If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went here open minded thinking this was a nice place especially from Instagram. They burned my feet well doing gel. The lady was so rude to me and aggressive. She didn't even give me a pedicure, she just painted my nails and cut them. Simple like that. It was Very rude when I told her she didn't give me pedicure and said "Do you want me to show you the security video",in a sarcastic voice. I will never be treated less than ever again in my life. I asked to speak to the manager but she was busy, so I spoke too the receptionist , she was defending her selfless employee. Pretty Nail Lounge has become my go-to place for my mani, pedi, & lashes!! Thuy, the owner, does my lashes and she's great! She did my volume mink set in less than 2 hours. I get my acrylics done by Ivy or Tina, both do such a beautiful job! My acrylics have lasted me 4 weeks without a fill or breaking! Once I got my fill, they lasted another 3 weeks without lifting or breaking. The environment is sooo cute and clean and just a relaxing place to be at. read more

I decided to try this place because I wanted a gel manicure but my usual nail salon was closed and I've been hearing good things about this one. I walked in an our before they closed and I felt bad because I know last minute customers can be a pain. Nevertheless they greeted me right away & seated me within minutes. They did a quick job even suggesting some tips with a nice end result. While I was almost done my little sister said she also wanted a manicure and they offered her one despite them about to close and insisted it was okay. They don't have prices posted on the walls so I had to ask for prices. They have nail examples with prices when you walk in as well. Paid 25$ gel pedicure yesterday. Will update after a week to see how they hold up. The lady was nice. Pedicure price is a good price.15$ for basic 3$ to add French tip. 2 different ladies did my nails the girl who actually put them on left a few of them bumpy. The lady who actually painted my nails with gel did a great job. She really took her time which is why I'm giving it a 3 stars . It's like of pricey for a medium full set gel acrylics. Price breakdown 7$ for acrylic removal. 25$ started medium set- regular shape Then adding gel is 12$ more I believe. Ended up paying 68$ total for 1. Nail removal 2. Though I really wanted to make this place my new go to, I might have to keep looking. Had a dip powder manicure done because I love that usually my manicures will last 3 weeks and it doesn't come off but that wasn't the case with the dip mani at Pretty Nail Lounge. Although the manicure looked great when I walked out, the dip powder on the first nail chipped within the first 24 hours and the rest of the nails followed soon after. During our last visit (my mom and I), we became extremely disappointed. Andy, the male nail tech did a horrible job with my mom's nails- she wanted acrylic French tip nails, and they don't have them, or they don't know how to do them. My mom comes in with an example of how she wants her nails done, and Andy says he can do them, but then during the process, he realizes he can't. And so my mom is left confused as to why in the first place does he say he can and then changes his mind at the end. We wanted to give PNL another chance and I called this week to set up a new appointment and Ruby answered the phone and she expressed to me that Andy didn't want to do my mom's nails because he finds her "difficult." This comment is very insulting and discriminatory because you don't address clients that way. I also did not request him, and yet, he had to make this comment? Unacceptable! We are currently filing a complaint about this place. read more

Honestly, for the price I paid. It wasn't worth it. Paid $48 for a pedicure that was like 25 minutes. The lady was nice, she had glasses and a short bob cut wearing a green jumpsuit. However, she was too busy talking to her coworkers than to put effort in my pedicure. No massage and didn't put lotion until I asked her to do so. Didn't even ask what service I wanted because I originally called for a luxe pedicure and didn't even get that. Like I said she was too busy talking to her coworkers than focusing on her customers. I didn't say anything about getting a luxe one because I already wasn't liking the way she was doing my toes so there was no point mentioning the service I actually wanted. I'd go elsewhere and definitely would not come here. This is my first time getting lash extensions and I'm hooked! Thuy helped me pick out the length since I told her I wanted a natural look. It felt a little long laying there for 2 hours or so but she's was very friendly and answer all my questions. My service here was rushed and I wasn't satisfied with how my nails came out. I didn't say anything to the staff because I didn't want any confrontation. One of my nails was messed up and I asked them to fix it, but that was all. The woman said nothing was wrong with it and I told her to look closely. When I paid, I only had a few dollars left of change, so I gave it to the woman. She COMPLAINED ABOUT THE TIP $ !!!!! "Only this much?!" At least I left something for a poorly done service. This place is ridiculous, you should NEVER complain about how much a client tips you. I could have left nothing. They only care about how much you pay and about the tip that you leave.
