There was one car in front of me. When I got to the speaker there was no response for quite some time so I said hello. A girl with an extremely rude tone said "one moment." Ok, no problem. 10 minutes went by and she had not come back to check on me or take my order. So I thought maybe she forgot that I was there so I said, "Hello." She then got back on the speaker and in a very rude tone said , "I said one moment." She did not apologize to me when I got to the window or apologize for taking so long. I don't mind waiting for my food. What I do mind is when people are disrespectful. I hope the service improves because I really want this location to stay in business.

I almost always get a frozen lemonade with a regular salted pretzel and it is the perfect combination. The frozen lemonade is perfectly sweet and tart and always completely frozen, which I appreciate as other places sometimes have very liquid-y frozen drinks. I have never had a bad experience with either location, everyone is always so nice and patient. If you're at the Mall of America, I highly recommend you go to Wetzel's and try out their frozen lemonade and pretzels!
