No sympathy, no attempt to correct, just a lack of customer service. We were really looking forward to a local massage as we usually drive 35 minutes. Never had the opportunity to try this spa and never will if this is how they handle errors on their own behalf.

I explained I'm a low maintenance mom of five, so I don't have time for lots of blow drying and flat ironing these days, and Kara listened and gave me a cut that works with my lifestyle. My first appointment with V was three weeks ago. While at that appointment, I met another girl that got her lashes done by V. All she could do is brag about how good she was. I left that appointment very happy and satisfied with the quality, volume, and length of my lashes. I will definitely be coming to her every 3 to 4 weeks for the next three months.
