Last minute nail appointment, called at 10 this morning and the lady on the phone was very nice. Got to Pretty Nails at 2 and she continued to be nice when she greeted a friend of mine and I, and was still so sweet throughout the whole nail process. I'm very impressed with how my nails turned out and couldn't be happier with the price! She did nic my cuticle a little but she was very apologetic. By far the best place in OC to get your manicures and pedicures! I recently left a salon by Haggen feeling rushed and jipped on my mani/pedi. The staff at Pretty Nails is awesome, friendly, and always available. I had the best pedicure I've ever had by Tina! She took her time, fabulous massage, and great color that lasted three weeks (my pedis never last this long). Also, don't forget the have greater than 1000 colors of gel polish! I got a gel manicure here two days ago. My nails were super uneven and crooked and the gel itself looked really bad. She never even asked what shape i want my nails or if i want her to cut them. There's gel all over my cuticles and there's spots on my nails where there's no gel polish at all. the lady i saw filed my nails for about 3 seconds and then buffed them and went straight into polish without dusting them off or having me wash my hands so there's dust bumps all under my nail polish. She messaged lotion into my hands for a solid minute and then had my wash my hands. She didn't put enough layers on so the color is really opaque. The gel is already lifting and peeling off. I'm getting them redone somewhere else and the lady is giving me a discount on the redo because the nails look so bad. read more

Great salon in Oregon City. The staff was friendly, the facility is remodeled and clean, and I was able to get in early before my scheduled appointment. I am a little disappointed with my experience this morning at Pretty Nail- I felt like my nail technician rushed to get to the next customer and I felt like she wasn't thorough and the polish job was a little sloppy and uneven. Brandon who works here is incredible. He's quick, and does a great job. However, the owner woman cannot keep her books straight. I refuse to go here again because the 3rd time I went there she messed up my appointment. This has happened EVERY SINGLE time I've gone here. It's ridiculous. I won't go here again purely because she lacks any sort of scheduling ability and I can't just keep driving 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back for someone to say "can you come back later" when I've had an appointment scheduled for a week. read more

By far the best pedicure I've had in a long time! I will certainly be returning. Le was the gentleman who tended to me, very kind. Right away I was offered one of their many drinks they provide & was seated quickly. The chairs are lovely and provide a great massage. I was happy to see the salon so clean and nail clippers, ect they use, pulled out and in a clean, sanitized wrapper. The leg massage was heaven, accompanied by a hot paraffin wax dip for your feet. I loved the vast variety of colors they had also. I already can't wait to return! read more

Brandon is a pro. Consistent superb results. Great service. I've been many places looking for my tech and Brandon is it. In regards to some of the previous comments, I agree the front desk presence is sometimes short. Having been there often enough it's just her style not her lack of caring. I am also amazed (amazed) at the number of people who show up at 4:30 or 4:45 and expect them to keep the shop open for them. Glad it's a well-regarded and busy place, but c'mon people. read more

Friends are always telling me, "you really should get those tires rotated" and I put it off and off and off. So yesterday I actually stopped in at Les Schwab in Oregon City. They said it'd be about an hour so I decided to walk down the street to my tanning salon. Unfortunately I was wearing 3 1/2 inch spiked heals and after one block, still seeing the salon being another 4 blocks away, I spotted Pretty Nails and changed my mind to a pedicure. (my feet were doing most of the thinking for me). I walked in and was greeted nicely and they started running the hot water while i chose a color. As I sat down and dipped my feet in the water it stung at first but i know that's because my feet were frozen from walking in the rain in open toe high heels. Ahhh, feeling better already. I like the water hot. Then she brings me a heated neck pillow and wraps it around me and turns the massage chair on and gives me the remote. Ahhhhh. Then she feeds my ego by telling me how beautiful I am and "I look like model", LOL. I sit back and read the latest issue of People, she makes by feet beautiful, gives my legs a hot towel wrap then massage and I relax completely. When she is done I go sit at the drying station with my toes under the light. When the neck pillow cools down, she comes over and removes it then proceeds to give me a quick neck and shoulder massage. Ahhhh. Then reality rings on my phone and Les Swab says they can't rotate the tires, I need....... okay, that will be a whole nother review after they keep my car an entire day on Monday. All in all, for $20 I lived 1 hour of pleasure and it was totally worth it. Plus my toes are pretty and feet are soft. read more

I have to question some of the reviews for this business. Based on them I made an appointment with the owner for a manicure, pedicure and brow wax. She removed my skin in three different spots as she did my brow wax. My toenails were not filed evenly and she kept trying to get me to spend more money. She wasn't happy with the type of pedicure I chose and kept pressuring me to chose a higher priced one. The owner is very pushy and when I paid she said to bring cash the next time as it cost money to use debit and credit cards. There will not be a next time. read more

Today was my third visit. First two times were great! The salon is very clean and the decor is current. I called two hours ahead to make an appointment. Brandon told me to come in at 5:45. I arrived at 5:30, and was prepared to wait until my scheduled time. When I came in they got me seated in the chair right away. The lady who was going to work on me spoke absolutely no English, which was fine but created an issue when it came to selecting the type of pedicure I wanted. After I made my choice and pedicure things went downhill from there. She forgot to apply the callus remover, and instead did a mask and scrub which I did not want.She apologized and kept going. When it came time for the paraffin treatment, she left it on for two minutes-usually they let it sit for ten minutes. The massage was hurried and at the end she only knocked $5 off the price. Super disappointing overall. I'll give it one more chance since OC has limited options. read more

I have been coming to Pretty Nails for just over a year now. The shop is clean, attractively decorated and has a nice atmosphere. The deluxe pedicure experience is awesome; I never feel as if they are shorting my time to get to the next client, and rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes without an appointment and am seated almost immediately with an appointment. I highly recommend Pretty Nails and all of their friendly and inviting staff. I also really appreciate the fact that I don't necessarily need to chit chat and can just sit back and enjoy the wonderful pampering. read more
