff there and 5 stars to the coffee, teas and food. read more

The food is excellent. Organic and fresh. My most favorite is the Avocado and egg salad breakfast sandwich on a baguette. It's so good! Second favorite is the Mac and Cheese. Service wasn't the best. The guy making our hot chocolates was in a rush and when he handed me my drink, it was spilling out of the cup and he stared back at me blankly. I had to wipe off all the excess foam spilling out of the cup myself. When we tried the hot chocolate, it tasted like hot milk. If I handed this to someone and asked them what it was they would say milk. Did NOT taste like hot chocolate whatsoever. I do not recommend this place!! read more

Lame situation with store. Ordered too-good-to-go order with a time slot 9:00-10pm. Store closed at 8, but luckily workers were still there for cleaning. When I asked if I can get my food, I was told that because the store closed they wouldn't be able to give me my order, even tho the food was sitting right on the counter. I tried asking if I can get it as i've already paid but worker refused. read more

I came here because u needed to try on some Figs. They had a 20 min wait and I had just rode my bike. I have never been to any of these so I didn't know what to get. Monica helped me and after I explained my situation she recommended a Macha for hydration. I got the blue berry one with green tea. As I was bout to pay she said it was on the house and that she hoped I liked it. She has no idea what this means to me, especially what I'm going through. Christ is good, and so was the Macha. When we went back up to the counter, it seemed like the mistake came from the order being entered incorrectly. Things happen, so no big deal--but what was frustrating was having to wait another 15 minutes for the replacement. It felt like my corrected order was just placed at the back of the line instead of being prioritized. Unfortunately, the sandwich itself didn't make up for the wait. The flavor was pretty one-note, with the avocado overpowering everything else. The tempeh was sliced so thin it was barely noticeable, which made the whole thing feel a bit lacking, especially for something meant to be a more substantial vegan option. Overall, it was a disappointing visit. The space is cute and has a lot of potential, but between the mix-up and the lack of flavor, it's not somewhere I'd return.

The matcha was strong and the cream top was sweet but not overly so. I don't have any complaints about it but I would caveat that I would not wait in line for over 20 minutes if I was just getting a drink here. There are other places in Ktown where the matcha is just as good and the lines aren't as long. The breakfast sliders here were excellent. I don't eat breakfast food much, but I would consider coming back another time for these sliders. The standard is with scrambled eggs and cheese, but there are options to add on avocado and bacon. We added on avocado. They came with two sauces, one of which was very spicy and a little sweet. This sauce paired excellently with the slider. This is definitely a place worth trying at least once, but I don't think I'll come back unless the hype dies down.

The service was fast but not rushed. Immediately about to sit and put my bags down the server already dropped a menu off and a glass pitcher of water. The menu was pretty extensive but I went with the tuna melt and BOY it did NOT disappoint. The tuna melt was incredible. The flavor was on point, pretty hardy. I got the choice between fries or fruit and got the fruit. I don't think the sandwich took more than 10 minutes to get out. Fresh and hot. Had two cups of coffee, kind of wish I got something from the baristas- the drinks looked fantastic. 10/10 would go back. I wish I would've taken a picture but honestly was way too hungry to remember. Must try!!

It's a small space with about 5-6 tables inside and a bench outside. My friends and I ordered a little bit of everything to share. I had the Thai tea and I liked that it wasn't too sweet. We also ordered the matcha gelato and it was really good! The star of the show was the mango shaved iced with the sticky rice. It was delicious and perfect for sharing. I highly recommend to check out if you are looking for a great dessert spot to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Girl working counter hesitated a bit when I asked to try all the flavors but I told her I was out of town so it's like my one chance. There was no one else in line so it's not like I would've held people up. I liked most flavors so it's just up to personal preference. I will say the pandan milk was disappointing cuz I could barely taste the pandan flavor.

The strawberry matcha einspanner was also yummy and had a great presentation The space is pretty small but there are a few seats available. The line was around 20 minutes long on a Saturday afternoon. Like most spots in ktown, the parking lot is limited and you'll likely need to find street parking, but it is definitely worth the hype!

Upon entering the place is clean, sleek, and modern. We were greeted right away. I already knew I was leaving with 2 drinks for the drive back home. I ordered: 1. Cold brew vanilla: Delicious, I love that tou can see the vanilla cream on top. This was definitely what I needed to wake me up. 2. Matcha einspener: I tasted this and immediately loved it when leaving the store. I saved it for last. It was so light and refreshing. I could easily drink it all day if they had a bigger size lol. I was hoping to try the seasonal mango cream matcha, but sadly it was gone. 3. Pastries: I wanted to try the sampler but I don't thinking they had it yet. I tried one of the cinnamon pastries. It was soft and very cinnamony. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll be back soon.
