I called the manager Anthony for a quote for lightbulb replacements for the brake lights and a headlight. He said it was $20. After the lightbulbs were replaced he charged me a different price from what he told me on the phone. He charged me $40. The next morning while I was driving, my transmission hood opened because they didn't close it correctly. I tried to close it and it wouldn't close so I went back to the shop and they sprayed something in the latch and one of the mechanics said that the whole latch needs to be replaced. I can honestly say that I now have a mechanic who I can trust. Ezzat and his team have always done a great job fixing my car. It's also convenient that they are located not too far from my house. When Ezzat felt that the issue should be taken to the dealer, he was honest about it and would recommend it. I understand that sometimes customers are not going to be happy and that's always going to happen. Overall, however, I have always had a positive experience. Okay, I liked Ezzat. A bit tight-lipped but very professional and straight-forward. I went to the dealer to just get a quote, knowing that the dealer was going to overcharge. The dealer wanted $700+ for a 2010 Prius V rear brakes including caliper cleaning and then another $300ish for front brakes. Reading up on Prius chat and other places, I knew that this was extremely high. I called up Ezzat, scheduled myself for the next morning at 8am and dropped off the Prius and it only ran $300 for everything for the rear brakes. He does advertise a free oil change for brake services but I didn't take him up on that. While he was done the night before and offered to stay open a little later so I could pick up the car, I couldn't get there at a reasonable hour (he is open 8-6, and offered to stay until 6:30 but alas, I couldn't get there until after 6:30) so I picked up the car the next morning. He didn't try to push any other unnecessary repairs. Update 12/21/14: Took my car for a second time to Ezzat's. He's actually quite nice even on the phone, works very hard (although he closes at 6, he was still working until after 6:30). Had to replace all 4 tires at 70k miles, and he buys wholesale from Town Fair tire and charged a reasonable amount (about $450-500 for all four tires including 1 hr of labor at $80 per hour). Update 2/27/15: Had Ezzat do my state inspection and also replace a tire (which died due to a pothole). Update 11/15: I thought I had some brake issues or had to replace them, and had Ezzat look at them. He said no, still good for a bit more and didn't charge me anything. Other notes: * The 225 bus runs through that area so it is public transportation accessible. * He does do state inspections. I would go back to get my front brakes done. read more

They did a good job with my old Jeep. I had "my breaks replaced" by another mechanic a couple of years ago. I used quotes because when the beaks started making an awful grinding noise EZ Auto looked at them and told my boyfriend they hadn't been replaced in years. Had a couple thousand dollars worth of repairs done here (to include inspection stickers). Found out recently that these guys charge (in most cases) well over 50% of what parts/fluids cost (literally, 50% higher than the parts store right up the street (where undoubtedly they get many of their own parts at). This, in turn, allows them to drive up the cost of labor-so now they are double dipping into your pocket. The owner and mechanics are very friendly, seem very professional and will always do their best to get your car in and out of the shop as soon as possible. However I would too if I was making over double what parts and labor cost me. read more

He gave me a fair trade for my car and worked with me to where I was able to afford the truck I wanted. In addition, when the car failed inspection due to a cracked mirror and tire issue, I called Eric and he did not hesitate and replaced them with no fuss and no additional cost to me. I bought a car 2 months ago from EZ Auto next door. A red flag came up when we got the Mass. inspection sticker and when my daughter called about the issue the response was "too bad you had your mechanic check it out, not our problem". Now their touch up paint is finally wearing off due to the weather and you can see the rust that they tried to cover up. My fault, I fell for that old line those people over there are here right now to look at that car! That should have sent me packing. Lesson learned. Beware. read more

Eric Bisson is one of the nicest person you would want to talk to when buying a used car. Very pleasant and very helpful with advice with just about any car you want to buy on their lot. Steve LeGere is the guy to go to when working out the financial details and getting all the paperwork completed correctly for making a smooth transition in registering your newly purchased car. And they greet you with a smile when you walk in the door and when you leave. I looked at a car that I wanted at EZ Auto Sales and then told them I wanted to look at another identical car at another town 20 miles away. The owner at the other dealership did not even talk to me when negotiating my trade-in! He talked it over with his salesperson while I was in their waiting room, to give me an offer! PLEASE BEWARE OF HAVING YOUR CAR FIXED THERE!!!! My daughter & I used to go there. I found that when I was given an estimate (by the owner), when it came time to pay (another mechanic gave me the final price & took the payment), the final price was higher than what I was given. While my car was being worked on, I was never told that the price would be higher. (Why didn't I think of contesting it!! How I wished I had!!!). Also the mechanic (the same man that would take our payment) told my daughter one time that something was wrong with her car & would need to be repaired. Fortunately my daughter's friend (who knew how to work on cars) called him & set him straight on the work that supposedly needed to be done. The mechanic didn't like that! Oops, "SHE MISUNDERSTOOD" was his response. Right!!! When my daughter went to pick up her car, that mechanic had the gall to ask where her friend worked!! What nerve!! What does that have to do with anything? That was the LAST TIME we went there to have our cars fixed. I have always been angry that I felt we got ripped off there, they were not honest & they certainly didn't communicate the prices with each other! I wished I had never gone there. Now I am very cautious when I go to get my car fixed about establishing prices, the work that needs to be done, & I definitely read reviews.
