They were super friendly and got to work on my nails right away. The salon is bright and very clean. I loved hearing the different languages being spoken by the staff. It's not every day that you hear two nail techs speaking in Spanish to their customers and teaching them their language. The tech taking care of me did an excellent job on my nails. He was extremely thorough and I loved the hot towel and hand massage after my manicure was finished. Excellent service, excellent location, excellent staff, and excellent prices!

The minute I opened the door I received a friendly greeting and was seated for a pedicure. I had a couple of special requests and the technician listened carefully and did exactly as I requested. The technician was very attentive and communicated throughout the procedure to ensure that I had no pain or discomfort. This was by far the most pleasant pedicure experience that I have had, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I did withhold the 5th star because the floor needed to be swept (a lot of nails and other debris), but the technicians sat in the massage chairs looking at their phones when they had no customers rather than attend to the floor.

My last visit was more awkward with me being greeted and asked to not sign in, but to maybe come back later. The option to wait wasn't offered and the suggested return time was a guess, not a confirmation of a time. After leaving I remembered that I'd seen this happened to others while I was in the chair getting my nails done. It has discouraged me from recommending this salon because I wouldn't want people to have the same experience. I'm updating my review while sitting at another salon. It's close to work, it's totally affordable, its clean, and the staff is friendly! There were two technicians working, one lady was older than the other and I'm pretty sure she was the owner. My mom got her, and I got the other lady (sorry, I don't know her name ). My lady didn't talk much, which I like. I've always hated going to nail salons and making small talk. My technician was very thorough and clean. She paid very close attention to details. Compared to my last nail experience these were impeccable. Unfortunately I didn't get a photo before they started growing out. But I've had them for over a week now, and the only chip I have is from where my already torn nail when I received the service ripped all the way off. I knew this would happen. I got a pedicure, and a gel manicure and it was $55 in total, which I think was pretty reasonable. Especially because of all the amenities that came with the manicure. THE BAD - The bad really isn't even that bad, but I'm sort of a germaphobe. One part of the manicure I didn't like was the paraffin wax dip. It was cool because I have never had one at a nail place before, but it's also very unsanitary. It know I could have opt'd out (and I should have for time reasons) but I didn't think about it until after my first dip lol. OVERALL - I think I have found my new nail place, but I won't be doing the paraffin wax.

Only one customer inside and an available nail technician. They had several colors to choose from, dark and brighter. My polish was quick and well done. I sat under the dryer for a bit after the color went on, then the nail technician circled back to add a top coat. Great service and worth the $10 charge for a bit of pampering! Large space for manicures and pedicures. They offer waxing and facials as well, and you can contact them to host larger gatherings. Find them on N Hurstbourne near Talbots and Paul Mitchell's School. Huge parking lot, no issues to find a spot.
