This is my son's favorite place to go... he can eat wetzels pretzels everyday if I let him. We went to fig garden today to have ice cream and as we were leaving we seen this place and just had to stop... He ordered pepperoni and a Pepsi and by the time we got home all of it was gone lol. 5/29/24 Good experience! The worker was kind. Happy to recommend! I ordered a bag of the salted mini pretzel bitez with jalapeño cheddar cheese. Paid for the order, bagged and good to go!! Mini pretzels were fresh & delicious!! Spicy jalapeño cheese made it better!! Great snack with many, many more servings!! A bag has about 20 pretzel bitesin them. Good service & Great pretzel bites!! Bad customer service ever. When the manager finished ringing me up, he asked me if I wanted my pretzel bagged, of course I said yes. Why was that even a question. It was the first time someone asked me that because I've come here all the time. Never going back. On top of that he gave me the wrong sauce, I asked for jalapeño cheddar and he gave me cheddar. Every time I go to the mall, I HAVE to stop and get a pretzel. Their pretzels are always hot, cheesy, and delicious. I was worried they'd either be closed or have no pretzels by the time I got there because it was near closing time, but they still had a large selection of different menu pretzels and were even having a buy 2 get 1 free! I ordered 2 pepperoni pretzels, a Jalapeño pretzel hot dog and a cup or pepperoni pretzel bites. The cashier helping us was SO gracious and went above and beyond to make sure we left the stand happy. Stopped by on 03/12/21, and ordered one single pretzel and a female cashier took my card and looked at it several times but I didn't think of much of it. I went home and found I was charged $500 for a pretzel and there was another $500 transaction at an online clothing store. I will never be coming back and they will be hearing from me soon. Today we stopped by for a few pretzels (one cinnamon & one almond) at the location directly in front of Forever 21. The card machine was down so my husband & daughter paid with cash and told to wait about 3 minutes for the almond one. No big deal. My daughter told me they didn't give her a receipt & the policy that is on display states that your pretzel is free if they forget your receipt. I thought maybe when we got our almond one they would give us the receipt. After about a 7-10 minute wait we get the other pretzel and we ask about the receipt. The girl at the register insists she gave us the receipt but she didn't. So I ask if the man walking around observing the stand is the one in charge they say yes. I walk over to speak with him and not only did he have the absolute worse customer service but he openly accepted that they don't honor the policy they display. He had them print me a receipt even after I explained again & again that it was the principle of having a policy but not following through with it. Never once even apologized or made me feel like a valued customer at the very least. I will not be going back as I prefer to spend my money where I'm not treated like an idiot for expecting your advertised policies to be honored. read more

Went to the little pop up shop right in front of Forever 21 and ordered calmly and repeated myself. Ordered pizza bits and 1 Jalapeño Cheese, thought I heard her ask me for the dip(which I was referring too). But saw my total came out to $18+ and questioned it. But checked what she packed and it was a jalapeño dog or whatever it's called soo I just walked back a few steps I took and just told her that it was supposed to be the dip(again in a calmly matter) but she got an attitude telling me that she questioned if it was the dog and that I said yes(again which I thought was the dip since I said cheese). And she asked her coworker or manager if it was ok to put it back and said yeah so she ended up swapping that jalapeño dog for the cheese and since it's a $5ish dollar difference I was there waiting for a refund of the differential amount for only the 1 dip but she said rudely "was there another one you wanted" and just put me in a bad mood and walked away. Never has this been more irritating and put in a bad mood just for some food. I would not recommend this one by forever 21 maybe it was just Monday shift but for me being cool and relaxed I didn't appreciate this just for my food. Ruined my experience and satisfaction of a snack. I'm not mad about the refund but the disrespect of a worker to a customer wasn't right and would hate for someone else to get this same experience. read more

There was 2 girls working at closing time. I ordered cheese pretzels and pizza ones with the family. I asked them what their names were for this review, but I forgot, unfortunately. My friend told me to go try this place and I braved the mall on a Friday afternoon during a holiday weekend! And yes it is better than Anne's and the Pretzel Place by Macy's at the other end of the mall! This place is at a little kiosk right in front of the food court at Fashion Fair Mall in Fresno. Visited one of the Kiosks at the mall around 1:45pm today. I ordered a pepperoni pretzel and small soda from the cashier. The cashier then turned around to retrieve the soda. Meanwhile, the lady who bagged pretzel stepped in to receive my cash and closed the transaction. My soda arrived and as I placed my wallet back into my purse one of the girls offered corn nuts to the other. She accepted and tossed a handful into her mouth. I was shocked! Their lack of food safety practices is appalling. Being that I paid approximately $6.50 for a pretzel and small soda, I ate it anyway. I hate to think what happens when the customers are not looking. My girl got me hooked on their pretzels.....they're addictingly good! This particular location is a kiosk situated in front of the Food Court inside of Fashion Fair Mall. My favorite is the jalepeno pepperoni pretzel but they are all good in my opinion. They even sell pretzel dogs which consist of a good quality hot dog wrapped in a pretzel (pup in a blanket) and they have a couple different varities of these as well. EVERYTHING OVERLY PRICED. Cinnamon pretzel bits is like $6 bucks for a small bag and it's NOT fresh. The texture is like the bread has been just sitting out and dried. Bread is not fresh and soft. Rather hard and cold. For this price, at least make it FRESH (like how they usually give out as SAMPLES to lure customers in). I mean I can just go and get a Big Mac meal with this price and feel more satisfied. definitely would not recommended. read more

Wetzel's Pretzels are definitely good, but compared to the other pretzel places in Fashion Fair Mall they aren't the best. The most expensive of the three pretzel shops and the thinnest pretzels makes them my last choice when I'm shopping or at work. Their watermelon lemonade is very good though and compliments an original pretzel well. read more
