    Pamp fries - excellent
    Kathleen K.

The Pamp fries were served piping hot and were excellent. A don't miss. Both of our pizzas had great toppings and flavor. But the end of each slice was so soggy. They need to crisp the pizza more and then it would be stellar. Service was friendly and prompt. We were seated in the patio area (enclosed on a cold day) but they had fans going which made it cold.

We were so impressed by everything here! Service was quick and kind! We ordered a few drinks and 2 pizzas. The pizzas are a perfect size; a personal pizza if you're super hungry but also a good size to split with someone else if you want. We got the Fat Mike pizza & the Rob-o-reno pizza. We truly couldn't decide which one was our favorite! Fat Mike was very savory, with sausage and mushroom. The Rob-o-reno was more fresh and spicy, sweet from the hot honey and had some good kick from the fresh sliced jalepenos. This is such a cute spot and it has the food to back it up! Can't wait to be back to try more!

Visited PAMP Bloomington during restaurant week and I tried the Cesar salad, the rigatoni and their sea salt triple chocolate ice cream. Each dish was paired with a 5oz beer The service was amazing and will definitely be back soon.

Piggy pie- it was under cooked in the middle. Very doughy. Great toppings tho!

My boyfriend made reservations for this place on Valentines Day. We walked in and were not greeted right away. Felt awkward. We let the hostess know we had a reservation. She said "ok, looks like the bar" and just started walking. So we followed. We sat down and she said with an attitude "oh welcome in." I was extremely unimpressed. We sat down and our bartender was Brandon. While he was nice, he was not your typical bartender. He was pretty quiet and not social. However he was prompt. We ordered a sprite and a beer. My boyfriend said the beer was not very good and we go to a fair amount of breweries. We got two pizzas. The fat mikes and the piggy pie. Both sounded amazing! The piggy pie was very doughy in the center. The toppings tasted great though! And the sauce on the side was also good! Needed to be cooked longer. Fat mikes toppings were also spectacular! But the crust..... I've had better gas station pizza crust... All of the employees looked miserable. They did seem to be working like a well oiled machine, but no one looked like they were having a good time. Which just added to the "blah" ambiance... As we left, there was a hostess standing at the door and never said thanks for coming in or anything. For 2 drinks(one not even being alcoholic) and 2 pizzas, it was over $60. Which is fine if the service, food and ambiance can keep up. Overall this was a no for us and I wouldn't recommend it.

I've been wanting to try this spot out for a few years. My friend and I ended up splitting the broadway burger with fries, queso fundido, and a sausage/pepperoni pizza with added jalapeño and hot honey. Overall, it was a good experience. I'd stick to the pizza next time. The burger wasn't for me, should have stuck to the regular cheeseburger. It was sloppy and I felt that there was a lot of flavors that didn't mesh well. The fries were banging though - the zesty type. The fundido was a small size for the price, and wasn't as loaded with toppings as they described. It was fine, but a bit bland. The best part was the pizza. Enjoyed the smoked flavor on the crust and they cooked it to perfection.

We were so excited to have a location of Pig Ate My Pizza in the South metro!! We couldn't wait any longer, so we stopped in during their soft opening. Never would have known it was their first week! There is plenty of parking around the building! The space itself is not super large, although there appeared to be a large covered patio that will likely open down the road! We had a reservation so we got sat right away. Due to the smaller size of the space, I would recommend getting a reservation, as the whole restaurant was full by the time we settled into our meal. Our server was friendly and helpful throughout the stay! They are serving up the beer from their brewery, Nouvelle, which has a nice variety of brews! I had the Lucky Rooster, which was very yummy Red Ale! We shared the Poblano Dip and the Piggy Pie on this visit! The Poblano Dip was sublime, and the grilled bread served on the side, although not enough quantity, was delicious. The Piggy Pizza had an absolutely lovely crust...crunchy, on the thicker side, and topped with yummy meats and cheeses! Highly recommend and the size was perfect to share with another diner. I'm excited to go back and try more pizzas!

My friends and I came here as part of the Restaurant Week special that was happening and I wish we had came here earlier because I honestly would've considered going back again, it was THAT GOOD. In terms of Restaurant Week, you got to select an appetizer, an entrée, and dessert. Optionally, you can pair your food with a flight of 3 beers of your choice (they do have recommended beers based on what you select, but you can mix and match to your desire). They were able to seat our party of 4 quickly (we had a reservation ahead of time) and the environment of the dining room was very chill. Minimal decorations and soft lighting but the quality of the food was what stood out. I went with the Pork Nugs, the Fat Mike's Pizza, and the Peanut Butter Cookies & Cream. All of this for $35 (pre tax & tip), probably the best value for quality of food that I've had in a long time. Would definitely visit again even outside of Restaurant Week.

I kept seeing this spot on insta so when a friend and I decided to meet for dinner here, I was excited. Mannnnn, it was BUSY! So busy we almost left, but decided to wait for a table. It was like a 45 minute wait. We ended up sitting at the high top, I wouldn't call it the bar as it was more of a view of the kitchen. Kinda weird. We did some sharing so we could try a few items. We ordered the: Sausage pepperoni pizza with hot honey, broadway burger, and loaded queso fundido. I'd say the fries that came with the burger and the pizza were the best items. The burger didn't do it for me at all. Too much on it and it just lacked flavor for me. Queso didn't hit like I had hoped. I know this is a new location and I'm open to trying it again the restaurant again sometime. I felt kinda rushed as we were sitting up at the bar-ish area. Service was okay, nothing memorable in my opinion. It was neat to get a view of the kitchen. Staff were working hard. If I'm in the area, I'd come back and make a reservation because I don't want to wait 45+ minutes for seating. Automatic points for me though-- parking lot! Yay

Stopped in while we were up for a Timberwolves game and decided to check this place out after seeing it on Google. My boys loved the name, so we had to give it a shot! Even though it was busy, we were seated pretty quickly on the enclosed patio. The atmosphere and ambiance were great, service was solid, and the pizza absolutely delivered. If you go, order the Piggy Pie -- you won't be disappointed!

Sausage and pepperoni pizza and I forget the name of this one but it has jalepenos and hot honey!

My husband and I have been waiting ANXIOUSLY for this location to open. We live nearby and for years have lamented that there is no GOOD restaurant in walking distance to our house. PAMP is the answer to our foodie prayers. We got two pizzas - the bobareno and the sausage + pepperoni as well as a Caesar salad. All were amazing!! We can't wait to try all the pizza flavors and food. The service was great even though it was so busy. And the place is decorated nicely even though they JUST opened. We are looking forward to seeing how well this restaurant does in a location that desperately needed one!!

Very solid spot for pizza. If you're able to plan ahead, I recommend making a reservation online. I went around 4:30pm on a Sunday and was able to snag one of the last tables for a party of 2 without a reservation. There is a spacious free parking lot. It was clean and there is a bar at the open kitchen you can sit at, although the lighting at the bar is pretty bright. There are plenty of TVs with the game on. The restaurant does get a little loud. -- The Pigasus beer was hoppier than I expected for a blonde ale. The Fruity Gushers sour was delicious and tasted like a fruit by the foot, and the sour was more mellow which I enjoyed. -- The fries were sooo crispy and delicious (truly the perfect fry), but they were a little overpriced at $10 for the amount I received. The Basil Ranch dipper sauce was a great addition but I wish I had double the amount. The Basil Ranch was thick, airy, and the flavor was fresh and on the lighter side so more dip is necessary to get the flavor compared to ketchup. -- The Piggy Pie pizza was phenomenal! The brioche crust was thinner than typical detroit style crust and thicker than standard pizza crust. The extra marinara sauce was a welcome addition to dip the thick crust in. The bacon emulsion was kind of crazy and added rich and savory flavor to the bite. I didn't really notice much flavor from the garlic oil. The Piggy Pie pizza could easily be shared between two people since the brioche crust is thicker. For the other pizzas I would order one per person. -- Since it's so busy right now with the opening expect a wait. It took around 30 minutes after ordering to receive my pizza. After packing up the leftovers, it took around 20 minutes to get my check and pay.

They have just opened and they are locked in already with their service. We were seated promptly for our reservation. It's a lively space. Very family friendly and has a neighborhood feel. The Old Fashioned was well made and delicious. I enjoyed the cupping pepperoni on the pepperoni and sausage pizza. The Fancy Mac with pork belly was mouth watering. The burger was good but it had too much mustard which overwhelmed the rest of the burger. The Nashville Nuggies were a sweet starter. They would be better if they had more "Nashville hot" spice on them - they were flavorful but I expected Nashville heat. My son said the dessert pizza slice was excellent and I had their peanut butter cookies and cream ice cream which was the perfect sweet end to our meal.

I imagine it would be really nice in the spring/summer as there is a horse track right outside of the restaurant which would provide a great view to a race. It definitely got a little loud just sitting inside They had a large variety of options to choose from on the menu. They also offered a great and surprisingly extensive Happy Hour Menu which we got there in time to take advantage of.  We got the burger and thought it was very tasty, we love a good caramelized onion. I thought it definitely needed some ketchup to balance out the heaviness of the onions and cheese with a little bright acidity. I also thought the patties themselves were very good, thin with a slight crisp to them with a soft bun and melty sauces and cheese. Since it was a happy hour option the burger did not come with any sides like it would have as an entrée. We also got fish tacos and we were a big fan of the slaw and pineapple mayo which brought a balance of sweet and savory to the dish. Only came with two tacos (at least for happy hour) which might not be enough food if you're hungry. The hot smoked salmon was one of the more unique items we tried. The salmon itself was super tasty - salty and smoky just what you want. They use the smaller scraps of salmon that wouldn't work in their Wood-Fired King Salmon entrée and incorporate it into this appetizer which is great sustainability-wise! The salmon came with a creamy ricotta, salty capers, crunchy crostini, and sweet and acidic pickled red onions. We liked this combination a lot but felt it could have used even more sweetness/acidity, maybe just adding a couple more onions to the dish. We really enjoyed the 'Garganelli' pasta dish. It was creamy and indulgent with pieces of lobster and freshly shaved parmesan on top. The chili added a really nice layer of heat but wasn't overpowering. The server was nice enough to split up everything we had over the evening to share (which explains the two small portions in the photo). MN Mule - 8/10 Pretty average but solid mule. However, it was served in a plastic spam cup which elevated the whole experience. Margarita - 9/10 Very good margarita - we were told it was a house made margarita not from a mix. Very bright and fresh flavors that definitely let the tequila shine. Overall would definitely recommend!

Great food, great service, there's not much I would change!…read more Mr. Pig Stuff recently moved into a new location and I have to begin by saying, their new space is beautiful. It's gives off a modern whiskey house/southern rustic vibe. Plenty of indoor seating and a cute patio with an indoor/outdoor bar top. I have eaten here 3 times in the past few months and my experience has been the same each time, wonderful! My two favorite meals are the Smoked Chicken Wings and The Pile sandwich. The chicken wings: I'm the type to always sauce up any wing I get. Pig Stuff's wings will come out dry rubbed with your sauce in the side. At first I was hesitant but now I know why! Their dry rub is fantastic! The flavors are Smokey, savory, and salty - easily eaten on their own. The meat is very juicy and falls off of the bone! (8.5/10) The Pile: this is a sandwich consisting of brisket, pulled pork, Mac & cheese, and coleslaw. It's a monster of a sandwich and could definitely make a mess but OMG it is tasty! The sandwich comes with BQQ sauce, but who needs it when you have the juiciness of the pork, smokiness of the brisket, creaminess of the Mac & cheese, and the tang of coleslaw! It's almost hard not to finish this sandwich. (9/10) Another favorite are their fries. Fresh, crispy, and well seasoned. You can also get them as garlic parm fries where they drizzle their wing sauce across the top - YUM. (8/10) Lastly, the service here has always been impeccable. You're greeted with a smile by everyone. I have yet to meet a server or bartender that wasnt engaging. Looking forward to coming back around!
