Love this spot! Great patio and excellent service every time I'm here. We forgot our box and one of the servers came running down the street with our pizza!

Rosalia is Neapolitan pizza, with a large indoor dining space and an outdoor patio. It was pretty well packed on a Friday night, and I was glad we made reservations. All types were there- families with small children, college students, couples, groups of friends- so it was a little loud, but it had a good energy and our server was lovely. Our drinks were good, but not outstanding, but I did appreciate they had a large drink menu with some of my favorite local beverages on there. The Mortadella Ponuozzo in NOT A PIZZA. Let me repeat: it is not a pizza, despite being in the middle of the pizza menu, it's a sandwich. I think this is a little silly, since we would have ordered it as a pizza, but the server knew to tell us, and we changed our order. We got the mushroom pizza and the verde pizza, with the cauliflower starter. The cauliflower was delicious- perfecly cooked and the nuts gave it just the right amount of crunch. this was more than enough food for two people- we basically took an entire pizza home as leftovers (not complaining). Like Neapolitan pizza should be, the crust was thin and very chewy. I liked this more than normal since Rosalia did a good job of piling those fillings on and not leaving a lot of naked crust, so very good job there. Overall, while everything was good, nothing blew me away, and at this price point, I just wanted a little something extra to make it to that 5 star level. Very solid place, would go back for pizza, it was just missing an undefinable *something* to make it next level.

Starting off, the location and interior of this spot hits the mark. Right in the heart of Historic St Anthony, the interior is clean and orderly without being sterile or uninviting. The large pizza oven visible from the entrance lets you know immediately why you are here. Service was fantastic, everything came out quick, very communicative and helpful with the menu. I also love the tableside pizza racks, makes eating pizza a little more relaxing. Onto the food, we started with the Charred Cauliflower, which was a perfectly refreshing opener to the meal. The whipped parmesan and marcona almonds added both richness and a variety of textures that added a complexity to the dish. The pizzas we had were both good but left a little to be desired. The Funghi had great flavor from the Gruyere and mushrooms but was a little too heavy on the cheese in my opinion. The Verde had great sausage but the creamed spinach felt a little bland alongside and made the dish a little one note. The martini I had was great, a straightfoward and faithful recreation of a classic, light and invigorating. The cocktail menu had a variety of other drinks that looked delightful as well, with an extensive liquor and wine selection to choose from. Overall, I was very pleased with our experience, and I am looking forward to going back here and finding the menu items that really excite me and exploring the cocktail menu.

The pizzas were absolutely delicious! I didn't get to try them all, but the Mushroom and Margherita ones had amazing flavor and texture. Surprised by how much I enjoyed them, even though we got them to go and they weren't fresh out of the oven. I just wish fewer of them had cilantro.

OMG FIRST TO REVIEW?! It's an honor :') I am OBSESSED with the Linden Hills location and when my parents came to town, I knew we had to go out for family dinner at their new NE location! Psssst and there's a third location coming soon ;) SPACE The space is stunning! Designed to perfection to feel elevated yet comfy. White tile and an adorable bar, plus a pretty good sized patio! And I love that you can be seated next to or see the pizza oven. GLUTEN FREE GOODS Just like their original location, Rosalia is making incredibleeeee pizzas - but my favorite part is their gluten free crust. It's a mix of different GF flours, and however they make it and bake it in the pizza oven is simply perfection. My favorite pizza dough / bread in the Twin Cities for SURE! It's perfectly crispy and cracker thin yet chewy and delicious. They also offer it as a flatbread/pita bread of sorts to serve with the dips and everyone preferred the GF bread to their regular one! That never happens! DRINKS I love their inventive yet classy drink menu! We got the Meditteranean Gin and Tonic which was refreshing served with olives, and I loved my Capri Spritz with limoncello. FOOD You GOTTA start with the dips trio to sample them all! So good. And of course, pizzas. They're on the smaller side and not a ton of protein/toppings, so I recommend ordering heavy - we got 3 for a group of 5. We got the: Aglio - sweetness from roasted garlic is divine Salsiccia - amazing sausage! Blanco add prosciutto - the arugula and parm is soo good I've had other pizzas too and they never miss. Again, my family prefers the GF crust - it's so good! SERVICE Service was wonderful - checked in the perfect amount, was friendly and had great suggestions for drinks, lovely.

Loved the vibes in Rosalia! It was cute and bright with the kitchen wide open. Plenty of windows too. We ordered the roasted cauliflower and the Verde pizza on gluten free crust. The pizza was delicious! I absolutely loved the creamed spinach! The gluten free crust was legit. One of the better options for GF crust in the area. The cauliflower was really good too. It had whipped Parmesan and a turmeric oil. Yum! The service was a little slow for a Wednesday night but our server was nice.

New location in NE! I haven't been to the first location but had heard awesome things and it delivered here in NE. We have a few gluten free people in our group and I have to say that as a non gluten free person they have probably the best gluten free crust and bread I've had, I would honestly order that for myself. The dip trio dish and their bread was incredible, kind of like naan (crispy and flaky) and I especially loved the carrot dip which was to die for. All the pizzas were delicious and the ingredients were great quality and tasted fresh. We also had some delicious cocktails to go with it. The servers were amazing, helpful, attentive and had great energy and the inside was clean and modern feeling.

Let me tell you -- this pizza survived a journey. I biked home with half a pizza box tucked into my sweatshirt like a precious, little baby. By some miracle it made it home perfectly intact -- not a single topping casualty. The pizza itself? Competes with the best Minneapolis has to offer. Crispy crust, top-tier toppings, and that "ooooh, this is damn good pizza" je ne sais quoi. The salsiccia and the marinara pies were our sample size. We were too intimidated to order the mortadella pie, it was a Sunday after all. Also, shoutout to our server, who was not only on top of things but also a world-class conversationalist. Great gab, great pie. Would risk mild pizza burns and weird looks from pedestrians again, 10/10.

Bianca & margarita pizza's are so delicious. Bianca is the way to go if you are deciding between the two!

So Aesthetic and yummy food and the pizza's are delicious, my favorite is the Bianca option. Take a walk around the lake near by and end the night with pizza is a 10/10 experience!

I ordered thru Uber eats and the delivery driver decided to take his sweet time to deliver the pizza. As I waiting in the lobby of my hotel for him, I saw him pull up to my hotel and he sat in his car for nearly 10 minutes doing God knows what as he left his vehicle. He slowly walked towards the entrance of the hotel holding my pizza while on his phone laughing. I'm pretty sure he was on Instagram. Seen a very funny post while my pizza is getting colder and colder. I contacted Uber eats and they told me it wasn't their problem. I would have to contact the restaurant. So I did and I got in contact with Emily. She was so helpful. Very respectful and showed so much urgency for my concern. I told her I'm pretty sure this pizza is delicious. However, Uber eats told me it wasn't their problem. It was a restaurant's problem. Emily helped me by calling Uber eats herself and they told her I should call Uber eats myself so they can refund me well, Uber eats policy is if the food is cold it's not their problem. Even though I didn't get a hot pizza, with the amazing customer service Emily delivered, I will absolutely be coming back to try a hot pie from Black sheep. Thank you so much Emily for being awesome!

The…read morespace is absolutely huge with tons of indoor seating and a great amount of outdoor seating as well. It has a lively but comfortable atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your meal. The staff was friendly and service was impressively quick from start to finish. We started with the app bread, which was super good and a great way to kick off the meal. I decided to order two pizzas and split both in half, which let me try four different varieties. It was definitely the right move. The bacon and golden pineapple pizza was one of my favorites. It was refreshing, had a nice little kick, and further confirmed that pineapple absolutely belongs on pizza. The lemon ricotta with goat cheese was also tasty, but the cheese was so rich that it started to dry out my mouth after a couple of slices. The meatball and ricotta pizza was a classic done really well. The meatballs were especially flavorful and clearly high quality. My favorite of the four was the hot salami and chili pepper pizza. It was absolutely divine with just enough heat, and the salami was perfectly crisped. The only downside to the pizzas was the crust. It was very thin, which made it difficult to hold all the toppings without them sliding off. There also was not much sauce, which made some bites feel a little dry. Overall, Black Sheep delivers creative and delicious pizzas in a fun atmosphere with fast, friendly service. Despite a few issues with the breading of the pizzas, I would definitely come back to try even more of the menu.

When my friend and I walked in, we came into a fairly spacious dimly lit space with loads of people inside. We were immediately informed that there would be over 1.5hr wait for a walk-in table. We were given the option to wait for bar seating as it would probably be quicker - and surely, it was. We did have to wait quite a bit, but it was a tolerable amount of time and definitely less than what it would have taken for an actual table. My friend and I decided to share 2 pizza pies as we wanted to get a taste of two different flavors, so we eventually settled on Korean BBQ & Perfect Pickle Pie. KOREAN BBQ As it was created by a Korean chef, it definitely had true authentic Korean flavors. As a Korean myself, I was very familiar with this soy vinaigrette and have tried this on many salad before - so, it was hitting home for me. Also, you can't go wrong with the bulgogi/beef short ribs known to all those who had Korean BBQ before. The combination of the sauces that they use for this pizza is definitely very rich, full of umami. I personally enjoyed it. PERFECT PICKLE PIE This pie was a totally different flavor to the Korean BBQ. It's less rich and maybe can be overpowered or considered more bland compared to other pizza flavors. But when tried together with the BBQ, it balances out the richness of the BBQ with the more subtle/less umami flavors. This pie gives more of a tangy/sour taste that pickles provide and more of a crunch due to the chips that are added on top. The dill is present, but not overpowering. It's a nice low-key kind of taste that people who like pickles will enjoy. Overall, the flavors were very rich in every pizza pie that we had that our mouths were bursting with flavor. It was definitely the most unique pizza toppings that I've had and can see why it's so highly regarded. I can tell that they really are meticulous with their every process and that their pizza guy by the wood fire oven is expertise in what he does. My friend and I walked out quite satisfied and I was honestly more full than I expected.

Unfortunately, it just wasn't the same top tier experience. We booked the chef's table which was the highlight! We enjoyed getting to watch the chef and team prepare the fare, and chef even spoke to us at one point. Definitely a high level of skill there. We got the yakitori to start: good, but nothing crazy, and the price point for the small skewers is so high. The waygu was a bit tough. After time in Japan, we were JAZZED to get the okonomiyaki pizza, but it was...very sad. Hardly any toppings, and I don't even think it had cabbage on it? No cabbage on an okonomiyaki pizza...? We got a pasta to share as well, and it had great flavors but the portion was oh-so-tiny. We got the special morel pizza to share, and the price was STEEP (I think around $50) due to the rarity of morels, but it was the best thing we had! The gluten-free pizza crust felt small and wasn't overly substantial, so we didn't find much of the meal filling. This meal was quite pricey, and this second experience was more lackluster than our first.
