Warning!!!! If you have children, teenagers, or your a female!!!!! This place leads you to believe it's safe & ok to change in the private rooms. But they fail to tell you theres CAMERAS!!!! I asked staff many times to have the owner call me, I wanted video destroyed! No one ever called, staff said they did not have access to video footage, only owner did. Unfortunately I paid for the CD, just to hurry & get my teenage daughter out of there as soon as possible! She was so embarrassed & humiliated by the whole experience, she just wanted to leave! They didn't even act sorry, its like they all knew cameras where there, but it was not a big deal to them! Sadly there was tons of teenage girls with prom & graduation dresses waiting to take there pictures too! I warned them all to look for the cameras, but literally no place to change where the cameras don't show. Hope the cameras don't work & some nasty pervert isn't using the footage for other purposes! The manager promised me a free photo shoot out of the studio in exchange for the horrible experience we had, he said that was the best he could do, but that never happen. Hope they take their cameras down!!! Dont understand why you would need them in the back rooms??? To record staff taking photos of customers??? I think they know young girls want to change their outfits, this is why they dont provide proper dressing rooms!!! Makes me sick!!! Now I regret not going to the police! read more

I have altogether used this business on 4 occasions! I absolutely love this place. From the photographer to the ladies at the front desk. They're never rude, always helpful and always smiling. The quality of they're photos are great. In average we spend $130 to $150 depending on the package and add ons we purchase. They're great with kids and very patient. read more

Came here for my pregnancy photo shoot and also for my baby's newborn photo shoot. We worked with Laura for the baby's shoot and let me tell you, Laura is so sweet and patient. She was so calming and my baby was very cooperative with the 45 Mins photoshop because Laura was so gentle and patient with my baby. Wow! I'm a little sad to see the bad reviews on here. We've been bringing our kids here for over a year now and we will continue to return. Angie has done all our sessions and she is the best! Our 2 month old daughter was less than cooperative during the photo shoot. Angie was quick to pick her up and rock right back to sleep. I was ready to give up and just go with the pics we had already taken but Angie was determined to get us the perfect picture and she did. Priced fairly I thought. Compared to dept store photogs, it's pricey, but you also get what you pay for. Tons and tons of props, great with kids, and great with a camera. This place used to be GREAT! I took my daughter 4 times during various ages (3, 6, 9, 12 months). They had a wonderful photographer named Laura. She was patient, interactive and did an amazing job. The other staff members where also great to work with. I recently returned about 1 month ago to find out that they had fired all of their original staff. The new staff was rude, unfriendly and overall not very welcoming. They had also changed their package policies and changed their packages. I think the "owner" was also their because everyone seemed really uptight. Anyway, long story short I cancelled my appointment and will NOT return. Sucks! But now I kept telling my friends that the photographers are very patient and they are like magicians! They took the crying baby girl from me and calmed her in 5 seconds then darken the room and make her sleep in the next minute lol. So we have a group of very sweet sleeping photos. Great service! We had made an appointment for 6:00 they took us in hours after that i have no idea why they request you to show up earlier then your set time when they don't even take you in on your set appointment time to begin with.. we had little babies with us any one that is a parent knows how hard it is to have kids occupied the owner is beyond rude.. he has no business owning anything that has anything to do with children..when they finally took us in he comes in during our shoot to make a rude comment about us being in the room.. i had indicated how many children where going to be taking pictures.. so YES more then one parent had to be in there to help... with the smaller children... we didn't even get any good pictures of the kids but we are understanding so placed an order for what ever they could get... they gave us a set time and date to pick up the pictures we gave them two weeks on top of that to print the pictures we came to pick the pictures they weren't even ready!!!! Take in mind i live NO WHERE NEAR THE AREA!!! I simple asked for my deposit back because it wasn't my fault that they didn't have anything ready when they gave us the set time and date..they said no... owner came out after i requested to speak to him and said if i couldn't wait then i could leave that i wasn't going to get my deposit back...it is ridiculous that he didn't want to reimburse me when THEY made the mistake... Everything was so great! I came to take my graduation pictures and I got my money's worth! My session went by perfectly. The photographer proposed many poses and did her best to make sure I was comfortable. During the session, I proposed a pose and the photographer made sure I got what I wanted. After I took the pictures, they took less than fifteen minutes to show me the pictures. The lady who took my order was very nice and professional. The turn around time to get my pictures back was one hour, so as my family and I were waiting, we went to grab some ice cream across. When one of the employees saw me, she told me the pictures were done sooner than expected! The quality of the pictures was amazing, they edited some blemishes I had without making me look fake! My mom later returned to restore a picture she had been trying to fix for a long time. When we got the picture back, the quality was amazing. They were able to make a ten year old picture look like it was a digital picture! My mom came back for extra copies for her to give to all her siblings. Prices were great! Contacted Pretty Pixel to schedule an appointment for my maternity shoot, however the girl who answered the phone was not informative whatsoever, nor did she try to advertise the business in regards to what they offer. I was disappointed as customer service is so imperative especially when trying to decide if you will be choosing that location. I called a second time to ask an additional question and as we hung up I thanked her but no response was given on her behalf! Just an okay and hung up without saying good bye. I used to live in West Covina and so I would frequently pass by this studio and longed to take pictures there after seeing all the beautiful pictures hung up there. However I had no valid reason for a photo shoot. I was unmarried with no kids so the idea of taking a picture of myself was plain embarrassing. Fast forward to this month and I'm happily married with 2 kids. Took my kids (2 yr and 5 month) Xmas pictures and they were breathtaking. We got Angie as our photographer and she is truly an artist. She was able to make both my kids happy with smiles throughout the shoot which allowed her to capture the beautiful pictures. Came here to take our babys 1st Newborn (baby is 3 weeks old) pictures, Our experience was barnone. The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. The photographer (Angie) was really nice and kind and super duper patient with our little one. Althoigh the sessions are normally 1hr long she didnt rush anything and was also really conforting of our baby. The creativity and all of their props are the best! I got my baby's newborn pics done here and they were perfect. I wanted to come back for her 1 yr portraits for the end of sept. so in aug, i spoke to them in person. They told me they don't schedule appointments that early, and to speak to them 2 weeks before the date i want to schedule. I'm getting antsy because my baby's birthday is 3 weeks away and i like to have everything planned out... so i call them today (3 weeks away, not 2) hoping to get an appointment on the day of my baby's actual birthday. Now they tell me they're fully booked and can't do walk ins!!!! I'm furious. Their business card says they accept walk ins which is a big fat lie. If only i was able to schedule an appointment earlier on i prob wouldn't have this issue. read more

I wanted to thank Pretty Pixel Studio for such an amazing experienced. My wife and I went here for our baby girl's first new born photos. And Angie the photographer was such an awesome person! She was so patient, kind, and knows how to take great photos. Our baby wasn't really in the mood to take photos, she was very fuzzy and crying every time she was put down for a pose. Our baby even had a little poopy accident But Angie was so patient and kind. She was also able to take some good shots despite of our baby not being able to cooperate. Angie took her time and we never felt rushed. We were even offered to return for another session if for some reason we didn't like the photos. But Angie did so well that we didn't even need to come back because the photos came out well. All the staff at this studio was also great! Very professional and kind. Staff seems unorganized. Jumping customers back and forth. customer service needs some serious help! I was helped by a woman named michelle and she was extremely rude and disrespectful. First and last time coming here. Disappointed because I had higher expectations. Also over heard from staff that they loose people's picture sessions entirely. What! The photographer was so great and assisted in picking backdrops and props according to our theme to set the perfect scene for our pictures. I came prepared and brought a bunch of my own items but that was not necessary as they already had so many different outfits and decor to choose from in their studio.
