We had to drill a hole ourselves in order get the pieces to stay together securely. Additionally, we received the bed and dresser in the delivery but bed rails were delivered a week late and we had a brand new mattress just chilling in the hallway. This was so annoying because we had the old mattress removed in anticipation of having all pieces. Using a better courier could improve the customer experience. The assembly took about 3 hours and you definitely need two people. There are tons of little pieces, so it's strongly suggested that you organize everything prior to building. Overall the bed is sturdy and huge, which we love! The dresser is nice and sturdy as well. Customers could benefit from more items being assembled prior to delivery. Minor setbacks but decent bed and dresser given the price.
