I specifically asked for an outline trim and even made it clear that I wanted to maintain her natural shape. At no point did I ever say the word shave. Any experienced groomer should know that shaving a double-coated dog is harmful--it damages their natural heating and cooling system, and the coat may never grow back the same. It's been two months since this happened, and I've since taken her to a different groomer who was just as horrified. They told me that no real professional would ever shave a double coated dog. If they do, they probably never went to grooming school. My golden's beautiful coat may never grow back the way it was, and if it does, it could take years. I am heartbroken. If you love your dog, do not bring your double coated dog here.

Winner's Circle Grooming is the most amazing place for my dogs; Zero & Vanilla Bean. My two little ones and very spoiled and do not always socialize well outside our home. However, they are so happy to be there and come back so so clean! I can't say enough of how wonderful of a job was done with my dogs.
