I've been here a couple more times previously for a craft event, and then to just meet up with friends. Both times, I've had great service, and the food was always yummy. This past week I came for a presentation with IHC. I ran into my friend Josh there. I already had dinner, so I was hoping for some dessert. Unfortunately they were out of all desserts. Monday night pool and the place is packed. Mostly adults playing board games and Corn Hole and our group of ten plays competitive pool... 9 Ball. I arrived early and hungry... I was thinking Chicken wings but when I saw the menu I found fish and chips... done! I ordered this and a side salad with blue cheese. The salad came out first and I was taken aback by how fresh it was. The blue cheese dressing was very good... wondering if they made it in-house. The staff was very nice and selflessly helpful. Nothing's changed, still amazing. Oh! The beer battered cod with tarter sauce and fries was very good. We came here for food and drinks with friends. We ordered appetizers, food, and a few shots while catching up. We were there for a couple of hours just talking and enjoying ourselves. Unfortunately, our waitress, Carol (older lady with blond curly hair) , was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable. When I asked my friends if they wanted another shot, Carol interrupted and asked, "Who's driving?" We ubered. We had also eaten and were not acting drunk, loud, or causing any problems. It wasn't the question that bothered us--it was the way she asked it and how she spoke to us afterward. Her tone was condescending and made us feel like she thought we were irresponsible and didn't know our own limits. We are all well over 21 and were simply enjoying food and drinks. After snarkily saying, "Let's think about that first.." she walked away and never came back to our table. Angie ended up helping us and checking us out and telling us our waitresses name. Angie was kind, professional, and even apologized for our experience even though none of it was her fault. The rude service from Carol completely ruined what was otherwise a nice night out. We have NEVER been treated this way before at other places. Because of how we were treated, I will not be returning. read more

So much fun and total hidden gem! I have now gone a few times for some events and each time has been so fun! I love how spacious it is and a wonderful menu! My favorite event was the CraftClub Ghost Painting! A few things I hope they improve is when there is an even increase their staffing to help serve all the patrons in attendance who want to order drinks and food. I would also say to watch their soda mixture. Both times I went it was so flat I felt I was drinking straight syrup. 2 Row is a fun place for drinks and games! Located in Midvale in an unassuming strip mall, 2 Row has plenty of space, parking, and things to do. This is the perfect spot for just a couple of people or a larger group. Plenty of seating, large menu of drinks and food, and there's even cornhole, pool tables, and more. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I wasn't drinking the night I visited, and the bartender made me this great mocktail. While sitting with a group, the staff regularly checked in with us, taking drink orders or taking away food we finished. The food was fine. I got a snack burger that was simple and satisfactory but the cheese curds were lackluster and so were the soggy tater tots. Room for improvement, but at least there seems to be a couple of good choices on the menu. I'd recommend you give 2 Row a visit! read more

We also shared the Fried Green Tomatoes, House Loaded Tots, and the Cob-less Corn Fritters. They were all crispy and delicious which made them satisfying and snackable during our craft night. Service sucks. Ordered and paid for drinks that were not delivered to me. The brown hair, skinny server, served all the people at my tables drinks and I figured she was waiting on the green tea shots, she brought over a tray of green tea shots to the table next to me and was like "oh there's 2 extra" imagine that, I believe those were mine. I have a whole table of witnesses knowing I was never served my drinks. When I went to tell the bartender she made me cash out, which is fine since I didn't want to spend any more money there! The blonde bartender is rude and not very pleasant. I use to come here a lot but the vibe is not what it used to be. They also will call you names on your google review. Don't waste your money! Plenty of games to play: pool/billiards, ski-ball, corn hole/bags, darts, Beers to go available in the bottle shop near the entrance. Suggestion: create a smoking section away from the main entrance. Nasty walking through second hand smoke provided dampening the arrival and departure to the brewery. Food options looked good at nearby tables. I chose a seat in Adirondack chair off to the side which lended to serving staff not acknowledging my presence. Woman's March Madness was projected on a large screen for the Final Four. They've got an extensive food menu along with a solid beer selection. We tried the Mexican Lager and the Dopplebock -- both were really good. I also had fried green tomatoes for the first time and absolutely loved them. One thing I noticed, though: the same beer costs quite a bit less to-go than it does on draft at the bar. For example, the Dopplebock was almost double the price when drinking it there, even though it comes from the same can. Overall, great spot with good vibes, tasty beer, and food -- just wish the pricing for draft vs. to-go was a little more balanced. read more

This place is massive! Really a fun vibe with a big cornhole area, lots of pool tables and even ski ball! Excellent beer with many fruity and sour options. I'd love to come back for one of their craft nights. Food was really slow to come out on a Saturday night and despite saying there would be table service, no one ever came by, I'd stick with ordering at the bar! What a cool place! Lots of parking since it's in a shopping center. Doesn't look like much from the outside but it's huge inside!!! They have cornhole, pool tables, darts, a basketball shootout game and a pinball machine. You do have to pay to play pool, and the baskeball shootout (not sure abt darts or pinball). Cornhole was free. They do have pinball and pool tournaments tho so could find those busy. They have a bill breaker and atm if you don't have cash/quarters. Quite a big beer selection! Bartenders were all super nice! They have canned to go beer too! Oh and we saw people setting board games right before we left! Could be such a fun hang out!!! You should never golf without beer, so we stopped into this place to grab some tall boys on our way to South Mountain golf course. I can't remember his name, but the gentleman at the bar from California with a big beard was really funny and helpful. He connected with us immediately and helped us try beers that our taste buds were hollering for. We visited this brewery last night on Valentine's Day and honestly couldn't have picked a better spot. From the moment we arrived, we sat ourselves at the bar and were warmly welcomed by Cody, who took the time to thoughtfully explain not only the menu but everything the brewery had to offer. You could tell right away that they genuinely care about the experience here. The atmosphere was fun and inviting with free cornhole, free darts, and even dollar pool tables--such a great touch. Bridget jumped in behind the bar as well and was full of personality, great conversation, and positive energy that made the night even better. When the shift changed, we were taken care of seamlessly by another incredible crew: Rebecca, Kirsten, and Kira. Every single person was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We're visiting from out of town from Los Angeles and had no idea where to go, but we're so glad we chose this place. Even the regular patrons were welcoming and added to the overall great vibe. Like all Utah drinkeries, the rules are a little odd regarding high ABV beer. If it's 5% or less, it comes from a tap. If it's higher, you're living in can or bottle country, my friend. Lucky for my liver, 2 Row had plenty of higher ABV beers, including some barrel-aged options. I drank well. Friendly service, strong drinks and an easy vibe. read more

That means it's easy to find and there is plenty of parking-both opposite of what you find downtown. They have a fun Midvale city map as a homage to the town. It was a Saturday evening and it was pretty busy! Beers on tap were good, unfortunately they aren't able to sell beer to go yet per DABS license. We got the loaded tots (great) and chips and salsa (nothing exciting) for appetizers. My friend and I split a sandwich - the turkey club. It was okay only; it had precooked bacon and was a bit on the soggy side.
