Also, they provided only two options - 10mm silver or gold studs The case looked almost empty and looks like others commented on this as well. The staff was nice however I do not think we will be back to have a service done.

I've had 10+ piercings done here and each time have had a great experience, they've healed perfectly when I follow their instructions. On top of their good vibes and great service they have a super cute collection of gothic accessories you can buy. They're the only place I recommend when going for piercings.
