All I can say is yessss! Came in and Gigi did an SNS manicure on my nails. She was so detailed oriented and really made an effort to make sure my nails were perfect. I really appreciated her attention to detail and never had a nail technician pay such close attention. If you are rush for time, this not place because even with appointment you may still wait another 30 minutes. If you have the patience to wait for a clean, comfortable, quality service and friendly staff this is place. I love that they put the plastic liner in the pedicure tubs, all tools seem to be properly sanitized and they do a great job cleaning up my nails. ZERO STARS!!!!!!! First, I want to say how much I love and rely on Yelp for everything. That being said, I've never actually typed my own review before; being 22 I haven't experienced anything so baffling that I felt I needed to make one. But today, I'm writing this review WHILE Kim is finishing up my fill-in with gel polish. My family & I used to come here years ago but stopped bc my dad said they used to cut up his toes lmfao & I went to college far away ... but I come in for my appointment today and originally I had black sns on top of my acrylics stiletto nails (super cute! My go-to nail salon Morgan Nails in Tucker did them but were closed today) . Kim kept staring at my nails like they were foreign and that should've been my first hint to leave! I told her what was on them and she said okay no problem and told me Donna would be taking it off while she waxes another lady, I thought great! Donna started the electrical file on the highest speed & started to take off the black sns. Chunks of black were coming off including the tips of my acrylics AND my real nail ! I asked her if she could stop filing down once the color was off and she said okay; but preceded to keep doing the same thing. Eventually my entire acrylic nail on my thumb came off. & she just said "Ohhh" ... Kim then jumped in to finish. I explained everything and she assured me she knew what she was doing. Then proceeded to go back to my real thumb nail that no longer had an acrylic tip on there with the electric file on high speed & chipped my nail on the side (the side had a chunk missing) & didn't apologize & tried to blame the sns! so I told her to just cut it off. Then I simple asked if they could turn the speed down on the file and after that I had no more filing problems. -_-Usually I pick my color while they are filling in my nails but today I couldn't look away. So when she asked what color I wanted again I told her I want a nude color but I was too distracted to find one if she had any suggestion. She picked 5 colors and sampled 3 for me . She then kept rushing me saying "come on.. what's taking you so long. Just pick a color". I thought either I heard her wrong or she was joking so I said "excuse me?" And she repeated herself and said I was taking too long. & I told her if I am spending my money and will have to look at them for weeks I want to like them! Tf!? Mind you it had only been like 2 minutes since she gave me the sample colors!! I chose one & I told her I wanted pink powder bc multiple salons in the past have told me that it was wayy stronger than acrylic powder. And long story short ... I'm looking at other colors just in case, & Kim had the nerve to tell me that I couldn't change my mind anymore after I chose bc I'm confusing her. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! She hadn't even finished filling in my nails on one hand yet! At the end of her finishing I only set my nails under the light for one round of 30 secs before she told me to wash my hands. When I came back to the front my belongings were moved to another counter and someone else was in my seat. I went to pay and noticed the side of my nails were sticky and had lint on them from the paper towels. THE GEL POLISH WASN'T EVEN FULLY DRIED!!! I told & showed her and she look & felt them and she said "they're dry" & proceeded doing the ladies nails. Never again will I be back here. Lol EVER. I really like Pretty Nails. I decided that after my 4th visit here I should write a review. The place is clean and bright and the staff is friendly and efficient. I now request Lena because she really knows how to do a thorough pedicure and she gives the best foot/calf massage. Kim is the owner and she leads by example in giving great customer service. Oh and did I mention that I don't live in the area and travel over 30 minutes just to come here. Lastly definitely make an appointment if you are coming in the evening or weekend. I been to this nail salon in the past for a fill in, so I thought it was ok to revisit. I must say I kind of wish I didn't. The nail tech, different from the last visit clearly wasn't skilled at acrylic nails. I wanted the coffin nails and the results were far from what I wanted yet not too hideous. But she barely painted my nails right in my opinion. This spot is probably best for basic mani pedis, but not for trendy sculptural nails. I had a poor experience last week when I had my nails done. It took 2 hours for SNS, the shape was uneven and "lumpy". The next day, 2 of the tips came off. Within 4 days 5 had come off. When I went in to address the issue, they kindly redid the SNS on both hands. I appreciate that. Now they loook and few great. Thank you for doing the right thing! read more

I really enjoyed my experience. My toes look darling and the whole experience was very relaxing. You pick what category of pedicure you want from a menu of options. I picked the basic but decided to upgrade to a callous remover. (I thought it was worth the few extra bucks) You also get to choose the color from maybe a hundred options. (I think you could even bring our own color in too) I would suggest you wear sandals, (you want to show off your pretty toes) and bring a book to read while you are waiting for them to dry. Never again. The lady shaved my nails down so bad, I asked her to stop 3 times and she wouldn't listen! I was getting a simple gel manicure and she kept messing up. I finally had to just get up and was walking out until Kim offered to do it. Again, mediocre job by her and no apology. Terrible customer service.
